Manatee Cove

We really enjoyed our stay. Fishing was great and the pool was perfect. Loved the location. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

Graduation Getaway

I stayed at this beautiful home with my graduating HS son, so we could spend time swimming and boating the stress away!!! Awesome location !!

Amazing !!!!

Loved the property!!! House was very comfortable and well stocked. Pool area and dock were perfect!!! Location was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!!!

Awesome house!

Great location and comfortable house. We spent a lot of time in the pool area and boat dock. Even caught some fish! We will definetly consider this house for a future stay.

Peaceful Stay in Paradise

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here- loved the space, the location (minutes away from family), the quiet neighborhood and our pool time under the Vero sunshine. Our hosts were quick to respond to our questions and they spoiled us with extra ice and snacks. We’ll definitely be back, can’t wait for our next visit!

Cute house!

This house had it all! So clean and spacious, a beautiful pool for the girls (and boys) & great dock for the boys to fish! The kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d ever need & the beds (even the hide-a-bed) were very comfortable. We loved our stay.

Family time

We stayed 3 nights. We arrived by boat to a beautiful clean roomy house. The pool was perfect temperature, and the grand kids enjoyed some of the toys is the pool box. Would highly recommend to any one wanting to bring a boat, beautiful rides on the Indian River, north or south.

Relaxing as hoped

We spent most of the time in the pool or on the dock sipping wine and looking for dolphins and manatees. Yes to the dolphins and no to the manatees. Everything was close by and uber eats delivered anything we didn’t want to venture out to find. It was a totally lovely get away.

Great location, but needs more amenities to enjoy the waterfront space. Pool toys/float box was filled full of broken toys, nets and trash. No lounge chairs to fully relax and enjoy the sun and water. A kayak(s) or paddleboard (s) would've been nice to enjoy the water and is standard with most properties I've booked like this. Lengthy booking process due to HOA.

Beautiful spacious house in a great location

Beautiful house with lots of room. There are kayaks and fishing rods to use, and a beautiful pool. There were a few maintenance issues that I pointed out during the week which the manager apologized for but did not address

Better than advertised!

The house was beautiful, clean, spacious light and cheerful! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Really comfy beds, plush towels, fun pool toys and a luxurious heated pool! Watched fish jump and the manatees float by while having coffee on the canal dock. Put our kayak in from the dock and went out to the IC - caught fish! We have already put our names n he list for next year!

Snowbird’s Paradise!!

My husband, mother and I stayed in Manatee Cove for 2 weeks in 2/24. We saw manatee families swimming in the canal out back every day. There were always jumping fish to taunt my husband into throwing his fishing line into the water. We even saw a few playful dolphin! The pool was so wonderfully warm and beautiful. Though the Floridians thought we were crazy, we swam almost every day! Though Vero Beach has many activities we thought we’d do, aside from the beach, it was hard to leave our VBRO to do much else. Everything was already at the house!

Great rental on the canal

Stayed over the summer. The house was great and communication was good w property manager. Location on the canal was awesome- kids loved fishing off the dock and the pool. The only thing that could be improved was the security deposit communication. No where on the listing does it say when/ how you will receive the deposit back. I had to email the property manager a few times and finally got it back in the form of a paper check in the mail- quite a long time after the stay.

Great home and location!!

We all had a great time at this property. Had everything we needed to stay home and relax or take a short drive north or south for great beaches, restaurants and things to do. Hurricane Debby came through along the west coast and impacted some of our beach days but we would just head home and hang out at the pool or fish off the dock. There is a great Cuban restaurant just across route 1 that had the best Colada in the area...we tried several locations. The home had everything we needed for our beach days towels, cooler, umbrella and chairs. It was great to come home shower off and jump in the pool. There is a nice large grill and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking meals. Fishing rods and tackle were there and a really nice bait shop right up rte 1. My son caught all kinds of fish. I am pretty sure I saw manatee swim by the one day when we were fishing. My daughter really wanted to see one but missed that chance. We headed over to Round Island Park and got to see several manatee there, highly recommend that beach as well. We had one night when a heavy thunderstorm came through and knocked out the power. The PM was quick to respond and provided updates about restoration. There were several games to play so we enjoyed an evening of scrabble by glow of a flashlight on a water bottle. Myself and family really enjoyed the home and the location for all we got to do while staying for our ten night trip. Will stay again!!

Beautiful Home with Breathtaking Views

This is our fourth stay at the House at Manatee Cove. We simply love the canal views, where you can view bull sharks, dolphins, and various fish on a daily basis from the dock. The home is clean, great location for fishing, and includes everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. As always, excellent communication with Shannon and team.
