Within walking distance to beautiful nature for great hiking, diving, snorkeling and enjoying the beautiful turquoise blue sea or relaxing at the charming, shady beach.

Only 15 driving minutes away from more of the most beautiful beaches and diving spots Curacao has to offer (over 25!). Great places to eat, have a refreshing drink, watch the flamingos, visit local artists, go horseback riding or buy some groceries within 15 minutes by car.

The historic and world-famous city center of Willemstad, the recently opened Sambil International shopping center and one of the 3 golf courses the island has to offer are within 30 minutes by car.
The house offers lots of privacy and lets you enjoy the beautiful view whether you relax in the living room, cool down under the windy enjoy the sun on the deck or take a plunge the pool.

You can enjoy the villa, garden and pool which offer a lot of privacy. The property lies on Coral Estate Beach Dive & Wellness Resort in a stunning natural environment. There is a beach which is part of the famous restaurant "Karakter". You can make use of the general pool with our bar & fine dining restaurant "Koraal".
For relaxation take a day to go to Spa "8 - the Experience". They offer treatments, massages and different saunas.
If you want you can rent a car with us!

During your holiday we are delighted to be your travel guide on the Island. At the Villa were you will find a directory with all information needed about the villa/resort and a tour book that allows you to explore all Curacao has to offer.
We would recommend you to rent a car which is done by most travelers in Curaçao.

That way you can easily explore the island (only 60 km in length) and get the most out of many activities, beaches and places to go and see. Coral Estate is located in the middle of the island and 20 minutes away from the airport. You don't need a car to enjoy the nearby beach, spa and nature surrounding the house.

A beautiful Villa, a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation! Gorgeous view of the ocean and sunsets! Close to beautiful beaches and interesting hiking trails. Kitchen was well equipped; including many convenient appliances. Host was very pleasant and responsive to questions.

House was great, wonderful views, I would defiantly stay again. Management company needs some work, When we got to the house none of the beds were made and all the outside furniture was in the living room. They made everything right in the end, but not how you want to enter your home for the week after a long day of travel.

Gorgeous view

We are a family of six so the property was a great fit for us! We absolutely loved the view and the pool! We drove to nearby beaches since it was probably a 25 minute walk, but it was fine for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

The house was perfect in every way. The location was beautiful and having the resort nearby was helpful. We rented snorkel equipment and ate at the restaurant. It was very safe for running and walking. A definite must stay for your Curaçao vacation.

Beautiful property with a lovely outside area. Pool overlooking ocean and great sunset views. The neighborhood feels really safe and access was easy. Great location between west beaches and Willemstad. The downstairs suite is nice is you need the extra space. Beautiful island that feels friendly and safe.

Villa Summertime, great find!

This was the perfect spot to getaway and relax. Far enough from the hustle but only a short drive from some amazing beaches. Tons of comfortable and well thought-out open-air entertaining, sunning, eating and lounging spaces. The kitchen is well provisioned for any type of meal and the high-end grill was a hit. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was perfect at night. The amenities and the complex came in handy too. You can rent scuba equipment, snorkel, grab a coffee and pastry or sit and catch up on work in the open space. Highly recommend! We'll be back next year.

Stunning Oasis

From the minute you walk in the front door and are greeted with the stunning view, sparkling pool and lounge chairs that are begging to be sat in with a nice cocktail in your hand..any stress you may have came with, gets left in the driveway. This home is spotless and I mean spotless...even under the kitchen sink is clean! It has everything you need and not too much clutter or left over "junk" from previous renters. Simply, peacefully, perfect

Best Family Vacation

We had a great stay. It was 2 adults and 3 kids ages 10 - 16. The house was perfect. The 4th bedroom is downstairs so my husband and I had our own private sweet. All 3 kids had their own room and connected bathroom. The outdoor space was beautiful and the owners were very communicative and easy to get ahold of when needed. They took care of everything immediately. We are planning a trip back in August (one week was not enough time for everything) and everyone wants to stay in this house again.

Paradise

We chose this property as it was close to the Western beaches—-it’s exactly as listed—-we loved hanging outside in the sitting areas and hanging in the pool. The area is peaceful and quiet—-people very nice. Good amenities in the kitchen—-bed linens and towels were very nice. I am a spoiled American and I do have to admit late afternoon with no AC was a struggle at first but the pool helped and I adapted. My husband and son also loved this property. We toured the island—-went to 6 different beaches, did sightseeing, went out for dinner each night and did lunches at the beach snack bars. Enjoyed seeing pelicans, goats, flamingoes, iguanas, and colorful birds.

Beautiful villa by the ocean

The property is great. Amazing view, well equipped( great kitchen) and homey. The fourth bedroom is locked and on a lower level reachable by an outside staircase. This came as a surprise? Along with finding the key to unlock it. We had no AC in two bedrooms the first night because we could not get the units operational. The mgt co. Rep. visited our first day and explained how they operate. We had plumbing issues that were resolved but communication was challenging- our locks were changed while we were out without notifying us our last full day. It is a great space. All issues were resolvable.

Beautiful Views and Close to Amenities

Overall, Villa Summertime was a great home base for our vacation. It was larger than we needed for two people, but the location and private pool were deciding factors that made it a good choice for us. It's in the midlevel of Coral Estates, a short drive down the hill to the dive shop and restaurant. Our biggest complaint was the lack of pillows and nowhere to rinse and hang dive gear easily. We were using only one of the bedrooms, and all four had king size beds, but each bed only had two standard size pillows each. We ended up pulling pillows off other beds to be comfortable. The kitchen was fairly well appointed, although it could have used some new nonstick pans as the coating was damaged on a couple of them. There was a small stock of coffee and tea, a little sugar, salt and pepper, and a nice stock of flatware and basic china. The grill needed a bit of maintenance as the burner was a bit clogged in places and broken in others. The house is laid out so that there are three smaller bedrooms and baths upstairs with the kitchen/living/patio/pool area, and one larger bedroom accessed by going down an exterior staircase. It was the best sized bedroom and best laid out bathroom, but we did not use it since the living areas were upstairs. The private pool and covered cabana porch area were by far the highlights of the property for us. If you enjoy diving on this part of the island and a higher end place to stay, Villa Summertime is a great option!

Fantastic property, listing could be a little more accurate

The house is lovely! The view is amazing, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The house is located within Coral Estates where access is controlled by 24/7 security. A couple items to be aware of: there are no beach towels which is very unusual for homes we've rented at beach locations. The property management company suggested we use the bath towels at the beach. Although I asked about any check-in procedures, there were none. When the first of our party arrived at the guard gate, the guards weren't sure who they were. As a result, it delayed entry which could have been avoided. Also, the accuracy of the listing could be improved. Coral Estates is 38-40 minutes from Willemsted. There is a rush hour in the morning on small roads which can make the commute longer. If going to town each night is important, you should be aware of the commute or find a location that is closer. Also, the description mentions the amenities of the resort. We ate three times at the restaurants where the food was very good but where the menus were limited and the prices high. There is a resort pool sign that mentions that access to the pool is "free" when spending $28 PER PERSON per day. Since we were a party of 5 and didn't feel like spending $150 to use a pool, we went to the beach instead. Overall, it was a great first time on the island.

Hi Daniel Thank you for your review, We don’t have listed that we have special big towels to bring to the beach like requested, There at multiple towels at the house that can be used at the house and at the beach, this is common practice here and we do that in the 30 other properties also, The first message every one of your guests receives after the reservation is confirmed is our arrival message in here you find the full procedure, address and Key code and how to inform security that you are arriving, is you also show them the reservation details with address all is set, it is important to read this before arrival like we suggest, The house is properly listed with correct address, I recommend for your next holiday to do a little research of the property you want to rent is also located in the area’s you want to be this will avoid any irritation with long drives, the rush hour in the morning is between 6-8am not the usual time holiday renters start the day in the city, As told during your stay they are not fixed on the 28$ like the sign you found, As long drinks or food are sold to the group you are allowed to use the public pool area or the chairs at the beach, I hope you further had a great holiday and enjoyed Curacao,

The place is beautiful and very safe. We loved our time on the island and in the Coral Estate Resort Area. We would stay in the resort again. The frustration we had was more related to the timing of our visit and the age of the appliances. Everything was breaking or was close to it - the dryer, the coffee pot, the dishwasher was hard to get started, the grill didn't work consistently, the ice maker, the air conditioners in the rooms were temperamental. Nothing was a deal breaker- but when we had to deal with all of the 'repairs' and frustrations in one visit, it became a bit much (on vacation). The housing responded immediately when we contacted them. The owner was kind to give us a gift card for the restuarant on the resort (b/c of dryer being broken), but did not respond to some of our questions regarding check out (not sure if it was a 10:00 or 11:00 am check out). Maybe it was just bad timing for us and the age of the appliances....ALSO--- you only get one key! So, if you go with more than one family- be warned that you only have one key. We asked for another key but were told that it was not possible. In addition, the one bedroom is separate from the rest of the house (downstairs) so you must go outside and down steps to have access. This could be a problem with younger children! It has a separate key.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the property, Coral Estate, and your time on Curaçao. I’d like to clarify a few points. During your stay, the only issue reported to us was the dryer. It is a relatively new appliance and unfortunately required a warranty repair, which could not be completed during your short stay. As a gesture of goodwill, we provided a restaurant gift card for the inconvenience. The dishwasher, BBQ, coffee machine, ice maker, and air conditioners were all installed in 2024–2025. We have not received similar complaints before or after your visit, so we do not believe there are structural issues with these appliances. The villa is normally provided with one house key, as stated in our standard setup. The downstairs bedroom with its own private entrance is also clearly shown in the listing photos and description. Regarding check-out, late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Your message was sent late the evening before departure, after our office had closed, so we were only able to respond the following morning. We appreciate your feedback and wish you many more wonderful vacations in the future.

We had a wonderful two week visit at Villa Summertime. The house is fantastic and has a great view of the ocean. The neighborhood is very quiet and the amenities at Coral Estates brings us back year after year. We wanted to book again for next year but unfortunately it was already reserved. The house did not have any beach towels, so we bought them and left them for future guests. Also, the electric sockets are European style, so we bought a couple of adapters and left them as well. Overall, this is a great property to rent and I highly recommend it.Steve Stricker

Villa Summertime =Villa Tranquility

This guard gated resort property is of the beaten path which was perfect for us to relax and unwind. The home was clean and stocked with all the necessities to ensure a comfortable stay. Amazing sunsets every night while having dinner outside and daily snorkeling! The pool was a windlass touch for us to cook off when we didn't feel like going to the beach. Two restaurants, a dive shop, coffee with bakery and pizza shop are all within the community as well as a Lab to Med that will come to you for your exit Covid testing. Beautiful, tranquil, clean and comfortable. Will definitely visit again!

Excellent View

I have rented many properties on the ABC islands and this was one on my favourite. The location is great, more unspoiled than the south of the island. The gated community felt safe although I have never felt unsafe anywhere on the island. Solo running not an issue. The property is exactly as pictured, very comfortable and well stocked. Will rent again.
