Spacious basic self catering and self contained Five Bedroom house near Mt Buller, Mansfield Bonnie Doon and is on Lake Eildon. This farm stay can accommodate large groups and families with a little church for weddings and religious, work or yoga retreats. Our property can be used for film making, painting and photography whether its for advertising or pleasure.

Wappan Station is a large sheep/cattle farm. Its 10,000 acres and is suitable for nature and bird watching skiing, water skiing, camping, fishing, biking, walking, filming or photography. It can be hot in the summer and cold in winter.

We do not provide linen. We can accommodate up to 40 people. 3 night min on long weekends and 4 nights over Easter.
