Table Rock Lake on Indian Point - walk to the water!

Watch the sunset from this luxury lakefront condo on Indian Point very close to marina and Silver Dollar City. Includes 3 king beds, plus bunk beds & sectional sofa sleeper can sleep up to 8 people. Room darkening shades in every room. 1800 sq ft condo with granite counters in the fully stocked kitchen, very nice appliances, washer/dryer, and large private balcony overlooking the water. There is one assigned parking space in front of the building and a two (total) vehicle limit on-site. No trailer parking allowed by HOA. Additional parking is available nearby for a fee. Please message me for additional parking information.

Pets are NOT allowed in this condo and failure to honor this will result in loss of your security deposit.

No smoking/vaping allowed inside the condo.

We come to Branson every year in November. This place is a Great place, close to all. Clean easy to get to and owners were great at communication. Would recommend to others.

The condo was just as good if not better than what was listed. Large kitchen, bedrooms and master bath. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The outdoor deck railing seems to be recently replaced however there isn't any bug screen on it anymore which the picture looks like there was but was still very nice place to relax in the mornings and plan for the day. Yes it is a bit hard to see the lake because of the trees but I understand this is an issue with the Corp of Engineers at Table Rock Lake (almost the entire lake has trees around the lake frontage).The information book the host left us was very helpful as we planned our weekend. Not much parking area for the condos but the reserved parking spot for one vehicle in front of the condo was nice. There is a small bar / restaurant next to the condo that was a fun place but fills up fast on the weekend evenings. We would truly be interested in staying here again the next time we are at Table Rock.

Weekend getaway

Stayed over Memorial Day weekend good location trees by water should be cut down or trimmed so you can see the water better nice inside and out

Not happy

Not well maintained, the cover for the door lock fell off every time we closed the door, the washer shakes the whole house, the walls have large cracks in them, the location sucked, the handrails outside are broken, not pleased especially for how expensive it was, way happier with the other locations iv stayed at in Indian point they were much nicer and better maintained and they were cheaper.

Labor Day getaway

Beautiful place to stay. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Main bedroom toilet wasn’t that clean and hard to flush but overall love the place and will be staying here again.

Nice set up for 2 families

This had the best lay out for 2 families out of every place we have stayed the last 5 years. Only complaint is there was only about a quarter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and it didn’t get us through the first night with 8 people. I understand not providing all the tp but at least a full roll for each bathroom would be nice.

Annual family vacation to TRL

This is the second time we've stayed here. Our 3 children are young adults and love it here! It's 5 minutes (maybe less) to the Indian Point Marina. It's laid back and not as much traffic as other areas of the lake.The condo had everything we needed to make all of our meals, and what we didn't have or forgot we could get at the corner store right down the road

Branson Vacation

The property was very comfortable and the new master bath was beautiful. We certainly missed the grill and did not want to use the community one without Reynolds wrap which was not in the kitchen. Also no liquid dish detergent for hand washing things. No tissues in master bath and the big clock was not working. Thankfully I had an extra battery in my suitcase and we got it going. We also found tissues, dish detergent, and the Keurig pot in the kitchen closet when we realized it was not locked! Very happy about that! Good vacation and stay!

Great Family Vacation 2023

Nice quiet location on Indian Point. The Lake House next door is added bonus. Plenty of space 2 adults and 4 children.

Great Location and views

The location and views were terrific. The owner communicated perfectly. My biggest and only complaint was the cleanliness. The main bathroom was stopped up when we first got there. Needless to say that created a bad taste from the get go and questioned if anything had really been cleaned.

Review

I booked this property for my little’s birthday/spring break trip. I have nothing but positive things to state. Ours was a group of 4 adults and 1 child. Each room had the most comfortable beds, it was spacious where we weren’t on top of each other. The view of the lake was amazing and was lovely to wake up to each day. You’ll be staying off of the main strip if you book here BUT with the views, space, and how easy it is to get to place and being right by Silver Dollar City I would highly recommend booking this place.

Perfect location

Great location and space. Traveled with our family and close friends. Plenty of room for all, adults could enjoy the evening and kids be asleep undisturbed. Peaceful view, saw 11 deer outside one morning. Close to Silver Dollar City and perfect distance from the strip and downtown Branson. Host was very responsive throughout the entire process.

Mostly perfect!

Husband and golfing buddy have been doing spring and fall golfing trips to Branson for 5 years. This condo has been their favorite for set-up ease of two guys working in the kitchen. Their only problem was the electric grill repeatedly tripping the GFI on the deck. They solved it by using a heavy duty extension cord to a different outlet. This location was quiet and peaceful during their stay. A very comfortable set-up.
