A 2-bedroom, 1-bath South Tampa home for up to 8, with a heated saltwater pool and spa in a private fenced yard. MacDill AFB is 5 minutes away, downtown Tampa about 15 and the airport about 20.

The living room, dining area and kitchen share one open layout. A plush sectional faces a 70-inch TV, and a wooden dining table with bench seating holds six. That table doubles as the games table, converting to ping pong and pool. Out back, a fenced yard holds the heated saltwater pool, the spa, patio seating and a gas grill.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
★ Setting: a quiet residential street in South Tampa near Gadsden Park and MacDill AFB. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am; please keep noise respectful day and night.
★ Pool and spa heat: $35 per night for the whole stay, added at booking. The spa is heated only when pool heating is added; without it, the spa is simply an unheated extension of the pool. The electric heater raises the water 15–20°F above the day's low, and the setting cannot be changed mid-stay.
★ Bathrooms & beds: one full bath for up to 8. A king, a queen with a bunk bed, and a living-room sleeper.
★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet, disclosed before arrival. Undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.
★ Fees: the base rate covers 4 guests; $15 per night for each guest above 4. Early check-in or late check-out $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may be charged.
★ After booking: a short rental agreement and ID check; the booking guest must be 25+. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.
