West Corner Luxury @ The Lighthouse-Fall & Christmas Datoer tilgængelige nu!

Thank you! Loved hosting you and yours. I do my best! :) Come back soon!

So very glad you all found the condo "very clean" and "comfortable". We want all our guests to have a great stay. Thank you for your high recommendation. Come back soon!

So glad you loved the location, amenities, and our communication (we try our best to always be here for our guests:). Come back any time!

"Excellent" is always what we want to hear! Beautiful photo of our beach. :)

Glad everything was "perfect". For anyone reading this review, the guest is incorrect when stating, "We were only told we needed to pay (for parking passes) when we checked in". It is written in 4 different places for guests to read (prior to booking, when completing required paperwork, and in 2 places in the welcome information before check-in date). Our VRBO listing page shows the parking pass information and cost, "Parking passes are currently $50 per car, per stay," . The rental agreement that must be signed and each page initialed by the guest says, "The Lighthouse allows guests of this condo to purchase up to 2 parking passes (possibly more in the off-season). Guests must purchase pass(es) at the 2nd floor office (mid-building). Inquire to confirm current parking pass price". The welcome message and its attached welcome letter both have parking pass info "Upon Arrival" and a "Parking Passes, Facility Codes, and Wrist Bands" section that are sent to the guest through their VRBO reservation prior to their check-in date saying, "Parking passes are currently $50/each" . The HOA charges and collects this fee and has the parking passes (we as owners are not allowed to charge the fee/roll it into the price of the rental). I know many of the HOA's of beach-front complexes in this area charge for parking passes, and have done so for many years. I did reach out (very nicely) to the guest, but no reply. I did reach out to VRBO and am waiting on the final review. I do understand people can overlook things, but I am honestly not sure how one could miss all 4 writings. I also want anyone reading this to know we have been in this business for 18 years. We are honest and upfront business owners. I do not want anyone to think we would "hide" a fee. As traveler's ourselves, we only like good vacation surprises. :-)

Thank you so very much for kind words. It makes us very happy to know our guests loved their stay as much as we do! We welcome your return!

Thank you so much for your review. So glad you all had a "very fun experience"! When I contacted this guest mid-stay his reply was, "We've stayed at many condos throughout here and Destin. This is by far the most luxurious and clean we've been in." Those were the best words I heard all day!! My cleaners (since 2 months after we bought this condo in 2009) are wonderful!! These were our first guests after the new kitchen cabinets were installed. So glad to know they loved their stay!

So glad you enjoyed your stay-the balcony is amazing!!

Glad you found us to be the best condo in Gulf Shores!! We will certainly do our best to continue to be the best we can be!! :)

Thank you so much for your detailed review! We do our best in make sure our guests have a great place to relax and enjoy their vacation. We know communication is a key component of a smooth experience. We welcome your return!

So glad you had a wonderful stay! You are the first to note the mattresses. The primary and ocean facing mattresses were both replaced with upgraded mattresses in the past couple of years. But we will definitely keep an eye on them.

Glad you all loved the view-it is hard to beat from that spectacular wrap-around balcony!

Awww...thank you so much for your kind words! :) We do our best to make sure all guests have a great stay! We hope you will return someday soon! :)

We agree it is a great set up! Glad you enjoyed those perfect ocean views from our balcony.

So glad you found the condo comfortable. We love to hear a guest say "Everything was perfect". Happy to host you in the future!

Glad you all enjoyed your stay!

Isn't is special?! We love it, too!

Amazing stay is all we need to hear! :)

Thanks for the high recommendation! So glad to hear you all had a great stay. :)

We are so happy to hear you all were happy with the condo, the balcony, and its location, and the white sandy beach out back! We look forward to your return.

Yes, the balcony is really special! Having 2 of the 3 bedrooms facing the Gulf is highly unusual in a 3 bedroom condo-great to wake up to the beautiful Gulf-front views! We look forward to your return!

We love, love, love to hear you had the "perfect vacation"! Knowing you found the condo "extremely clean" makes me very happy, too! Our cleaners have been with us since the beginning and they do a great job making the just as it should be. We look forward to your return! :)

Glad you found our condo a good match for your large family. We also love the very large balcony-plenty of room for everyone to enjoy those amazing sunrise and sunset views!
