This was the perfect property for our stay. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. The location is great. We enjoyed the view of the canal and watching the boat traffic. Easy walk to the beach and to great restaurants for dinner. The host made check-in easy and was wonderful to communicate with. Look forward to our next stay.

Great views and nice and quiet location!

It was a great getaway. Nice location and quiet. It’s within walking distance to Shops and restaurants, and not even a 10 minute ride to Henlopen State Park. I would definitely go back!

A perfect place for two

My husband and I booked this property last minute and it was excellent. Robin, the manager, was extremely communicative and kind. The location was beautiful and perfect, we could walk nearly everywhere. We even used the pool one morning. The unit is tucked out of view because of the stairwell near the pool, but it's there and cute as ever! We hope to return in the future.

We picked this place for the location/ view. It was pricey but the view was lovely and walking distance to all the good shops/restaurants. The unit has a small bedroom just big enough for the an jncom bed, reasonable for short vaca.The kitchen/living was small but again suitable for a short term vacation spot. The kitchen had a full oven and microwave set up but only a small fridge/freezer combo which made it difficult to store what we wanted/needed. We walked the docks everyday. The purpose of our trip was a fishing trip and the lewes harbor marina had a great tackle/bait shop and great service. Although you can walk the docks the the boat slips and docks are considered private property. There are lots of signs about private property around the boats but nothing that says you can't fish. After speaking with Robin she advised against it although we befriended a captain of the boat docked outside of the unit and he gave us permission to fish there use his water hose to clean up our fishing gear. He is a local and has been there for 30 years, he had some great stories. However this is an HOA someone called to complain about us,Robin had to reach out. The unit is 5-10 mins away to several beaches so it's a great location. Although the unit did have a mini split it did not seem as effective as I'd like. Unit did have a fan/ I brought a 2nd one but was still hot the whole time. Bathroom was big/beautiful, shower great post beach. Robin was a great communicator readily available

Great little condo!

Overall the stay was great! However communication before check in was non existent. I tried to contact the property manager several times to ask a few questions and got no response. Also, the pool door is located right across from the room and everytime the pool door would slam shut it was very loud in the condo. Overall super cute place with a great view!

Peaceful

My husband and I stayed at this lovely studio on the canal in Lewes De. The place was clean and very nicely updated. The best part was the unit also has a balcony where you sit outside have a glass or two of wine and relax, over looking the canal and marina. After 2 years of not going anywhere with Covid. It was so peaceful and relaxing.

Fabulous location with boats and views

Wonderful little property, the picture window is exactly as shown, you are directly next to the boats and the views! Great location for walking to town and 12 minute walk to beach. The only issue was communication, when booking we communicated by VRBO. The property is managed by a real estate company who had been emailing us, and no longer using VRBO chat. Unfortunately we did not receive emails. Problem was resolved the day before vacation but the VRBO communication had stopped at that point. And then the company was great to deal with. Will consider staying again!

Beautiful place!!

My husband and son stayed here for a lax tournament. The place was super clean, the check in process was easy and communication was responsive and really helpful! They wished they could’ve stayed longer!!
