Featuring a wood burning fireplace, lake and rockslide views, with an outdoor bar overlooking the rockfalls - this is the retreat you've been looking for, with all the modern amenities; a coffee bar, 70 in smart tv, Google Home and more.

Property CANNOT accommodate RVs or trailers. Also, no electric car chargers on-site. Closest EV charger is in the IGA parking lot (10 minute drive from unit).

A property that defines relaxing! This property was immaculate. Little details made the difference between a rental verses a home away from home. Clearly labeled kitchen items, emergency phone numbers on the fridge, comfy bathrobes available, different coffee and tea makers etc. All we had to do was unpack and enjoy the scenery! We will be back to Rockslide View!

Nice condo with water feature

Nicely maintained/equipped condo by the Big Canoe rock slide. Really enjoyed listening to the people having fun on the slide. We saw a bear with two cubs on a hike.

Everything you need. Just pack a bag.

Very nice space. Very communicative host. There was coffee, salt and pepper. I travel a lot and many times i need to buy salt. I will be returning.

Perfect private mountain retreat

Everything was well thought out and easy. The floor plan is perfect for 2 - 4 people. The balcony us literally in the trees. So calm and relaxing.

Excellent condo, location, and stay!

I used VRBO to rent my lakefront home for several years. I thought I did well under promising and over delivering. Chase has done this better than I ever did. Every need anticipated and throughly provided for. He knows, ahead of time, what you’ll need to enjoy your stay. Highest recommendation!

Great night stay

The unit was more than comfortable. It was extremely clean & tastefully decorated. Owner was easy to contact. We appreciated his willingness to rent for only one night. We highly recommend!

Wedding festivities

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had all that we needed, and was clean and cozy. We loved the coffee bar. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Girls' Weekend

This was a great location for a girl's weekend. Although we did not spend a lot of time, the condo provided everything we could have possibly needed. The bedding was wonderful! We would definitely stay there again.

Best VRBO stay ever

Chase goes above and beyond to stock the cabin with anything you might need. It’s extremely clean and comfortable. Beds are fantastic, as is the furniture. Kitchen and coffee bar are well stocked. You can hear the waterfall from the deck and the kids at the beach (only on the weekends). It was peaceful and quiet during the week. I will definitely stay here again!

Short notice and short stay

We decided to book a stay on Tuesday while attending a wedding. We were arriving on Friday and staying two nights. Had no problem with booking , they had our info at the gate when we arrived and no problem getting in the unit. Clean and everything was there. The internet went out but we emailed Mr Tripi who responded right away with how to restart router. Fixed problem. Great rental

Great “staycation”

We had a wonderful time over spring break. It was a “staycation, because we live in Atlanta and it was a quick and easy hour drive to big canoe. We love the outdoors, the condo was impeccable, attention to detail was amazing, and the fact that we were able to bring our dogs are such a plus.

The property is a two bedroom two bath condo. It features a full kitchen stocked with appliances (rice maker, blender, slow cooker, toaster, microwave, dish washer, refrigerator, electric wine bottle opener).

The dining area features a fully stocked coffee bar with grounds, K-cups, tea bags and more. Please help yourself to your favorite brew! The dining table seats four, with more seating available on the patio, or there are tray tables for eating in the living room.

Both bedrooms have queen beds with down comforters and multiple pillows, both firm and soft for you to choose from. Each bedroom features a 50 inch smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, ESPN, and Hulu.

Each bedroom has a private full bathroom, each newly renovated, with brand new everything. Bathrooms come fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, qtips, cotton balls, makeup remover, skin care samples, and more! Also, you'll enjoy fresh bath robes for each guest upon entering your bedroom.

The living room features a 70 inch smart TV with Netflix, Chromecast, and Airplay - so even if we don't have the movie you want to watch, you'll be able to cast it. The living area has all leather furniture; two couches and a recliner. You'll find the stone-face wood burning fireplace in the living room (fire wood not provided but can be purchased at the IGA outside the gates).

Guests may park in the spot marked '419' or the spot marked 'G' for guest. If the 'G' spot is already taken there are a few more guest spots marked in the loop.

To access the lake and waterfall slide you will exit the condo area (the way you entered) and take a left, then your first left will take you to the parking area at the foot of the waterfall. From there you can walk up the hill/stairs to use the waterslide or head across to the beach and pool.

Pamphlets outlining the available amenities will be left within the home - if you have questions about specific activities please let us know!

*Outdoor Pools close for the season beginning October 1 and reopen May 24th.
