The accommodations are located on an enclosed plot. The swimming pool is fully fenced and will be at your disposal when you are there. Possibility to enjoy the jacuzzi (on reservation and supplement of 40€ per spa/hour).
In the summer period from mid-June to mid-September, reservations are only made from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights).
Functional, it is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, hot plates, extractor hood, traditional coffee machine, Senseo, kettle, juicer, toaster, electric chopper, complete cookware for 6 people, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, washing machine, drying rack. Electric mosquito repellents and their tablets will be available as well as twists and candles.
Air conditioning.
To make your stay more pleasant, we provide you with a hairdryer, toiletry set (towels, sheets, paper, shampoo, soap)
This accommodation, ideal for 5 people, has 2 bedrooms, one with a 140x200 bed, the other with 1 bunk bed for 3 people (140 bed downstairs, 90 cm bed upstairs), in the main room a BZ sofa that can be used as an extra bed.
We provide bed linen free of charge for stays of more than 2 nights, and available for stays of less than 3 nights at a rate of €15 per pair.
The bathroom is functional and has a large bathtub.
Outside: paved terrace, equipped: table, chairs, lounge, plancha.
Pool side: a barbecue is at your disposal as well as a dining area.
Practice of selective sorting.
The cleaning fee of €10 per night mainly concerns the application of the cleaning criteria relating to covid-19 but also includes the cleaning of the linen room at your disposal, water and electricity.
Service animals are accepted free of charge, for other animals (maximum two) an extra charge of 7€/night/animal, you will be asked when you receive the keys.
The accommodation must be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness, otherwise an additional fee may be deducted from the deposit.
Security deposit - on arrival a deposit of €200 in cash must be paid. This will be returned in full on departure unless damaged.
Passenger access:
A9 motorway, exit 43 "Le Boulou", direction Céret, pass the small town of Saint Jean Pla de Corts, on the D115, about 1.5km away, on the left is a veterinary office (DECORSAIRE), turn on the path and it is at n°4.
Moreover, for your GPS, it will be more practical for you to display the contact details of this veterinary practice.
Other notes:
Ideal for holiday stays, spa treatments (10 minutes from Amélie les Bains or Le Boulou), or trips to construction sites.
Vehicles have a fully fenced and secure parking area, motorcycles and bicycles can be sheltered.
