Enjoy understated elegance in this luxury 2-bedroom condo within the soothing and brand-new Beacon Quarters community. This ground-floor unit includes a community pool, volleyball area, and the wonderful tranquility of the nearby sound side waterfront making it a true Beach Jewel! Located less than half a mile (about an 8-minute walk) from beautiful Corolla beach, it's easy to take an afternoon stroll or spend the day out by the ocean.

When you arrive back from a day of playing in the sand or visiting historic Corolla, relax on the porch with a cold drink. A gas grill and an outdoor seating area make you feel right at home. Inside, you'll love the spacious great room that has been professionally designed with 11-foot vaulted ceilings and touches of nautical décor and furnishings. Gather around in the cozy living area to watch your favorite movie on the wall-mounted Flat Screen TV. A luxurious eat-in kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, and seating for six around the kitchen island.

You'll get a great night's sleep after a day of fun in the sun thanks to a tastefully decorated Master King Bedroom with an attached full bath with tiled shower. The rest of your family will rest easy in a second King Bedroom that has access to a full Bathroom down the hall.

Very convenient location. Accuracy is described well in details. Length of walk to beach is accurately listed. Things that might not be preferred (sheets not on bed, trash bags, toilet paper, etc) are noted up front. Would stay again

Beautiful clean place. Kitchen had everything we needed. Good location between restaurants and shops in Corolla. Only issues were we couldn’t open laundry room door and we had to make our bed. For the price that should have been done. Also no beach towels provided.

For the price point, expected just a bit more

The house was very clean and very convenient to the beach. It had a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The only problem with the place is that they give you one roll of toilet paper, one trash bag, and one packet of DW powder for one load of dishes. No hand soap or dishwashing soap is provided. Full disclosure that they do tell you a few days before what they supply but considering the weekly rate to rent the place, it doesn’t seem too much to ask that they supply a few more items like those listed above. Though we rated the place high, next time we will stay somewhere more attuned to a families needs.
