Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Ali'i Beach Rentals Include:
- Beach chairs, Boogie board & Cooler
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

NO elevators: Make sure everyone in your party is able to go up and down stairs. This unit is on the 2nd floor. Also, this is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen. There is a door that separates the bedroom from the living room.

NO parking: Public transportation is very convenient and walking distance to shops and restaurants in the area. (NO pool, NO parking and NO elevators)

Ali’i Beach Rentals is a full-service professional vacation rental company. We have our own in house maintenance, cleaning team, and professional property managers located in our Waikiki office who are available by phone 24/7 in case of emergencies.

The host friendly and quick to respond. The area is the very best - close proximity to everything. Especially the free unlimited parking along Monsaratt Ave. Unit was as described. Clean and well prepared for our stay. We stayed 15 nights and briefly called it home. There was a review that said there are food trucks outside, but there was only 1. The area can be noisy during working days in general no matter where you stay so bring some earplugs. It was very comfortable and the separated bedroom/living room made it way better than any studio unit. Upon booking you will get a text to provide ID. This is a professional company and property is registered properly. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Great location

Great location, small space, but enough for my little family of three. Parking was a bit of an issue, ended up paying per day at a hotel down the street.

Reviewer Comments: Very appropriate for our needs (2 people) & so very convenient to Waikiki and TheBus stops (which I recommend investigating as it is inexpensive relative to renting a car or taking Lyft/Uber places; can purchase day passes from ABC stores) There were garbage trucks every morning, but you get used to it. NOTE: The bedroom tv is streaming only - no cable; AC is adequate; the ceiling fan in bedroom is good to have; exterior washer & dryer are old and very used; food trucks just outside are convenient but we did not try them; more of a minimalist kitchen but ok as we did not end up cooking as much as expected; nice fridge/freezer though would be helpful to have a pullout sprayer for the kitchen sink.

Great location close to beach and all the things

This location is great! Close to the beach, walking distance to everything. If you're a light sleeper it's a bit noisy due to the old single pane windows and door. Place needs updating but overall good

Perfect Location

The place was neat and very convenient. The sliding door seemed like it was a thousand years old. I had to use all my energy and tricks to slide it open. The lamps had a lot of dust on them. It would be more convenient if you could provide at least one load of detergent.

Great location

I would advise against renting a car since everything you need is within walking distance. I made the mistake of renting a car and the parking cost me more than the cost of the car rental

Amazing time

Thank you for giving us a great place to stay on our first visit to Hawaii. Such a great location. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Located in a perfect place - close to beach and everything happening in Waikiki. Only recommendation I have is for people who want to cook maybe you could have tin foil or parchment paper available.

Perfect Location

This condo was perfect for our family of four (2 adults and 2 toddlers). Only a 5 min walk to the beach and direct access to all things downtown. The condo was exactly like the pictures. The reviews mentioned that it was noisy but we didn’t experience any noise, even with the food trucks all out front of the building. We would for sure stay here again

Perfect

Me and my boyfriend had a wonderful experience. The place was very cute, clean, neat and cozy! Felt very homie and had everything we needed. The check in process was very simple. No need to talk to any front desk person. Make sure you don’t forget both keys that are provided or else you can’t get in thru the 2 gates. Luckily a nice man let us in on one of the days because the office was already closed. But that was our fault. For parking, we parked our car at the Banyan Hotel around the corner for a low rate. Also, there are 4 food trucks right outside Cabana. The food is amazing for each one! Highly recommend the hot dog and pineapple from the yellow truck! So goooood!!!! Will def be recommending this place to place to any friends and family. Very affordable and worth it! We made the right choice! Thank you so much! :) -Maya and Darren

Anniversary trip in Waikiki

This was our 1st time to Oahu. This unit is a great location for walking to everything in Waikiki and Honolulu. We had a small issue when we first checked in as there was no key fob to the gate for access in and out of the complex but it was quickly fixed as we were brought a new key fob immediately. The communication and response was very prompt. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Oahu!

Nice location and clean "homey" feel

We had a great time at this location. The place is home like, not resort and stale. The packing/organizing and designing maximizes the space. Bummer: no parking. But everything is a plus, AC. Second floor can get muggy and warm. TV and access for relaxing. Location is great. Host keeps in good contact. Bed is super comfy. Bar/breakfast area is good. We did hear a continuous shrieking outside and many resorts are nearby so expect some noise. :) overall: cool place and we're thankful
