Oasis 21 - OVC Unit O21 Oceanfront with pool and many amenities

Ocean Village Club Unit O21 - Only 100 feet from the ocean! A spacious ocean view with private walkway to the beach. Newly decorated with a beachy feel. Second floor corner unit with plenty of light. Private balcony. King bed in master, twin beds in guest room and a queen sleeper sofa in living room. TV in all three areas. There is a well - stocked kitchen including essential cooking oils and spices and a washer and dryer in unit. 15 minutes to the center of St. Augustine just far enough away for quiet beach time.

Please note: There is no elevator, guests must be able to climb one flight of stairs.

Two parking passes are provided.

Nothing to complain about

Everything was as described and there was everything you need. The cleanliness was excellent. There was no seating on the balcony, but I'm sure a call to the agency would have fixed that quickly. Thanks to the agency and owner for the accommodation. We might come back, but next time it would be better not to go during the Hurricane season.

Great trip!

We had a great time at the condo. It was very clean and nicely decorated in an ocean theme. It was a short walk to the beach. We loved the nice wide beach which was great for taking long walks. There are lots of restaurants and two grocery stores near by. Any questions we had were answered quickly. Great trip!

Winter get away

Great place to escape winter the unit was nicely furnished the kitchen was very well stocked bed was comfortable it was located close to the beach we totally enjoyed our stay

Loved the location. It was very quiet. Easy walk to the beach. Lots of options to eat out. We went sight seeing downtown it was very nice. We will definitely go back. We were there September 25-29. Not crowded not all. We loved our stay.

So great!

Cute, clean, well decorated condo w/comfy master suite bed and pillows. Great location to pool and beach access. Balcony was a favorite spot with nice ocean breeze and a peek of an ocean view. Communication w/property manager was great and we were well accommodated with our extended stay. Will definitely book this unit again!

Great vacation spot!

This was a great condo and we loved the area. Kids loved the pool and we loved that it’s not a far walk to the beach! Condo was clean and in a great spot. We had a great vacation! We will absolutely book this specific condo again!

Loved the condo!

The condo itself was excellent, very up to date and close to the destinations we were wanting to visit. However we were shocked at all of the watch for snake signs. We were even more shocked when we saw 4 snakes in the first two days of arrival. Also, severely allergic to fleas and found some fleas on us at the pool area.

Perfect apartment by the sea

The apartment was very pretty and equipped with everything you need. The apartment and the whole complex is very nice and clean. The beach is great and easily accessible via the private access. The landlord was very friendly and helpful.

Bitter Sweet

Bitter: Check-in was at 4p and the cleaning crew was still onsite at 4:45; we didn’t have a functioning front door lock for 24 hours; the washing machine didn’t work for 48 hours; the heated pool was closed for construction; lastly, we didn’t wear shoes in the condo (per request from VRBO) which left the bottom of our feet black by the end of each day. Sweet: Secured, well-kept, quiet neighborhood; 5 minute walk to beach with easy beach access from ramp, 10 minute bike ride to Publix; 15 minute bike ride to Beachcomber; condo was well-equipped with all essentials (hand soap/dish soap/paper towel/toilet paper/cooking necessities); spacious condo; hot water for showers; AC kept us cool. We were inconvenienced more than anyone should ever be while on vacation. Even though we had to deal with locksmiths and appliance repair men, the property manager was receptive and pleasant. Hopefully the issues have been addressed.

Great place

We have stayed here for two years in a row for the whole month of March. It is a very comfortable place in a super location. A very short walk to the ocean, maybe 5 minutes at most. This complex also has a heated pool which many don’t have this time of year even if the listing says it has a pool. A definite advantage to be in Ocean Village Club. The kitchen is very well equipped and the master king bed is very comfortable and firm for 30 nights in a row. The other advantage to this particular unit is the windows and doors are all new and have screens which many units don’t have. It is an end unit which makes it a bit more secluded.

Poor after hours communication

After driving 15+ hours with 3 kids none of the access codes that were sent to me were correct, and we couldn’t get inside the complex the room. I called the after hours number and the receptionist tried to reach someone from the office but no one answered and we were told they could take our number and someone would call back at their earliest conscience. I was able to reach someone via VRBO messaging. They questioned if we typed the numbers in correctly, and then said the codes must have changed on them. My family had to go out to eat for dinner in the mean time( which was not budgeted in the vacation) After over an hour of waiting I was sent the correct access codes. The place was nice and was close to the beach access. My only complaint was the floors were not the cleanest when we arrived, but I know it’s hard to keep sand off the tiles.

Clean, great location. Other than a way to block out the morning sun in the bedroom and a new set of blinds on the living room sliding glass door, we enjoyed our stay.
