The 68 m2 apartment is very personalized '70s'. In a mountain atmosphere, it is located at the foot of the slopes and on the top floor with a breathtaking view of the valley and the snow front. Enjoy the sun from morning to evening from our balcony. Private parking is at your disposal. Quiet and friendly, ideal for families and mountain lovers, winter and summer.

A large mezzanine (4 real beds 190*90 + 1 pull-out bed 190*90), with storage space... and games and books for children and adults!

Large cupboard/pantry on the landing: shoe storage, raclette and crepe machines, tools, spare light bulbs, etc.

Large private parking lot at the foot of the building (cleared of snow in winter), access by remote control which will be provided.

A ski locker and a boot locker, in the basement, if you need them.

Environment

Shops and services are at the foot of the building or nearby 5-10 min walk): restaurants, food-trucks, bars, equipment rental (skis, mountain bikes and mountain bikes, ski school, mini-market, laundry, tourist office, town hall, post office,...).

Ski schools depart at the foot of the building. Ski on your feet, let yourself glide to the chairlift which is only 50 m from the apartment. You can also arrive at the apartment on skis from the slope on your way back.

Keys are available in a key safe in the residence

No cleaning service: tenants do their own cleaning before leaving.

Family apartment fully provided: utensils, books, tourist information, household products and equipment, personal objects and decorations. Attention: no Wifi.

The real 'pluses' of the apartment include:

- South-East orientation and on the top floor, ensuring maximum sunshine even in winter.

Many cultural and sporting activities are easily reached in less than 30 minutes by car or bus: Refuges and mountaineering (Glacier Blanc, Ecrins), house of the Parc des Ecrins, house of honey, silver mines in the Fournel, Vauban cities in Briançon, and in Mont-Dauphin classified as UNESCO World Heritage Sites, churches and their famous sundials, communal oven, swimming pools, cinemas, ...

Free bus connections throughout the resort (1600, 1800), or 1€ to Vallouise (market on Thursdays).
SNCF train station 10 minutes by car (l'Argentière Les Ecrins) and 20 minutes (Briançon).
