Studio Calme Tout Confort - Parking - Centre Ville Meximieux

Studio located in a residential area of Meximieux, 2 minutes walk from the city center, it is ideal to accommodate 1 or 2 people for a professional, cultural, tourist or family trip.
It is located on the first floor of our house, but it is totally independent.

You have a large room with a kitchen area and a living/dining/sleeping area. The bathroom and toilet are separate.

The living/dining area is equipped with a convertible BZ sofa (mattress 140x190 cm / bed linen provided), a bedside table, an 80 cm smart TV, a coffee table on wheels, a table and 2 chairs for eating, and 3 storage cupboards.

The kitchen area is equipped to allow you to prepare your meals: crockery and kitchen utensils, refrigerator, 2 electric hobs, microwave, Senseo coffee maker (some pods provided), kettle, toaster, some food products (oil, salt, pepper, coffee, ...) and some cleaning products.

In the bathroom (with walk-in shower), you will have towels, soap and shower gel at your disposal

You can enjoy a furnished terrace, where you can rest or eat outside. It is equipped with 2 armchairs and a coffee table, as well as, in summer, a square table and 2 chairs.

You can park your car safely in the courtyard of our house in front of the studio (closed by remote controlled electric gate). We also have a closed bicycle garage.

Ceiling height of the studio: 2.05m, except for the shower, which had to be limited to 1.85 m (for pipe passage).

Flexible check-in and check-out times subject to availability
Upon arrival, you will kindly give us a deposit check for €400 (not cashed) and a certificate of civil liability insurance.
You can book from 2 nights to several weeks.

Our studio is ideally located:
- 2 minutes walk from the main street of Meximieux, where you will find all the shops and 7 minutes walk from the train station (3 minutes by car) and the supermarket.
- 7 minutes from the A42 motorway (Lyon-Bourg-Geneva)
- 30 minutes from Lyon-Saint-Exupery airport
- 15 minutes by car from the Plaine de l'Ain Industrial Park
- 20 minutes by car from the Saint-Vulbas nuclear power plant
- 15-20 minutes walk - 3 minutes by car from the Medieval City of Pérouges
- less than 40 minutes by car from many sites (Lyon, Bourg-en-Bresse, Crémieu, Balme caves, Via Rhôna, Chazey castle, swimming in the Ain, Blue Valley leisure centre, walks along the Rhône, Villars Bird Park, Dombes ponds, etc.),
- and a little further afield: Glandieu waterfall, Annecy, Aix-les-Bains, Lake Bourget, Lake Aiguebelette, Beaujolais vineyards...

For the Printemps de Pérouges, the castle of St Maurice de Rémens is only 13 minutes away by car
