Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable with multiple pillows. Shower was clean with multiple towels and shampoo/conditional/body wash available. Kitchen and common area was clean and most importantly there was coffee available.

This executive suite was exactly what the owner stated and we would love to see it in the summertime as it is in a very unique location. It is very central and all of the places we wanted to see were close . Street parking was good and the cooking area was great. We had six people,and were comfortable. The owner was very attentive and we would definitely stay here again . Thanks again for a great stay .

This was a work trip. The suite had everything we needed and it was very comfortable to be there. The area feels safe, not too far from grocery stores and restaurants ( approx 10 Uber ride). Overall it was great !

The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals; I would suggest a couple of staple spices could be added to the oil, salt and pepper that are provided. Coffee; tea and sugar were provided. The automatic ice maker was so appreciated considering our stay was during a heat wave!The basement apartment was clean, beds were very comfortable. It was also cooler than ground level would have been. The location was safe and residential so it was quiet. The only downside was the child that ran around the upstairs squealing until 10-11 pm each night of our stay. It would have been helpful to know this could happen prior to our booking.

great location and wonderful place to stay

Wow, this was a great place to stay. very clean and very good location. It was very easy to contact the property managers. We will try to book here in the future when we return to Edmonton.

Great place to stay downtown Edmonton

We had a great stay at this property. Very comfortable for our family of five. Quick access to downtown, Kinsmen Sports Centre, and Whyte ave - on a lovely, quiet street. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Thanks!

Would stay here again!

Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location for where we needed to go. Easy check in. Easy access. So much more comfortable than a hotel!Made a suggestion to get a better shower head for more water flow and they will be looking into that. Great to communicate with and we would for sure stay here again.

Family stay

Beautiful suite in a fantastic location! Can walk to Downtown in 20 mins. Lovely walks through woods below. Less then 30 min walk to Whyte Ave and restaurants. Spacious kitchen.

Modern gem

The home was stunning and every design detail impeccable. Friends I met with in Edmonton there, all complimented it. Communication with property owner was great, and I was able to arrange early check-in late. Really thankful to find this place.

Perfect working retreat setting

The suite was perfect for my working retreat, I had everything I needed in a beautiful & comfortable suite. Being close to Mill Creek Ravine allowed me to get some fresh air when I needed a break from my research and writing. I would choose the suite again if in need of a quiet place to work. Thanks

This unit was in a nice quiet neighborhood with access right across the street to beautiful ravine paths & trails! The parking was just on the street but it was so quiet that there was never an issue. Check -in was very easy - the only issue was that we were told not to check in until after 4 pm so we waited & when we got there at 4:20 - the cleaning lady was still there. It wasn’t an issue and she left right away as soon as she finished the floors. We did cook breakfast there & even a couple simple dinners & we found the cupboards sufficiently stocked with everything we needed. We even did a couple loads of laundry & it was super great having that as we stayed for 8 days. It was a little farther from the University than I had thought but that was my issue for not checking better. Overall it was a great place to stay & definitely more reasonable than a hotel room!

Concert Event

We stayed at this Rental as we came down to Edmonton for a concert. The location is quiet, very close to down town as well. The home was cleanly, spacious and open. We didn’t cook or anything. However, it would be nice for bottles of water versus the tap. A few more towels, and an additional fan in the other bedroom. Very minor things. But we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again if we had the opportunity to :)

Beautiful accommodation in an outstanding location

This a just a beautiful place to stay - clean, modern, quiet, and spacious with all the amenities for a longer term stay. The location is outstanding, close to the Muttart Conservatory, Strathcona, and downtown Edmonton. Just outside the door are walking/running trails which allow you to get out into nature in the middle of the city. The hosts responded quickly to all enquiries. After booking I had to shorten our stay by one day and got our refund very quickly (some hosts take ages to give you your money back). I missed this in the ad but the only TV service you can get is if you have a paid subscription to a service (e.g. Roku). We didn't so we had a nice break from TV! I would definitely stay here again if I was going to Edmonton.

Convenient place for folks with a vehicle

The apartment, roomy, with comfortable beds, had an uninspiring but unobjectionable all-Ikea decor. It was clean, and remarkably well provisioned -- with coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing and washing tablets, kitchen towels, toilet paper, tissues, soap, shampoo, and even moisturizer. A job well done, by the property managers, who also ensured efficient communications. The kitchen boasted a full complement of pots, bowls, whisks, etc. which allowed us to prep a family Christmas dinner with no real headaches. The location, however, was inconvenient for our group of 4 adults, two older, as we were on foot, and the rental sits at the bottom of a hill, with the sidewalks dangerously slippery with ice, and the closest corner-store more than a mile away. I was sorry I had failed to infer these drawbacks from the general location -- all we had, until exactly 24 hours before check-in. All in all, probably a better bet in summer, when one could take full advantage of hikes in the ravine, and enjoy a cooler, darker basement suite -- rather than the vagaries of a spotty heating system (through ceiling vents).
