We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We especially loved spending time on the balcony—the sunrises and sunsets were absolutely gorgeous and made each day extra special.Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us. We made so many wonderful memories and had an amazing time. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo. The outside deck (estimated to be 12’ x 40‘) is unbelievable to enjoy the ocean.Updated / everything is in great shape / decorated extremely well / very cleanWe’re definitely stay here again when returning to Panama City BeachWe were a group of 10 and with the four bedrooms (each having their own bath) had plenty of space. Parking worked out great.And every morning they were cleaning the pool and hot tub for everyone to enjoyEven had an ice vending machine in the parking garage if you needed iceExceeded all our expectations

Great Stay

Get week for our family and grandparents. Everything was clean, balcony is huge, and Ron was a wonderful host that communicated very well. Will 100% stay here again.

40th Anniversary trip with kids and grandkids

The condo is exactly as pictured. It is beautifully decorated, clean and has a wonderful balcony. The owner was so helpful and answered right away when we had questions. We had a wonderful time enjoying the pool and access to the beach right there.

This Condo was wonderful. Our 11 person family loved it. The Kitchen was fully equipped with two coffee makers, a ninja blender, toaster, a mixer and all the pots, pans and utensils you could possibly need. The bed arrangement in the condo meant that everyone in our party had plenty of space to sleep comfortably. The balcony was amazing to sit out on in the morning for coffee and in the afternoon for cocktails. Largest balcony we have ever seen. The view of PCB was amazing to say the least with the clear blue water. The parking spot was tight, but we managed to fit our Minivan in just fine. The overflow parking across the street provided another spot for our oversized truck without any problems. Other reviews mention elevator issues, but during our visit, the only rough time was check-in which is true for most condos. The rest of our stay, there were no elevator issues at all. The property is conveniently located just around the corner from Walmart for all your grocery/beverage needs. Just across the street my family went for ice cream every night at the Cow Creamery. Adults also visited the Daiquiri store as well right next door. Our host, Ron, was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with (Thanks Ron). Our entire family would highly recommend this condo for any larger family needs.The Browns

Gorgeous Family Condo

Your condo is absolutely the nicest condo we've ever stayed in. It's decorated beautifully, well furnished and there's plenty of room for a large family both inside and on the amazing balcony. Thank you for making our vacation so special.

The property was beautiful and great location, check in was difficult due to code not working, and 7 women with 1 key for duration of stay. Would def stay here again, but hope they will work on door situation

BEAUTIFUL CONDO!

The condo was very clean and was beautifully decorated. Ron was a fantastic host and was very fast to respond to any of my concerns. Trying to get unloaded and up to our room was a bit chaotic due to everyone else trying to do the same. There is only one small unloading spot for vehicles that have to park across the street. With a lot of people trying to move in at the same time is was very stressful, especially when many didn't know the parking situation. Other than that we had a wonderful vacation and plan on returning here again.

Beautiful "Home Away From Home"

The Browns have truly outdone themselves with such a comfortable, beautiful condo to call home for your time in PCB. We loved the layout of the condo that included 4 bedrooms--perfect for our family of three brothers and their wives and children. The kids loved sharing the bunkroom, and the adults loved their own bedrooms that each included king-sized beds and bathrooms. However, when we were in the condo, our time was primarily spent on the fabulous balcony. It was huge and perfect for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. We're glad we found this new treasure on the Gulf--we'll be back! Thanks, Ron and Becky!

Family vacation

Not a great experience. First only 1 working elevator told been that way since april. Secondly was bothered several times about a piece of patio furniture that was broken by previous renter. Owner wanted to come DURING our stay and disrupt my family to do this instead of waiting 2 days till we checked out. So instead of being inconvenience by this I took pictures and sent them ridiculous to worry about this and bother guest over a 100 piece of furniture when charging 3400 for 5 days. Also property is full of don't do this don't do that signs not a real welcoming feeling

Adam, we are sorry you did not have a great experience while staying with us. The building is in the process of replacing both elevators with high speed elevators. They are doing one at a time and the process began mid-August. Both elevators will be finished by end of February . Yes you were asked if we could take a photo of the damaged sofa in an effort to get it repaired so you were able to use it. We attempt to Keep everything in top shape for our guests. The patio furniture is top quality and under 10 year warranty for repairs. The manufacturer needed a photo to bring the right parts for repair. Signs are posted in the building for safety reasons like throwing objects from the balconies-Florida law. It is a felony. Management’s goal is to inform guests of potential dangers. We’re sorry these things dampened your stay.

Room is exactly what you see in the pictures. Great space, awesome balcony. Parking is an absolute nightmare and pretty ridiculous with no one onsite to help coordinate unloading upon arrival. Had issues with the door code and had to reach out to the host and had to use the emergency key and go to the hardware store the next day and have keys made to get in the room for the rest of the stay. Having to pay for public parking was aggravating. Yes, we would stay here again because of the convivence of the property.

Beautiful balcony! The bunk room was perfect for our 4 grandchildren. Ron was very prompt in responding to our questions. This has nothing to do with the condo or the host but we did experience some elevator issues but maintenance was quick to work on them.

The condo was perfect for our family of 12 stay. communication with the host was quick and simple. Easy beach access. Will definitely be back. The only thing that was not as expected was additional parking, if you come with a large group and have 2 or more cars. You have to park across the street ( first come first get and then if no space you have to pay 12/day per car). It’s get pricier if you come to stay for 10 days.

I would do it again

We all enjoyed the condo and the location. While we were there, they were completely gutting one of the elevators so it wasn't usable. That caused the elevator wait to be longer than expected. They also repainted the pool so it was closed for a day. Again, not the condo owners fault but still disappointing. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was pretty well stocked with everything we needed. It was nice that the trash chute was so close and we were on the end of the hallway. The only thing that would make me hesitate to book again was the checkout time. Even though the site said 10am, even though that is still too early, we were told to ignore that time and be out before 10. That doesn't really set a good tone when you can't check in till 4pm. At least let people sleep in a little! 11am at the earliest would be awesome. That extra hour would have made all the difference for so many family members trying to get out of the condo on time.
