We offer you, in the heart of the city, a charming bright duplex under the roof with an area of 94 m2 with 2 panoramic terraces of 8 and 20 m2 overlooking the Place de la République, the rooftops of Perpignan and the Canigou. (our Catalan mountain) The entire apartment is structured in 2 parts: the night part with its 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms, its bathroom and its separate toilet. Upstairs, the day area with its warm white room of about 40m2, its kitchen under the roof, its living room dining room and its terraces. The duplex is located in a bourgeois building housing the angel of the street of the same name.
Access to the apartment located on the 3rd floor is via a first straight staircase leading to a break landing and then the listed winding staircase will take you to the duplex.
At the entrance of the apartment, a small nicely decorated hall leads to 3 bedrooms with double beds and cupboards, a separate toilet, a technical cupboard, a spacious bathroom with double sink, corner bath, a shower and fish cloths made by your host Laure-Anne.
The 3 bedrooms are all with different and neat themes: you can choose your atmosphere according to your desire!!
The ZEN room and its soft, woody and relaxing materials. (double bed 140 cm)
The ASIA room will take you to this authentic and subtle continent. (double bed 180 cm or possibility of 2 beds of 90 cm) with objects brought back from our travels.
Finally, the POP ART room, full of colors and antique objects, will welcome you under the eye of Spiderman. (double bed 140 cm)
A small white staircase invites you to go up to the living room and its terraces. As soon as you arrive, the angel will welcome you. To your left, a fully equipped kitchen under the roof will offer you all the comforts: oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, juicer, Nespresso, American coffee maker and all the equipment you need to cook. A few coffee capsules and tea are at your disposal for your arrival.
Glazed spaces give this place a cosy and bright atmosphere.
A dining area for 6 guests adjoins an elegant living room decorated with simplicity and refinement. JBL speaker and SAMSUNG TV are at your disposal + wifi internet.
The air conditioning allows you to cool down in summer and in winter the central heating warms your living space.
The living room opens onto a first terrace which allows 4 people to enjoy this outdoor space for a coffee or breakfast.
The iron staircase will lead you to the large terrace overlooking the rooftops of Perpignan, the Place de la République and the bell tower of the Cathedral. A summer lounge and its coffee table and a large table welcome you for your aperitifs, meals and breaks: this place is precious and unique!! The building is under video surveillance, 3 other apartments are occupied by calm and respectful residents.

- Books, games, puzzles are at your disposal during your stay with us.
- Parties and group events are prohibited.
- Non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
- Maximum capacity 6 people.
- Rental contract to be signed.
- An official identity document and a security deposit in cash or by bank transfer of 1000 euros is required on arrival. This security deposit will be returned to you when you leave the premises (if no damage has been noted).
- Weekly rental during French school holidays (All Saints' Day, Christmas, February, Easter, summer) Possibility of short-term rental (minimum 2 nights) the rest of the year.
The apartment is ideally located and can be enjoyed on foot by the center of the city, its markets, its shops near the building, the Republic parking lot to park if necessary, its museums, cinema, restaurants and all the city's festivities (Visa pour l'image, festival, Christmas market, Sanch...) The beaches of Canet and Saint-Cyprien are 12 kms from the apartment. Collioure is 18 kms away, and Spain is 50 kms away. The Pyrenean mountains (Font-Romeu, Les Angles...) are about 1 hour away by car. You are 1 hour 50 minutes from Toulouse and Montpellier, 2 hours from Barcelona and 3 hours from Andorra.
