Don’t miss out! Book our Cozy Corner Condo for next winter!

Main floor corner condo in Moose Hollow with free, parking next to the front steps. And steps away from the hot tub! This corner unit spoils you with light from more windows and yet more privacy with no wall-sharing neighbors. From the front deck you can see the pool/hot tub; and the golf course off the back patio facing east. We recently added a dining table with two fold-down leaves that easily fits 4-5 adults. It is against the wall in the first picture.
There is a basement to keep you cool in summer and cozy warm in winter.
Upstairs has the kitchen/ living room and a bedroom and full bath; downstairs are two bedrooms- one a master with en-suite bathroom, the other bedroom with a queen and a next to a bathroom. The washer and dryer is also downstairs.
The Master is spacious — with a new sofa/pullout to full bed size. And new 70” tv. A chair and table space for laptop for those who need a quiet spot to check up on work emails while on vacation. 5GWifi is great!
There’s also a crib.
Powder Mountain, Nordic Valley. Pineview Reservoir, pickleball, tennis courts and golf a few minutes away! It truly is a mountain escape. The Ogden Valley is beautiful to just explore and take in the scenery. We love the drive to get here, and the ambiance at Moose Hollow.

Perfect location

Our family stayed at the condo which was very clean and a perfect location to ski Powder Mountain and Snow Basin. We enjoyed the surrounding scenery and the local deer. We also saw a bald eagle! Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Great property and location

Clean, efficient and easy. Great location for winter to ski Powder Mt and/or Snowbasin. Good size for family of 4. Would rent again- Thanks!

Location, 3 bedrooms and stocked kitchen

We traveled to the area for ski with our adult sons. Having 3 bedrooms was so nice and gave us the space we preferred. Kitchen is fully stocked which made making almost all of our meals so easy. Had an issue with the fire place and host contacted me immediately. Would stay again the next time we ski in the area. Super convenient. Tip: Make a liquor store stop in Ogden before arriving - none in Eden area :)

The perfect place

Great location, super clean and the condo felt like a home away from home. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Basement was perfect for sleeping. Beds were so comfortable and it all felt clean. I’m not one to sleep in other beds, but I had absolutely zero issues here. Would stay again and I highly recommend. Plus, the owners are extremely nice and attentive and really provided everything anyone could need. My favorite part was the crib sheet for the crib! Didn’t realize there was a crib, but for some reason that little detail was everything. My little guy got some great sleep (he doesn’t sleep so well in the pack n play, so I was a happy momma. ❤️ You can’t go wrong with this condo!

Powder Mountain Trip

Nice property. We were a Dad and two boys (13 and 17) who really just wanted to ski powder mountain and weren't looking for too much else other than to sleep when we got back. This really hit the mark. Three nice bedrooms and 3 baths, kept each of us satisfied. Although, the 2 basement bedrooms stay colder, there were extra blankets and a space heater in one, both of which we used. There is only a really small living room and no space beyond a counter to eat at. The kitchen is fine for little things, but we were usually eating out with only some grab and go breakfast. The location and the price for powder mountain access were the high points. The location is super convenient to the mountain. The grocery is a 5 minute drive, and there are a couple restaurants, but they get a bit full and take a while. The whole town is not ready to handle any kind of crowd. So, things can get backed up fast. We enjoyed our stay and given the limited options around PowMow to stay, I felt fortunate to have selected this property.

Will Equipped Condo with 3 Bedrooms (1 Main Level 2 Downstairs) plus Sofa Sleeper & Crib in Master & 2 nice fold out Thick Sleeping pads, 3 Bathrooms with Tubs/Showers (1 Up, 2 Down). Owner was Great to communicate with.

Great place to stay near Powder Mountain

From the first questions sent to Molly, before reserving the property, her communication was fast and clear. The house was very clean and provided everything needed for a family to enjoy themselves. I would recommend staying here for others and I would stay here again.

Cozy Corner condo is good

Want to thank the owner for working with us despite VRBOs issues on Feb 15 which caused me to book two units for the same time period. No resolution from VRBO but the owner was very fair.

Great last minute trip in a fantastic location

Great little condo in an excellent location. Only issue was lack of TP! We notified owner and I am pretty sure she made an honest effort to remedy the issue but getting someone on a holiday weekend is tough. A few other standard items were in low supply as well (garbage sacks for example). All in all great place and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place to stay!

First, Molly was so responsive and it was incredibly helpful. There are many properties in this complex that are on VRBO but Molly was so helpful and personable that this is where we would stay next time we are in the area, hands down. It was clean, there was plenty of linen (always something I look for), the rooms were nicely sized and I really liked that each room had a designated bathroom (one en-suite and the other two in the hall).. It is set up for young children with a gate to block the downstairs off. That would be my only recommendation— for a system where this could be removed either by the owner beforehand or by the guests, or have a more open type of gate that would allow full access to the stairs when it is open. It can be a bit harrowing trying to take large pieces of luggage down with that as a hindrance. It certainly was not something that would keep me from staying there or recommending for others to stay there. I want to reiterate that it was very clean, which is so important for me being a bit OCD about that. Definitely book your stay at this place! It was great for a group of 5 adults. If you play pickleball, the local junior high has great courts!

Pine View

Though it would not have effected us staying there< I was a little let down when we found out there was only one TV in the entire Condo, with the number of people we had staying there, it would have been nice to enjoy sit in my own room for some peace and quiet and watch a show.

We live and work in Bountiful, Utah and we love getting away to Eden. We have 5 children and plan to take them to the lake in the summer and to snow ski all while enjoying our cozy condo.

We fell in love with our Cozy Corner Condo the minute we saw it! We love the year-round options for snow and water skiing! We love that it has more windows, and it's across the way from the pool. There is extra storage for skis and snow gear.
We bought our family-friendly condo to create memories with our kids for years to come, and we are excited to share it with you while we are away being responsible humans at home.
We hope you feel comfortable and love your stay in Eden!
