A fully appointed beachfront condo in Puerto Morelos, only 20 minutes from Cancun airport. Located directly on a secluded, soft white sandy beach--you can start relaxing with warm wind and calming surf only steps from your unit. The complex is well maintained and has 24 hour on-site security with gated access. But you have nothing to worry about here, Puerto Morelos is a well-known for it's old-mexico charm and easygoing nature.

The condo is ground floor with no interior steps. There are 4 huge floor-to-ceiling windows which have partial ocean views. They all open and lead right to the pool, which is right on the beach. Easy access from the condo to enjoy what you came for!

Whether it's peace and quiet by the infinity pool or a stroll into town for something to do--you can do whatever you want. Puerto Morelos town square is a pleasant 1km walk to restaurants, shops & groceries. Shopping in Cancun & Playa Del Carmen and visiting many attractions are all nearby.

A Little Hidden Gem

Our first stay in Puerto Morelos and we absolutely loved it!! The condo lived up to it's expectations although we missed not having a TV in the bedroom. However, most of our time was spent in the gorgeous pool, or watching the cruise ships at night in the hot tub. Lisa was a fantastic communicator and she made sure we had an ample supply of water upon our arrival since we were there for almost a month. Although there was construction going on next door, it hardly made an impact in the enjoyment of our stay. The walk to town is less than 10 minutes, and this little hidden gem lived up to all of our expectations, restaurants, food, people, culture, beaches, all are amazing and we can't wait to come back!!

Lovely place

We enjoyed ourselves very much. Again. We were there 2 years ago and chose to come back. The only thing we notices is that the unit has not been maintained very well and is showing some age. Still a great time!

Feels like home 😊

Stayed February 3rd to March 3rd 2023. This was our second time staying at Lisa & Brian’s property. We loved it, the condo is very well equipped with everything you need to make it a home away from home. The bed was super comfortable, loved having instant hot water in the shower. I must mention the beautiful new patio chairs. We will be back next year!!

Great Little Hideaway!

Not going to lie, at first we wondered if we'd made a mistake booking this place. It's on the other side of the port, secluded from the town and there was construction going on next door, right outside our front door. Neither of those ever factored into our total enjoyment of our stay. We barely noticed the construction and since we'd rented a car, getting over to the main area of town took a minute or less (depended if you got stuck behind a work vehicle at the port). The listing is correct that it is about a km walk from the condo to town and you can't walk along the beach because the port blocks you. The condo has so much room! The bedroom is spacious and there's two full bathrooms!! A Murphy bed in the living room saved my marriage since I tend to snore...at least that is what my wife tells me. Personally, I thought the Murphy was more comfortable, the bedroom bed being a bit firmer. The sliding doors in both rooms are huge and open wide to allow a breeze and the sounds of the ocean in. Right outside is a nice large pool. It's heated and the first night was horribly warm which was too bad. However, I texted the property manager in the morning and after that, the water was nice and cool. The beach is literally on the other side of the infinity pool wall with plenty of palapas and chairs to lounge in. There's a huge stove if you want to cook but why do that when tasty food is just up the street? They supply plenty of water, there's a big fridge for leftovers and they even prepped a jug of cold water for me!! There's a ton of books, snorkeling equipment and beach towels and gear to completely satisfy you. Heck, there's even a washer and dryer in the unit! We absolutely LOVED our stay and have every intention of returning. This was our first foray to Puerto Morelos. We usually go the Tulum or Akumal route but were in need of something smaller and less touristy. This condo and PM in general ticked off every box we had. Don't miss going into the Colonia side for super local foods and shopping. Stay here, don't think about it, don't ponder it...stay here!!!

Very relaxing Stay

My family, 3 adults stayed for 5 nights in July 2022. The area very nice and clean. Property was a very quiet at the time. Well maintained. Right outside the porch door is pool and beach access. We can't use the beach due to seasonal change, but pool was quite nice. Close to everything, we had a car, not a walking location. Good communications.

A very comfortable home away from home

Let me start by saying this was the fourth time we have stayed at Palma Real. This unit was also the fourth different one we have been in so there are some comparisons to make note of. The unit is well appointed. Plenty of sitting area in the living room with a view of the ocean approx 100 ft. away. The bed is comfortable although there was only a choice of two pillows so we were competing for the same one each night. The kitchen had everything you could possibly require. The knives were even sharp enough to cut a tomato. The showers both had dispensers in them with shampoo and soap. The instant hot water system was working excellently. Too many times I've seen issues with these units so that you couldn't get any hot water unless you had the valve cranked fully open. Not fun playing with a system like that in the shower. We were supplied on arrival with two 5 gallon jugs of water. We have never been given more than one before. We were supplied with enough toilet paper to probably last 6 weeks. Most other places provided one or two spare rolls only. The laundry room had both washer and dryer in working order and an assortment of cleaning products. This was the first time we rented a condo with the current management company. Usually we would be met at the condo by someone and given the keys and whatever info we required but in this case we had to pick them up ourselves in town. The company was closed as it was a Sunday so everything was left in a drop box for us. Luckily we were familiar with Puerto Morelos and were able to direct our shuttle driver to it. It could be a major inconvenience for some people. They had someone come in twice during our two week stay to clean the suite. This included replacing all the bedding and towels. She did an excellent job. The outside deck is large with a table for four and still room for other chairs to relax in. We have already booked this suite for next year so YES, it gets my full recommendation.

Puerto Morelos - Palm Real

We enjoyed our stay at this condominium. The rooms are nice, and the complex has a great small feel, with nice pool. Location is a little bit of a walk from Puerto Morelos, so be prepared for some walking - can always get a cab.
