Hosts were very welcoming, accommodating, and helpful! The helped us set up airport transportation, let us use the laundry room, cleaned the room when requested and had many great recommendations! Super friendly staff! Located next to a super good concha shop too!

Great Location and Property

I really enjoyed the stay here, host was very accommodating and fast replies, let us check in 2 hours early also. The room is very big and the bed is comfortable. I also really enjoyed the rooftop area which was nice at night and in the morning. The best part was probably the location, which is super close to parks and many restaurants and coffee shops.

This place is ideal for independent, seasoned travelers.

The digital check-in is a bit complicated but I had the assistance of Fabiola and once in the rest was easy. Management is very supportive. When I expressed my surprise about the bathroom for my chosen room in the patio, I was changed to a room with private bathroom. It all worked out very well, because I enjoyed full use of kitchen for breakfast or light supper. And you can’t beat the beautiful location!

I didn’t realize that this property was communal living with no attached bathrooms. It turned out fine because we met nice people living there with us. I feel that it was misrepresented, though perhaps I didn’t read closely enough.

Interesting experience

I'll start with the good. The location was amazing. Having access to laundry facilities and a kitchen was also great. The woman who hosted/cleaned was very kind (sorry, I can't remember her name). The bad: The room I booked was room Alpha. The room I got was Gamma. It is a basic expectation that the room I book is the one I actually stay in. The bathroom was also very far away and behind the laundry room. Not what was represented in the pictures/listing. This is called bait and switch and travelers do not appreciate this. When you pay in advance, that puts you in a vulnerable position and have no leverage to do anything about a major issue like this. The checking in process was also very confusing. The pass-code machines and the keys difficult to use. Having a person onsite to check you in and show you how everything worked would have been nice. I must have called Yosef 20 times trying to figure out all the locks/codes.

If you get booked in room Alpha make sure you bring pillows and hit up the pharmacy for sleeping pills. it’s directly next to the front door so you hear everyone’s comings and goings. Also, if there is more than 1 person in your party you’re gonna be on top of each other so strategize. The room was relatively cool, AC was decent! We asked for extra pillows and to refill the shampoo in the shower (that was empty when we arrived) 4 times before those requests were fulfilled. The on site staff were very nice tho. For the location the price is unbeatable! You just give up some comfort!

My stay at Nomadier La Condesa was a wonderful experience. I was an easy walk to many attractions and right in the middle of countless cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. The staff was friendly and professional, and my fellow guests were also kind and considerate. The room and shared areas were clean, inviting, and exactly as described. I would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Mexico City.

I was born and raised in Mexico City, where are live and work to this day. I have embarked on a quest to create a space full of positive energy and high comforts where guests can freely relax and socialize, expand their connections and already existing networks.

The artsy Bohemian neighborhood felt like the ideal location for such space, as it radiates the vibes I enjoy the most. I am looking to provide the best possible experience for guests visiting the city while unlocking their creative potential! There is nothing more reassuring and calming than finding a place that feels like a second home on your travels. I try to provide the things I like when I travel, the social aspect plus the comfort part. I had the opportunity to know many places in the world, and I infused this place with all my learnings.

I enjoy getting in a good workout, whether it is through martial arts, yoga, skateboarding, or surfing. Sitting down and talking to different people from different cultures and backgrounds is helping me to grow as a person the most!
