Please note we only accept weekly bookings, Saturday-Saturday.

Wake up to the sights and sounds of the ocean from your master king bed. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon aperitif on the private, covered balcony. Direct access to the beach from this oceanfront property. Take a plunge in the pool after a long day under the sun. Watch the Morey's Piers fireworks from the balcony every Friday night in the summer.

This is just a taste of what you will get when you book at this beachfront, top-floor condo located in one of Wildwood Crest's best luxury buildings.

This unit is our second home, and not just a rental. We rent it out while we're not there. It is completely updated with new fixtures and furnishings. It is equipped with full blackout curtains in every room giving you the option to sleep in during your vacation. Wake up refreshed on memory foam mattresses on the beds. The king bed in the master bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic mattress. Bunk bed room has 2 bunk beds with full-sized bottom beds.

The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans, plates, glasses, cups, bowls, coffee maker/filters, toaster, blender and a cork screw. Just in case you want to cook up a storm.

If working remotely is required during your stay, high-speed and stable free WiFi is available throughout the entire unit. Convenient outlets and USB ports for charging are included with the alarm clock in each bedroom.

For rainy days, there are Smart TVs in both bedrooms as well as in the living room. Cable and a DVD player are also available. HDMI connectors are accessible to hook up your gaming consoles. Books, games, toys and puzzles are also at your disposal.

There are a handful of beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and a beach cart that can be used, so you can travel lighter. For the little ones and the young at heart, there are beach toys and shovels, as well as several boogie boards.

Must follow all condominium building rules and regulations.

Weekly rentals only, Saturday-Saturday.

Pool open Memorial Day weekend until last weekend of September.

Linens, towels, blankets and paper goods included.

Beach towels not included.

Keyless access to all facilities.

Must sign short-term lease.

No parties.

No pets, no exceptions.

We enjoyed our stay and found the condo very clean with great kitchen supplies. We appreciated the balcony with beach view and enjoyed reading there. Our grandchildren visited briefly and enjoyed the pool and the bunkbeds! Glad to have the pool since the ocean was particularly windy the day everyone was there. Great access to Boardwalk.

The listing is perfect. Everything is exactly as ahown. Right on the beach, very quiet, beach not too crowded. Excellent communication. I love sitting at the bar looking out at the ocean. While i love sitting on the private patio out back looking over the ocean (you can really hear the waves), they do themselves a disservice not showing the sunset lake/town view out the front door on the common walkway. Super happy with our choice to stay here

Wildwood Family Vacation

My family of 6 stayed here in June and it was perfect for our family. A beautiful view and a relaxing setting! The room with the bunk beds was perfect for the kids and the rest of the condo was great as well.

Wonderful Getaway!

Our family had a wonderful stay. The property was lovely- just as described on the listing. Georg was very easy to communicate with and very responsive with any questions. Great location right on the beach and the pool was also nice to have as an option as well. Highly recommend!

Perfect beach trip☀️

What a beautiful condo! When we walked inside we immediately smelled just how very clean it was. The layout was spacious yet not overwhelming. Our host was available if we needed anything but out place had it all. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous stay!

The property is exactly what was listed although the view of the beach is better in person. Location was key and the pool coupled with the beach was the best part. Communication with homeowners was fast which was a plus. They have carts to bring up your stuff which you don’t see often. Quiet vacation with great weather and a awesome condo! Would absolutely rent again

Relaxing Stay at Royal Beach

We enjoyed a very relaxing 2 week vacation at the Royal Beach Condo. The condo is very quiet and the bed very comfortable for restful sleeping. It is exactly as advertised, very clean, well maintained, nicely decorated, secure, and had what we needed for our stay. The rental process with Georg was seamless and all instructions and necessary details were provided. We enjoyed the ocean views, the quiet atmosphere, being on the beach, sunrises from the balcony, and taking walks around the neighborhood and seeing sunsets just blocks away at Sunset Beach. Restaurants, shops, and area attractions were only a short ride away. I would highly recommend it for your vacation.

Perfect Vacation Spot

The condo was great, exactly as advertised and made our vacation a success. It had plenty of space for our family of five. It is very clean, well kept and had everything we would need for the week including our visits to the beach. This made packing for the trip so much easier. The pool option was nice when we wanted a change of scenery. Both the beach and pool were right there, and also had a nice view of the beach from our balcony. The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. The condo atmosphere was quiet which was nice especially since we had children. I would highly recommend the place for your next vacation.

Overall great place, best for couples not families

Great location, spectacular views, master bed very comfortable, master shower was luxurious. Unfortunately the bunk beds in the guest room were noisy and weren’t comfortable for the kids. Also I would bring your own beach gear. They have many items If there is something you forgot but the beach chairs and cart are well-loved. Overall I would come back and stay if it was just my husband and me but for traveling with the kids I would look somewhere else.

Best Condo in The Crest

From the Booking to the last day of our vacation everything was Perfect!!! Georg the owner was so helpful with everything. He was available to answer any questions we had. The condo was crystal clean, there was pods for the dishwasher and every kind of cleaning products. The cabinets were full dishes, pots and pans. The bathrooms were stocked with towels and toilet paper. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable. The view from the deck is amazing. Beautiful beachfront condo - perfect location

Georg’s place is beautiful! There are views from the private deck and balcony (where the front door is) of both the bay and the ocean. And a perfect view for Friday night fireworks as well. The condo is beautifully furnished and has everything you will need during your stay. If you plan to cook here, just bring your own spices, everything else is available there. The fridge is huge which is good with a big family. The master bedroom was wonderful. King sized bed with a view of the ocean (sliding glass door to private balcony). It was VERY comfortable along with the best pillows and blanket. Loved the massive shower in the attached bathroom. It even had a hairdryer available. We appreciated the iron and ironing board. The livingroom had plenty of comfortable seating for movie night. And the pull out couch was VERY comfortable. My son loved it. Plenty of pillows and blankets available. The kids bunk room was perfect. They liked all hanging out together in their own space.he washer and dryer came in very handy! We used the pool several times. It is a great space and when you are sick of the beach/sand it was great alternative. There is a changing area and bathroom a available at the pool. Parking spaces are tight but we had no trouble and one of our vehicles was a Dodge Ram. Consider backing in to make pulling out. Loved this condo and would stay again. It was very clean and Georg was accommodating and friendly.

Beautiful condo and beach

We just got back from a fantastic week at wildwood. This condo unit was beautiful, clean and very enjoyable to stay at. George was easy to communicate with but really we had no problems during the week - it was smooth sailing! The condo building was very nice and we enjoyed the pool as well as the quick walk to the beach. The balcony view was lovely too. I really appreciated sheets and towels being provided during the trip and also the closet full of beach chairs sand toys and umbrellas. I’m 7 months pregnant and my husband is currently out of work due to an injury, so packing light for this trip was a must and these iteMs provided really helped ease our load. Our children (3 and 6) did well in the space and they appreciated the few toys and books that were there. Overall, great experience renting this space and would recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful wildwood retreat.

Beautiful slice of paradise in WW!

My family and I had a wonderful experience during our stay at Georg's beautiful condo. The condo is located steps away from the beach with amazing views of the ocean and bay (the pictures don't do this place justice). It was so peaceful waking up to the sounds of the ocean each morning. The condo was super clean and decorated with detailed charm. Georg was always available and very helpful with any requests we had. The pool area was also really quiet and relaxing - a great place to hang with the kids. Do yourself a favor and get to the pool a few minutes early (pool opens at 10am) to secure the high-top table for a perfect view of the beach/ocean! Overall, our stay was immaculate! I will definitely be sure to book here again when we stay in WW. P.S. The master bed was unbelievably comfortable! It's been hard to adjust back to my bed at home.

The best way to stay at the shore

This property is ideal for a trip to the NJ shore, it’s right on the beach as advertised & beautifully kept. It is beautifully maintained and everything looks new. Having the added amenities like high quality towels, paper products, soaps/detergents provided was a really nice added bonus. We packed a lot of products that we didn’t need to use because there were so many things provided that usually aren’t in a rental. I can’t imagine going to the Jersey shore and NOT staying here because it was so convenient & beautiful. You really get what you pay for with this rental & it was gorgeous. Perfect location, beautifully maintained & high quality everything. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo in Wildwood!

I highly recommend this condo! The unit is exactly as the pictures show. The view is beautiful as is the home itself. The unit was immaculate when we arrived, and is spacious with plenty of room for our family of 5. Our kids loved the 2nd room with the bunk beds and enjoyed the toys and books available as well. Steps to the beach are right outside the building and the beach is extremely well maintained. The Wildwood Boardwalk/ Seaport Amusement Park is huge and they had plenty of rides and games for all ages. We highly recommend Kono's pizza and Stella's Cafe for fellow vegans! Georg was an excellent host, checked in when we arrived and mid week, and quickly responded when there was an issue with the AC. We hope to stay here again!!

Excellent vacation!

We stayed here for this past week. The location was perfect! Quiet street, easy access to the beach! The pool was great as well. The condo was well kept and exactly as shown in the photos. We would definitely recommend ! Hope to be back next year!

Absolutely wonderful condo, location, and host

The condo was perfect - I could not think of anything else that would have improved our stay. The location was ideal - close to the beach, restaurants, activities, yet quiet and peaceful. Our host was very responsive and provided lots of helpful information. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Everything was wonderful!

Relaxing Wildwood Crest NJ

It was a beautiful property right on the beach. It’s about a mile from the boardwalk so it’s convenient but far enough away that you avoid the craziness.
