With the $35 daily resort fee that needs to be paid at check-in, guests can enjoy of the private pool, private beach access with towels, umbrellas and chairs, fitness center, complimentary high-speed WIFI, and business center. Hotel also has meeting spaces for any private events and it also contains 1 restaurant and 2 bars. Resort is located within a short distance of many attractions in Miami. Should you have a vehicle, there is a $35 valet parking fee to be paid at property.

Though this construction will not impact any of our amenities and services here at Marenas, you may experience an increase in noise during your stay. The 1 bedroom deluxe was perfect for our family of 4 . We loved the facility, location, service, and amenities too. We would book it again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marenas!! Our condo was very clean and nicely furnished. We also had a beautiful view of the ocean. We even got up early enough one morning to watch the sun rise!!

Our stay for Taylor Swift Concert!

We stayed in this property 3 nights to see Taylor Swift concert. We weren’t the only ones as we got to the lobby we saw many more staying in this hotel/apartments building. We got to relaxed by the beach a little and the people were just great. A lot of eating places around.. definitely cool for a long period stay as well. Definitely would live to come back and stay again.

construction next door

we were supposed to get ocean view we had view of the construction next door, because it was a short stay we did not change rooms but next time we wont stay there until the creature next door gets erected

Great staff service. Very friendly and polite. Unit needs a thorough clean. Bathroom has mildew all over. Kitchen cabinets and appliances with grease to the touch. Mattress and pillows are of poor quality. Bathroom and kitchen can benefit from a remodel. Sofa is stained.

Perfect beach retreat

We were in town for a Copa game at Hard Rock Stadium and wanted to find a nice place to enjoy a beach retreat as part of the trip and Marenas exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful and is located right on one of Miamis pristine beaches. The hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas, so enjoying the beach really is a breeze. The water is crystal clear and the beach is very clean. We really liked that this is not a super busy public beach. The pool is small, but really nice. We ate breakfast and dinner at the on site restaurant and the food was really good. The drive to the stadium is about 20 minutes without traffic, so very convient for everything we were looking for. I think we may have found our go-to place for our South Florida visits!

The Marenas is an older building, but the staff were nice. The unit was disappointing and lacked comfort from the bed to the furnishings. Hardly worth the price. One of my rings went missing. The service in the restaurant was slow and the food was mediocre. The beach was beautiful. The pool very small.

Excellent location

Overall, B+ rating The location is fantastic! Walking distance to a ton of restaurants, groceries, shopping, etc. Also a short driving distance to Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. The front desk was average, at best, for the duration of our stay. Three times we asked the front desk to break a $50 bill and they could not. They suggested we ask the valet and they too could not give us change. Having worked in hotel management for 20+ years, I can tell you this is very, very strange and NOT the norm. The front desk staff were nice but certainly did not go out of their way to be friendly nor overly welcoming. There seemed to be alot of confusion among the desk staff. Each time a guest was checking in, they had to wait for [I believe] the manager to walk them through the check-in process. The nicest gal we talked with at the desk was when we were checking out. She is the only desk staff who engaged in conversation with us. The valet staff was very personable. The room layout is very nice with gorgeous views. In the afternoon when the sun is blocked by the building on the beach, I moved to our room's deck and had several hours of full sun. The room is a bit tired and could be significantly improved with a fresh coat of paint and new carpeting. The beach is very nice although small. It seems the resort only has a limited amount of space to place chairs for guests so it's very close quarters. Be aware of the nightly fees for parking a car at the resort AND the daily charge for the beach.

Loved our stay!

This property was very beautiful and perfect for my husband and I. Some of the reviews were accurate about the buildings being so tall that the sun goes behind them around 2:30 every day. So make sure you get on the beach early! Everyone on the property was great and so friendly. We would definitely stay here again :)

Nice relaxing getaway on the beach

Very nice unit with gorgeous balcony views. Beachfront property was very convenient. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom with utensil and washing needs. Easy check in/out. Restaurant food was very good but a little pricy. The only thing that wasn’t accurate was some of the property amenities such as the outdoor patio fire pit that they got rid of and the water display viewed next to the outdoor seating had no water in it / wasn’t working and a few other minor repairs could have been done outside the unit itself but nothing that would prevent me from coming back for another stay ! The staff was very friendly and responded right away to our needs every time. Used Lyft ride share many times never had to wait and had great drivers. Nice time had by all!

warm weather get away

Overall we loved the general location, room and property. Only dissapointing aspect was that the sun on the beach is blocked by the tall building next door by 2pm.
