From the moment you enter this villa you will be blown away. No attention to detail was spared. Features like hardwood floors throughout, quartz countertops, built in craftsman bunks, shiplap walls, tiled shower surrounds, stainless steel appliances, large smart televisions in every room, designer furniture, custom cabinets in the kitchen & bathrooms, custom built closet systems, and much more.

All guests have full access to the brand new Ocean Oak Resort by Hilton's amenities! 2 heated pools, hot tub, fire-pit, game area, picnic area with outdoor grills, path to the beach, full bar, restaurant and restrooms! Awesome views of the Atlantic Ocean from the pools/hot tub. Full access to workout room, game room, you can rent movies and even has a computer area.

About The Location

If you want to be in the middle of all Hilton Head has to offer look no further. This villa is in the lovely South Forest Beach area on the south end of Hilton Head. Just park your car and leave the keys behind. You can walk, bike, or take a gollf cart ride to the islands best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Great place to stay! Our family of six had a wonderful visit. The view is gorgeous. The pool and beach are just steps away. The heated pool was great for the kids.

We had a great week and would stay again! The condo is so clean and cozy. The pools and hot tub and other games on the grounds were great! Location and walk to the beach was perfect!

Absolutely loved this property! Perfect location, room and amenities! When we arrived the first thing I noticed is how clean the room was and it smelled amazing. The location is perfect, a quick walk or bike ride to coligny. The room is just off the elevator which I loved super convenient. We are a family of 5 it was a good size room for our younger kids. The built in closets offered plenty of space to place clothing. The room is located on the Hilton property and has access to their amenities. The pools are nice and if you walk over to the front desk there they will even give you beach towels. Host was very quick to answer a question about parking. Overall, a great stay & I would absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay with access to pool, beach, resort amenities and shopping nearby. Loved sitting out on the balcony for morning coffee with a nice view!

We loved the unit, proximity to the beach and access to the kid friendly pool. If I had to offer one con, it would be the comfortability of the mattresses. We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again!

Great location

Great condo although it was a little smaller than it appeared, but it worked out just fine for us! The weather was great, the amenities were wonderful and the beach is so easy to access from the condo.

Overall, this is a good place to stay. Pros:- location (right at the beach), pool & amenities (we got towels every day at the front desk), cleanliness, decor & updates in the space Cons:- place felt smaller than pics, there was no kitchen table (just a bar top), the beds (cheap mattresses), shower head in master bath, only a couch for seating at main TV (this was not enough seating for a family of 4), no washer/dryer Overall, it feels like you’re primarily paying for the location, which was good.

Nice location

Overall the condo was very nice. Just a bit smaller than anticipated but still not bad. Manager was responsive to questions. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Great location and resort amenities. 4 year old loved the loft bed. Elevator near condo. Lovely short path to the beach. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Great all-around

This is one of our favorite locations on HHI. Just close enough to everything, while still being tucked away for a calm vacation (should you desire one). Condo was super clean, and has all the perfect amenities. Great pools, great food, and steps from the beach. Very kind owner/host. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you Lauren for having us at your adorable condo.

Cute place

This villa is small, as previously mentioned, but not too small. It was clean and close to the beach and the hotel pool and games. You could walk to Coligny if you wanted, but it would be a pretty long walk for most people.

Great location, amenities and condo for families

We loved our stay at Caroline Beach Club! Kids (7 & 5) loved the pool and beach access. We loved the convenience to Coligny. Bunk beds were a hit. It’s a small condo but everything is efficient. Wish there had been laundry in the unit (it’s community laundry). Will be back!
