Really great for two people, would be very full for 4. Nāpili Bay beach is in our opinion the best beach on Maui and proximity of this place to the beach is wonderful. It is a garden setting, but definitely tucked behind a different complex so no view or sound of the ocean. We did not catch that there was no laundry in the complex, which is our mistake but for a beach vacation having a towel swap at some point in the stay would be nice. Overall we had a great time, was just two of us so we didn’t need a lot.

Aloha and thank you for your 4‑star review. We're glad the unit suited two guests and that you enjoyed being so close to Nāpili Bay — it really is a special beach. We appreciate your note about the garden setting and being tucked behind another complex; we'll ensure the listing clearly indicates there’s no ocean view or surf sounds. Sorry the lack of on‑site laundry was an inconvenience, and thank you for the towel‑swap suggestion — we'll pass that along to our team for consideration. We're happy you had a great time and hope to host you again. A hui hou kakou! Mahalo, My Perfect Stays Team

The place was great. There was some confusion about whether there was an AC Unit or not before we arrived. We thought we read that there was one when we booked, then staff said there was not one prior to arrival when I double checked but then we got there and there was an AC unit which was great. Thought I’d mention just to clear up any confusion. Could use a knife sharpener or a new kitchen knife. Everything was great and just as we expected otherwise. We loved it and give it a 10/10 and would go back. The lanai was a nice space with the sort’ve secluded backyard feel and pool too.

The location was great, just steps away from the beach. It was a tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The bed and sofa sleeper were both comfortable. They even provided beach chairs, towels, and body boards.

Great stay in a perfect place

Our stay was incredible, with beach access so close and a quiet neighborhood it was hard to believe. Napili is a great all-around beach for many water activities. The room was quiet with an air conditioner and small lanai to sit out and have breakfast. We will put this on the top of our list when we come back to Maui in the future!

Small but nice

The location was excellent and the beach was awesome. The unit was smaller than I expected and the air conditioner was loud and needed repair - but was taken care of quickly once I reached out with the need for the repair.

Location, location, location

Quaint and cozy condo with prime location at south end of Napili Bay. This put us within walking distance of Honokeanu Cove for morning snorkelling sessions, then hit Napili or Kapalua for the rest of the day. Parking was always available in the lot right in front of our unit and the small condo complex was VERY QUIET. Awesome home base to explore the NW part of Maui as you can be out on the highway quickly but far from the noise of traffic. Whole family loved it.

Not the perfect stay

Started out fine. The location is great, nice pool very quiet. Unfortunately we found the slider to our patio would not lock, made us feel unsafe. Then maintenance staff entered our unit without notice and finally we were forced to move to another unit due to a water leak over the shower. Not the perfect stay.

Aloha Melissa and mahalo for your stay with us on Maui. All of our guests are contacted multiple times throughout their booking process to ensure that they have received all of the information needed to access the unit, as well as to ensure they are enjoying the unit that they are in once they have arrived. We are an on island management team available daily, and are just a phone call away to assist with anything. We would have loved the opportunity to address any issues you may have had during your stay. Again mahalo for your stay with us on Maui.

Best value on Maui!

Fabulous stay in this spot that had everything our family of four needed. We appreciated the spotless, well appointed kitchen, bath and main living space. The lanai extends the dining space and brings a vacation feel with the tropical landscape and cute pool. We appreciated parking right outside our door and the short walk to gorgeous Napili Bay. We didn't use the beach chairs or cooler but appreciate the thought. The cross breeze with open windows meant we rarely used the air conditioner but appreciate it's there if you want it. If you want comfort (rather than luxury) and convenience, you won't be disappointed. You are surrounded by restaurants in high end resorts if you're looking for that and the nearby plaza has everything you could need (grocery, liquor, beach activity rentals, etc). Great snorkelling and hiking a short walk away. Note:there is no onsite laundry and the water views are a short walk away.

Cockroach not clean

We had cockroaches when we got into the unit they are common in Hawaii but not as much as we where seeing them this unit needed to sign up for a quarterly spray. Come to find out most places around the area do not have this problem. I really felt like we couldn’t even use the kitchen without getting an infestation. Very disappointed wish I just would just went to hotel

Best location on Maui, condo very clean.

Best value on Maui! This property was perfect for our family of 4. VERY clean, new appliances, everything you need to cook a standard meal. The parking lots for the local beaches were full by 9AM every day but we had the luxury of walking a short distance to Napili Bay. Kapalua Bay (to the north) and Honokeana Bay (to the south) are about a 10 minute walk away. We ate several meals at Kitchen 5315 (good food). Leave your fins and rent them from the surf shop right next to Kitchen 5315 (they also rent masks, snorkels, body boards and surf boards). We enjoyed opening the back door and the windows and letting the breeze come through. Back patio is great for meals or lounging. Grills are well-maintained and the management keeps clean grilling tools in a box by the grill- you just leave your dirty spatula and tongues in the "dirty" box. Pool is warm and refreshing at the end of the day. Can't wait to get back here!!!!

Nice Condo

This is a very nice condo. There was a small issue that was dealt with right away. This is not oceanfront as stated in the title however it is an easy walk to the great Napili beach. The area outside the sliding door is very pretty and has sweet birds on the lawn... nice to wake up to their sounds! There is enough room for a king size bed, so I recommended that they put that in instead of the queen that is there. The TV, kitchen and bathroom were great. The fridge ice maker/water dispenser needed a new filter so hopefully they replace that when we left... we didn't tell them, or they probably would have replaced it while we were there as they were in great communication with us. A BIG plus is they have a portable air conditioner which we needed even tho we were there in December so I'm sure in the warmer summer months that would be for sure necessary. They knew what time we were to arrive and had it on for us which was very nice! The office is in the complex next to this one but was easy to find and had a friendly staff to get the parking permit. Also, our California church has a campus over there and was only about a 5-10-minute drive to get there. Check it out when you're there! Harvest Kumulani

Great location, clean, mostly quiet.

We stayed here for a week and it was great! Managed by MyPerfect Stays. check in was easy. They send you info to your email address about 2 weeks before including the key code for the unit. So keep an eye out for that. Key code will only work at 4pm day or check in. They will text you to check in with you. We were welcomed with a goodie bag of small snacks (granola bar, gummies, etc) which was really sweet. The location is amazing. It isn’t beach front but it’s like a 5 minute walk to the beach. One of the best beaches on the west side. Parking was plentiful. The unit has a cooler bag to use as well as 2 beach chairs. Wish there was a beach umbrella. That would’ve been perfect. (We ended up renting one.Can walk to rentals for gear) Also provided some great beach towels. The pool looked clean but never used it; opting for the beach instead. But we used the outdoor shower to rinse off. The unit itself was clean. And a great size for our family of 4. Two adults, one 13 year old and one 9 year old. The kiddos slept on the pull out couch. The beds & linens were clean and had plenty of pillows! Kitchen clean. My only complaint was that the cutlery needs replacing. Knives were not sharp and a little rusty at the handles. AC was a +, ceiling fans however would only stay full blast. But windows/trade winds were fine most days. Lanai dining/grill was great! (Oh! Vacuum didn’t work well. So we swept). Would totally stay here again!

Aloha, Thank you for the 5‑star review and for sharing this helpful feedback. I’m sorry the view and the pool-access situation were a disappointment. Some units are owned separately and owners choose whether to opt in to shared amenities; that can affect ocean views and pool access. We appreciate you letting us know and we will have our team look into the listing details and visibility so future guests have a clearer expectation. We hope you come back to Maui soon and that we will have the opportunity to be your host again! A hui hou kakou! (Until we meet again.) Mahalo, My Perfect Stays

Napili Puamala #128

Maui was absolutely beautiful! The condo we stayed at at the Napili Beach Resort even though it was in the resort complex we were not allowed to get the gate code to enter the garden area to reach the beach and we had no access to the laundry facilities. Our unit was very clean and beautiful the grounds were so tropical with beautiful plants and flowers. Unfortunately we would not plan to go back to that unit because of the lack of the access to the beach. That policy is something that is between my perfect stay and the Napili beach resort. Maui is a beautiful island with welcoming people. Mahalo A. B. Seattle
