Conveniently located right across the street from Bonnet Springs Park, and only 5 minutes to I-4 and close to downtown Lakeland, enjoy your vacation in our quietly tucked away Studio Unit. This cozy unit has its own private exterior entrance with designated parking. It is decorated to perfection capturing Florida's beautiful beach style. Property is furnished with a comfy Full-size bed, dinner table for 2 and full kitchen equipped with a 30in refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and range. Enjoy fully stocked utensils, dinnerware, pots, and a Keurig coffee maker with some k-cups. This will quickly become your home away from home. This unit has spacious closets stocked with an iron, hangers and towels (2 towels per guest). You will be able to swiftly connect to our smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows or connect for remote work. Property is also equipped with central AC, a ceiling fan and USB plugs and now a washer/dryer unit on property. Don't hesitate and book today!

The Space:
Cheerful and updated Studio home that was built in 2019. Property offers long term rental options. Property is clean and updated, and beautifully furnished with an airy and tropical beach style. Even though we do allow pets, there are additional rules and fees. Property is fenced-in and has its own washer/dryer appliance. Property also has audio and video recording devices located in the common area and exterior of the home for added security.

Guest Access:
All locks are electronic to access property. Guest will be given their own personalized access codes to enter the front door. We have (6) parking spaces available, as parking is available for guests of the home as first priority. Guests can drive to and from their respective locations, bus routes are a couple blocks walking distance. Ride share apps are available.

Here we go!First: when I got there I noticed there was a camera pointing directly towards the door of the rental. second: I walked in and it smelled like p*ss.third: the blinds were broken.fourth: 1 trash bag was left for me for 7 days, I had to go buy trash bags. 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 7 day rental, I had to replenish.Fifth: door to the water heater was falling off the hinges, damn near died from it falling on me.Sixth: there was ants in the bathroom sink.Seventh: outlet in the bathroom didn’t work.Eighth: the photos in the bathroom kept falling down for absolutely no reason.Ninth: a bunch of dirt under the mat when you walk in.Tenth: zero privacy with the person that lives next down ( Germaine ) always outside every time I stepped out, smoking weed. Eleventh: there was no floor cleaner in the unit but they did have a mop and bucket.Twelfth: I mistakenly left something in the unit contacted host and have been ghosted. FYI: the location wasn’t in the best neighborhood near the train tracks. All in all I would not recommend this to a loved one for a vacation spot.

Oh wow Kristina, is this the same person that was begging to extend her reservation? We have not received one complaint from you during your stay and we find this so sad that you waited and picked the unit apart to make a post stay complaint because we did not allow you to retrieve a roll of toilet paper that you claimed to have left behind after check out. There was a whole pack of toilet paper at bottom of the bathroom sink. The camera is there for your protection, to view persons entering and exiting the unit. The door to the water heater was closed and there was no reason for you to pull the door open at all. The door was actually snug in its pocket where it actually takes strength to pull open. We have had humble travelers who enjoyed their stay and have never had a safety complaint or issue yet. This unit is centrally located and priced for budget friendly travelers such as yourself. You stated that you missed your flight and wanted to check back into the unit, but then stated that you have found a friend to stay with afterwards. Safe travels!

A very small place

The bed was too small for 2 grown adults. The kitchen table was too small and rickity. The refrigerator was so noisy, we couldn't sleep. No counter space in kitchen . No toaster. No coffee machine, only Kuirig and flavored coffee. Perfume scent in room overpowering. Air conditioner was also very noisy at night. My impression of the place was it was very clean but too small for 2 adults.

Good Evening and we appreciate your review. The items that you had complained about were clearly in the listing prior to booking. We advise that you please read through all details prior to any booking. We were not aware of any complaints to even be granted an opportunity to correct it. Bed size, and Keurig, is stated in the listing. It was also stated in the listing that a toaster was not included. The perfume scent was the linen scented wall plugs that could have easily been unplugged if dissatisfied. We apologize if you were dissatisfied with your stay in any way and we thank you for submitting those details so that we could work to improve future experiences.

You will enjoy a spacious atmosphere decorated to perfection. At this affordable rate, you could enjoy a quick business trip or mini vacation without breaking the bank. We have everything you would need.
