The house is great, so close to town. The neighborhood is so cool! Twin beds were the least favorite, kind of hard according to family. King was comfortable. We would stay again!

Beautiful location! Easy to walk into the plaza. It was perfect for our group of 4. We very much enjoyed the outside patio area and listening to the birds. Several nuthatches stopped by the bird feeder. The only thing that would have been helpful to know was how to turn on the air conditioning and the front door is tricky to figure out so clear instructions would have helped. Overall, a beautiful place to stay while in Santa Fe.

Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback and for your kind words about the home and location. We are glad the space, patio, and birdwatching worked well for your group. We are sorry for the confusion about how to turn on the air conditioning and will look into making those instructions clearer. We also regret that the front door was tricky to use and will review how we can provide better guidance for future guests.

Hard to imagine a more cozy, charming or conveniently-located spot to spend a few days (or longer) in Santa Fe. Could not recommend this property enough, and the folks who manage it were easy to communicate with and wonderfully accommodating.

Great location, great property

The place looks just like the pictures. We’d stay here again. The only negative is that you have to stop by the property management office to get the keys, which is only 5 minutes away. Not a big deal, but not what I’m used to for rental properties.

Great Place and Location

The property is accurately listed, well appointed and fun to stay there. However, a few things needed repair (toilet constantly ran water) and left a message on the weekend with the property management company and never got a call back.
