The biggest draws of our condo are the central location to all Branson has to offer, the peacefulness of the neighborhood, and of course, our AMAZING view from the screened-in large patio.

Our modern retreat, located just minutes from the 76 Entertainment district, Silver Dollar City, and the best restaurants and shopping in Branson. Fishing, playgrounds, boat rentals, and more in our condo community.

We purchased this unit for vacation rentals based upon it's excellent location. Central to most of Branson's most popular attractions. Yet, it offers a quiet retreat for a relaxing evening after a busy day exploring.

Save money on your vacation by visiting the nearby grocery store and using our fully equipped kitchen and new appliances. Create a home-cooked meal while still participating with your family thanks to our open concept layout. Enjoy your meal at the dining room table, or take it outside to the patio table. Enjoy the crisp Ozark Mountain mornings in this peaceful outdoor setting as well with a cup of complimentary coffee from the kitchen.

After a long day exploring Branson, kick up your feet and watch one of your favorite streaming service on the flat-screen smart televisions from the comfortable in the living room or bedrooms. You will also find directions to access our free wireless internet to discover other fun-filled adventures awaiting you in the Branson area.

Getting cleaned up has never been so easy with our large shower, plush towels and washcloths. We also include a fold-out sofa bed that can be used to accommodate two more guests. Our full-sized washer and dryer is an added convenience for the active family.

This modern, immaculately decorated condo has all you need to make your stay a happy one.

Our family has a daily television show highlighting the best Branson has to offer. We will gladly offer our suggestions and help you plan the perfect vacation.


NOTE: We do not allow animals or smoking. If a guest has been found to have violated these policies without prior contact to address any specific issues, there will be an additional $700 cleaning fee.

We really enjoyed staying here. The living room with big screen Smart TV was great, as was the big dining room table, well-appointed kitchen, and comfortable beds. Great value for the money and a nice location.

They had sheets in the dryer, dishes in the dishwasher and big food crumbs under the table. Ceiling fan in first bedroom wouldn’t work past a sluggish slow. Floor fan falls apart. Gouge in the wall. Cooling was locked and climbing and they were not helpful when tried to text. Maybe something going on in their life but it definitely made us feel like they couldn’t be bothered with us.

Guest caused damage and review is retaliatory. This is preposterous and nothing in this is true. In fact, some of the listed issues are physically impossible.The guest went into our condo early, even though they were told not to . Our cleaning company could not come back in. They completely broke the house rules. Then in messing with our thermostat, they disabled all of our Wi-Fi so we had no way to check for any problems. Our thermostat does not have a lock function, they were not locked out, they just couldn’t understand how to work a simple thermostat. They completely factory reset our thermostat. We could see that it worked fine for the first day of their stay and then went off-line. We had to drive 2 1/2 hours to reconnect the thermostat and repair other items that were broken, including wall damage that they caused! We kept trying to explain to the guest that it was 103° outside when they were complaining that the thermostat said 78°. The sun was shining directly in the windows they were advised to close the curtains on, due to the extreme heat. These guests were terrible and got our condo at a discounted price. Great Family getaway

An absolutely perfect property. So close to everything we wanted to do in Branson. Great cookies, rooms, A/C, and that screened porch is amazing.

Condo with a beautiful view of the Lake

The Condo was just as advertised. It was clean ,very cozy, the view of the lake from the covered Sun porch was amazing. It was located near so many great attractions. My family and I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway!!

My husband, son and I visited here for my 50th Birthday! This condo was amazing!!! Super clean and had everything we needed for a short family getaway!!! The view from the screened in porch was awesome! We got to watch ducks and geese daily!! Very quiet neighborhood! Overall we all were very happy with our stay here and our trip to Branson!

Comfy and Peaceful

We loved our stay here! Though not particularly modern in style, it felt soo clean and fresh. I could take my shoes off and walk around barefoot without cringing. The patio was lovely for a morning coffee. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Nice place

Nice place, good location, nice and clean, only complaint is the sun room is so hot in the summer you can't use it and its hard to cool the condo down because the heat comes though but thats not anyone fault.

Nice and quiet

The condo was spotless. It had some minor quirks but I notified the owner by email. I must say I was very pleased with how quiet it was there. The porch was a bit hot so we could only use it in the morning and evening but the view was very nice. Overall, it was a very nice visit and we weren't disappointed.

The amount of space was perfect for my husband, myself, and our teenaged daughter. The condo was very clean and felt safe. The check in and check out process were easy. The beds were pretty comfortable. The only negative is that there was an odor that took some getting used to. My family didn't say anything about, so maybe my nose was just sensitive. But to me, It made it feel not as clean as it actually was. Overall, the accommodations were great.

Comfy Home Away From Home

We had a blast in our first trip to Branson. The location was exactly like the pictures showed. Beds were super comfy. Our kids actually slept in which something they never do! I didn’t know we were going to have a downstairs neighbor and with having kids I was always super cautious about how much noise my kids were making and was afraid they were being too loud. We never got any complaints but that doesn’t mean there won’t be any. I wish we would have had access to a broom so we could have cleaned up better. Overall it was a great stay.

Master bathroom needed help!

The master bathroom shower drain was clogged to the point where you were standing in 4-5 inches of water by the time you were finished. Also, the master bathroom toilet took 5+ minutes to refill after flushing.

None of this was an issue when the guest arrived. They never contacted us about any problems. Perhaps, the guest clogged the drain. No other guests mentioned any issues before or after this stay. How would we have any idea there was an issue without being notified?

BATHROOM

THERE WAS NO WAY TO TAKE A SHOWER BECAUSE THERE WAS NO SPIGOT TO PULL UP FOR THE SHOWER TO COME ON. JUST A REGULAR FAUCET IN THE BATHTUB/SHOWER COMBO. SO MY FAMILY WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT WE COULDN'T SHOWER AND HAD TO TAKE A BATH. THE PROPERTY MANAGER SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF IT

Surely this is a joke. They just called us and we told them to pull down on the end of the faucet. I’ve never had anyone not be able to figure out how to start a shower in any of our condos.

I had stayed in another condo on the same complex. My granddaughter graduated and wanted to come to Branson for her gift for graduation. I loved the condo I had in March but needed two bedrooms and two bathrooms I began looking and found this one that was perfect in the same complex. Loved everything about it.

For years, my family has hosted television shows highlighting all that Branson has to offer. We have reviewed hundreds of local shows, restaurants, attractions, and stores. We know what visitors like. Predictably, we are often asked about lodging recommendations. We finally decided to enter the vacation rental market, to provide the best possible experience for our fans and followers.

As seasoned travelers, we know how important safe, clean, and comfortable accommodations are to the perfect vacation. We decided to offer the type of vacation rentals we look for when traveling. We do NOT offer low-end lodging. We want to help create the perfect vacation for your family so we can work together year after year. We are looking to develop long-term relationships and to be known for our attention to detail and creating vacations worth repeating.
