ATTN: Now Sleeps 8 - We're excited to introduce Our Premier Cottage addition! It now also, boasts a first floor luxury King Size Room plus the Kid's favorite, Bunk Room & Queen Loft! Pets stay free!

Situated on an 1850s farm property, just 1 mile from Round Pond Village and Harbor. Visit 3birdscottages, Family friendly property and design with coastal charm and luxury in mind. We have 3 cottages overlooking the pond and in close proximity to one another, making the property perfect group bookings. Host a wedding party or rent all three for a family reunion. Hosts live on site!

Enjoy the classic, approx. 850 sq. ft. bright & airy cottage. The Chickadee features cathedral ceilings, with 3 skylights, providing beautiful natural light, shiplap walls and ceilings. with all the comforts of new construction; to include tankless water heater, heat & air conditioning, plus great proximity to all that Pemaquid Peninsula has to offer. We have 3 cottages all nestled on a wooded knoll, overlooking our pond. The pond draws an abundance of wildlife but not conducive to swimming or fishing.

This cottage just received a major upgrade, to a include a first floor King bedroom, while retaining the Queen bed in loft and 1st floor bunk room. The Chickadee (Cottage #3) differs from the other two cottages, with 2 first floor bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a King bed very closet. The bunk room is stunning, with 2 craftsman built-in bunk beds and walk up steps in between. Very appropriate for adults as well as children. The kitchenette/living space is a bit larger and boasts an open floor plan with soaring ceiling. The bathroom is on-suite with the bunk room, immediately net to King room and accessible through the living area. The stand up loft is a multi use space with desk and Queen bed.

All 3 cottages are nestled on a beautiful knoll amongst the trees. You'll enjoy the peaceful porch overlooking the pond and field, where you can enjoy the wildlife that abounds on this property. This private, bucolic place is pure peace and relaxation. We, the owners, live on property and are so excited to share our dream come true. We provide linens to include bedding and 2 sets of towels per person and will be readily available to insure your stay meets all your expectations.

Pets welcome. Absolutely no pitbulls (American Staffordshire, American Bulldog, etc) or Dobermans

Beautiful cottage with comfy beds in a gorgeous location. We had everything we needed to enjoy our 3 night stay and being able to have our dogs with us was a big bonus. The location is close to everything Damariscotta has to offer, but feels like a remote escape

We loved the cottage! A convenient location set in the woods, yet close to the ocean. Close to shopping, restaurants, and sight seeing. It was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the host, Pamela, was great! She was informative and very prompt with her responses. We would love to come back and stay again!

Such an adorable cottage in a great location. Owners were super nice. Kitchen and shower were small but worked for my family. Loved the new first floor bedroom. Would definitely stay again.

Loved it on every level. Cottage was super clean and loved the style and the size. There is a pond and a field out back with fireplaces and areas to sit and hang out. Perfect for the morning walk with the dog. The cottages are fairly close to each other but each had their own very private deck so I didn’t mind at all. Communication from the hosts was also perfect whilst leaving you enough privacy. Would come back for sure.

Cozy cottage

The owners have three beautiful cottages adjacent to their land. We stayed in the biggest which has a new master bedroom which is very comfy. They thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. My grandchildren loved the bunckbed room, everything decorated farmhouse chic.

We were happy the cabins were all very quiet and tidy. The site is quite easy to find, the detailed directions to find the address should not put you off. Easy as pie.If you want a great breakfast head over to Sunnyside in Damariscotta. Worth the wait.

What a fantastic property! Great space, very clean, and everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful. Note: for kayakers- The pond is quite small and a little hard to access. We had an excellent stay and our dogs did too. Very good communication with the hosts. We would definitely recommend this spot !

Great location and beautiful cabin! Highly reccommend

The only thing that we wish was different was the location of the fire pit. We enjoy sitting around the campfire, felt it was a little inconvenient to walk the distance to the firepit. However, there is a charcoal grill next to the porch so we made due!

Round pond third stay!!

Loved cabin 3 the addition was lovely and very pleasant . This is my third stay and it is as wonderful as my first stay. Highly recommend it to my friends. My sister came up to visit this trip with her husband it was great she mess impressed as well

Cottage was amazing! The new addition is beautiful! My kids loved exploring the property and playing by the pond. The location is perfect, so many things to see and do. Property was very clean and the host was amazing. The games were great on the one rainy day we had.

Wonderful stay

This is a beautifully unique place to stay! This cozy cottage is charming and warm. The area is stunning with a gorgeous property, perfect for our pup! So many stunning places to see by the ocean… hikes, restaurants, botanical garden with the huge Trolls! Made memories with our family to hold dear. Thank you! Definitely would stay again!

Quaint cabin in Round Pound

Cabin #3 was perfect for my family. We loved the double set of bunk beds and loft for sleeping. The cabin is minutes away from the village of Round Pond - lobster pounds and fresh veggies from local farm stands. We enjoyed exploring the salt pond and even Pemaquid Beach. Thanks to Pamela and Joe for hosting us.

My husband and I headed up to this gorgeous cottage for a return visit. The setting is SO quiet,close to a beach and restaurants and not far from shopping. Once again we enjoyed our stay emmensely!

Looking for a slower, more peaceful pace and with a desire to become more self-sufficient, we purchased this old farm place in 2017 and never looked back. In addition to building the three cottages, we've been busy remodeling the 1850s home, an ongoing work in progress.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

A bird watchers paradise, this peaceful, private property begs to be explored; with combination of field, woods, intermittent streams, pond, rolling lay-of-the-land, trails and roadbeds,. You’re likely to spot a variety of wildlife from the cottage’s covered porch, which overlooks the pond and field; to include heron, ducks, geese, beaver, fox, deer, woodpeckers, eagles, turkeys......or our Border-Aussie, Max.
