This house of character, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, offers a fitted kitchen, a living room with wood stove and a bathroom and 4 bedrooms on the first floor.

Fully independent with private entrance and a spacious terrace.

A 1700 m² plot of land surrounds your cottage, with outdoor games including table football, a swing, slide, table tennis and swimming pool.

You will benefit from the swimming pool open from May to September and made available according to the standards and regulations in force by the Ars and prefectural decree on the date of your stay. The swimming pool is fenced and for common use.

In this haven of peace, come and enjoy the calm and discover this region with its many walks and hikes near the cottage.

In the heart of the Périgord-Noir, close to the two gourmet towns, many visits are possible: lakes, goat farms, chocolate museum, local markets with local specialities.
Fun activities: tree climbing, go-karting, bowling, animal parks, canoeing...

Pillows and duvets, bedding and kitchen towels are provided.
For the little ones: cot, high chair and bathtub can be provided.
Our friends, small pets, can possibly be accepted on prior request and with an extra charge.
For even more comfort, access to an adjoining area in which you will find parasols, barbecue and sun loungers, vacuum cleaner and washing machine. You can also park your bicycles and/or roof box.
Cleaning is at your expense.
