Featuring 4 suites, a private pool with unobstructed views, and a wonderful setting, it’s ideal for families and groups of friends seeking luxury and tranquility.

Every morning at a time of your choosing, you’ll be served a Moroccan breakfast prepared by a housekeeper, who is also available for housekeeping tasks.

Modern architecture and decor, fully equipped with Wi-Fi, perfect for a wonderful family vacation. It features 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and private toilet. Each room has its own unique charm thanks to its distinct decor. Linens are provided.

On the first floor, you’ll find a beautiful living area featuring a comfortable corner sofa with a large-screen TV and digital terrestrial TV (TNT) so you can watch all French and international channels just like at home.

A fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker, and electric kettle, as well as all the necessary dishes and utensils if you’d like to cook.

For dining, there is a dining area with a very large table where you can enjoy your meals indoors, or if you prefer, there is an outdoor terrace with a seating area.

VERY RARE: The villa features a basement converted into a professional spa, complete with a hammam and a massage/relaxation room. This service is available for a fee and is provided by professional staff who come on-site to offer you a customized experience.

Outside, you’ll find a private pool to cool off in, as well as lounge chairs for basking in the sun—all with complete privacy.

Our villa is located near the city walls of Marrakech. Jemaa el-Fna Square is accessible on foot or by taxi.

- For Moroccan or mixed-nationality couples (if one spouse is a Moroccan national), a marriage certificate is required and must be presented at check-in.

- It is strictly prohibited to bring or consume illegal substances within the accommodation or residence.

- Sex tourism is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion and legal action.

- You are asked to be considerate of the neighborhood (quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM) and to respect local customs and traditions. Parties and events are not permitted.

- If the rules regarding disturbances are not followed, the agency reserves the right to evict tenants before the end of their stay.

- Any additional guests must be reported to the host.

- Only families, couples, and mixed-gender groups are permitted in our accommodations, in accordance with the residence’s rules.

- Regarding the use of the pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for their family and children; the Agency disclaims all liability in the event of negligence on the part of the tenant.

- For environmental reasons and to prevent any misuse, we inform our guests that electricity consumption will be limited to 70 kW per day—equivalent to 10 hours of total electricity use at the villa for 10 consecutive hours, which is more than sufficient. in which case, if this limit is exceeded, a surcharge of 1 DH per kW (official Radeema rate) will be billed to you at checkout or deducted from your Airbnb security deposit:
