Ahoy there, Mateys! This is the island getaway of your dreams! Stocked with chill vibes and trendy décor, you won’t be able to get enough of this cozy 2 bedroom/2 bath Margaritaville cottage!

Newly opened, Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and only 10 miles from Universal Studios. Walk to Sunset Walk, an entertainment destination with dining and retail options. There’s also a dine-in movie theater and a 14-acre waterpark.

THE SPACE:
The kitchenette provides you with everything you will need, from stainless steel appliances to plenty of storage within your craftsman cabinetry. But be sure not to get caught doing too much cooking… this is vacation, after all.

Located nearby, you’ll uncover the dining area. This cozy setup presents you with the perfect nook to polish off that leftover cheeseburger (with an onion slice) or knock back a pitcher (or two… or three) of homemade margaritas!

If you’re in the mood to kick of your flipflops and unwind, take a stroll on over to the family room. Here, you’ll uncover comfy couch, addition guest seating, rustic décor, and a large wall mounted flat screen television. Oh, and feel free to invite some last-minute guests to come along, as this couch doubles as a ultraconvenient sofa bed!

In need of a little peace and quiet? Take you pick from either one of this homes two king size bedrooms, each with their own flat screen television and private bathroom!

Bedroom #1 features a stunning king size bed with a pastoral headboard, matching nightstands, large dresser, and tropical-inspired adornments throughout. Serenity will overtake you as you disappear into your private bathroom, complete with a bath and stylish vanity.

Bedroom # 2 brings maritime fun front and center as a stately king size bed, chic night tables, deluxe dresser, and nautical-themed flourishes fill the room. Meanwhile, the private en suite highlights a beautiful vanity and hip-to-the-minute stall glass shower. In addition, this also room contains exclusive access to the patio!

Speaking of the patio – slap on your bathing suite and get ready to watch your cares float away, as you plunge into your very own private pool. That’s right, this sweet hacienda comes equipped with its own fenced in terrace, complete with a dining table, lounge chairs, and more!
**You can even turn your pool into a spa by adding an optional pool heat package for only $35/day + tax. - We recommend adding this option to your reservation between the months of November and April.**

Cute place!

We enjoyed our stay. It was cute, neat and clean. Really enjoyed the pool on our off days after Disney. Close and easy route to Disney as well. We will stay here again!

Margaritaville Cottage

Cozy and comfortable place for us to lay our heads while in town to visit family. Will likely return again soon.

Great little space

Great location with plenty of restaurants just a very short drive away. Short drive to Disney. Good reasonable sized pool but did have the potentional to have noise from neighbours.

This location is ideal!!! Only thing is it would have been wonderful to have access to all the resorts amenities, like the resort pool. It’s very comfortably located to all attractions and close to shopping and restaurants. The property felt like home away from home with a pool. We will be returning to Margaritaville!!!

Relaxing

So relaxing and clean. I am a self proclaimed germophobe, it is hard for me to be comfortable any place except my own house, this place made it easy. Location is wonderful. We walked everywhere. Ubering was an affordable opportunity as well.

Noisy neighbors

We were only in property at nite and neighbors were at their pool laughing shouting etc til 1 or 2 am. Who handles noise complaints? Wont stay again cause no regard for neighbors

Cleanliness

Stains were we on both beds. Reached out to company with no solution. They never came out to change sheets. I went to target to buy sheets, towel and cleaning supplies. It's just crazy how things aren't really being clean especially in this day and time.

Son’s 18th Birthday Celebration

We were really impressed with the home. It was everything this family of 5 needed and more. The teenagers took in a dine in movie within the resort and then came back for a night swim. We all enjoyed the big screen TVs. We appreciated the alarm on the door leading to the pool as we have a mobile lil one! Beds were super comfy. The house was very clean and was stocked with all the essentials. The kids loved the package of Oreo’s that was left as a Welcome gift which was a nice touch! The property is close to everything Orlando has to offer yet is a Great staycation spot as well! The only drawback was that the neighbors who were also vacationers had a block party with a lot of people & were up late & were super loud but this was to no fault of Casiola. We would definitely stay at this property again as we do an Orlando trip a couple of times a year as we live less than two hours away! We loved this house, you will not be disappointed! Book it!

Almost perfect

The location is fantastic. Huge tv’s and the house is fairly appointed. We loved the pool. They left plenty of goodies for us and the Oreos was a nice touch. The only thing preventing it from getting a 5 star was some cleanliness, technology and other issues. It appears that some visitors prior to us poured unbagged trash in the trash bin outside the house. It had a foul smell and kept hundreds of flys around the house. When we checked into the house a lot of those flys made it into on the house. We killed about 10 flys in the house. We stayed for over a week and it was never cleaned out. The ceiling fans were dirty in downstairs bedroom and you could see a think layer of dust in the ceiling fan blade edges. They’re were dirty towels still in the washer when we arrived. One of the clean towels folded in the bedroom still had what appeared to be pubic hair on it. The outside table did not have an umbrella for the sun so we couldn’t eat outside. Very disappointed in that. I was unable to accesss the downstairs bedroom tv due to it being locked with a Amazon pin. Not a huge issue since we just used other tvs in the house. We’d likely stay here again if these issues would be addressed.

A nice quick getaway

Really well appointed and affordable long weekend. The property was in excellent shape and the private pool made the time in-between parks and activities a dream. We had a ton of fun with quick access to parks and dining. Highly recommend this property and Casiola experience!

Great house & location to WDW but not a good check in process

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start by saying we love Margaritaville. Stayed there before. The house was overall very good. First, the communicaiton from Casiola was bad. I could not open the emails. Finally was able to sign the form but found out minutes before getting there that we did not have access to the Resort pool. did not indicate that. Just wondering why all that information was not given to me immediately. Unless it was in the emails I could not open. Secondly, we were given the wrong code. Took us almost an hour to get into the house. Once we were finally in, the CS Rep thought we were in the wrong house. Gave us a bit of a panic. So it was not a good start seeing as though we got there very late due to flight and then had to be stranded outside house for over an hour. Third, we had NO TOILET paper!! The communicaiton said on the list we would be provide with 2 rolls. So someone had to run to the store after we finally got in. Almost everything past that point went smoothly. But I will probably not go rhough either or Casiola again because of that experience.

Loved this house

We stayed in this house Dec 2021. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was nicely decorated, plenty of storage for clothes and closets to hang your stuff up. We planned ahead to have the pool heated and it was perfect when we arrive. Even though the pool is not large, it was just fine for our family of five. We even bought a few rafts for the pool. The locations is great. Lots of restaurants close by. Also a Target and Publix. Close to Disney. There was only one thing that didn’t really go well but this wouldn’t stop me from staying again and that is the trash service. There are several notes around the house that says trash pick up is daily. We were there 5 days and they never picked it up. We followed all the rules about the type of bag etc. I even called Casiola Vacation Homes and they said they would have someone out but never showed up. When we left, we had 5 bags of trash on our front porch. When we took a walk we noticed a lot of the homes had trash stacking up too. Overall, I highly recommend a stay at this house!!

Great Margaritaville cottage close to them parks!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cottage had all amenities needed for a perfect stay. We really enjoyed the pool after a hot day at the theme park. Beds were very comfortable. Parking was close and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place

Loved everything about the cottage and private pool. The only major issue was the fly’s, we could not enjoy any of our drinks or food because 20 to 30 fly’s would surround us. I called management and they said there’s nothing that could be done which I understood and requested for them to take the trash out from the side of the house to see if that would slow them down which it didn’t. I’m not sure if it was just the area or something directly that triggered them but it was really bad. I would also suggest a patio umbrella to provide some shade by the pool.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would not recommend- tv in downstairs bedroom broken called over and over and messaged over and over- someone finally came out said he would be back in 30 min to fix it and never showed. Finally stopped calling on day 5 of our trip. Poor communication with property management and felt very disappointed. House and pool are very small, only access to pool is through downstairs bedroom. Houses are so close together, properties on both sides of us never figured out how to use the pool alarm so the pool alarms would go off constantly night and day.

Great place to stay

This is a great property. We had a slight delay in getting access due to the entrance code not working. It took about 20 min to get a new code. We also didnt realize that we didnt have access to the Margaritaville pool until after we reserved. It was stated, we just missed it when making reservations. It wasnt an issue for us since we just used the private pool with the townhome. It was very clean and well appointed. Would highly recommend staying at this property.
