INDOOR SPACE

The Indoor Space is Large and Just as Stunning as Outside. Large Open Concept Main Area Greets you as you Enter through the Mudroom. High 20 ft ceilings encompass the Living Area, Gourmet Chef's Kitchen and Dining Area.

Breathtaking Chefs Kitchen includes 2 sinks plus all High End Appliances (Oversized Fridge, Built-in Double Oven, Dishwasher, Gas Range, and Built in Beverage Fridge!) Large Quartz Island with seating for 6. Basic kitchen supplies are provided (pots, pans, utensils, coffee cups, glasses, mixing bowls, pot spoons, BBQ Utensils, baking sheets, cutting boards etc). Covered outdoor Propane BBQ located right off the kitchen.

Living Room has a Large Sectional perfect for cuddling up at the end of the night. Watch a Movie on a 75" TV (Netflix and Satellite TV). Enjoy all the channels you get at home plus extra movies and Sports!

The Cottage Sleeps 8, 4 bedrooms with 6 beds (2 rooms = king bed; 1 room = 2 doubles; 1 room = 1 queen bed and single). 3.5 Bathrooms including Master Ensuite. All bedding and towels changed after each guest.

There is a Washer and Dryer if you feel the need to do laundry on vacay.

After the Sun Goes Down, the Fun Continues Downstairs with a Fully Equipped Rec Room! Pool Table, Foosball, Poker Table and another 75” Flat Screen TV to Keep You Up All Night (Equipped with Netflix and Satellite TV).

Please Note: We provide seamless, no contact and convenient self-check in. Discounts available for bookings 1 week or longer.

HOUSE RULES

No smoking, No parties or events, No pets.

Smoking inside the cottage is strictly prohibited.

Do NOT place any items in the toilet other than provided toilet paper. If a clog occurs, it is the responsibility of the guest to cover the cost of unclogging.

Please do NOT pour grease or food remnants into drains, use composting bags (under the kitchen sink) and containers provided to dispose of food-related remnants.

Please Tie Off Pedal Boat securely. There will be a charge of $1000 for lost Pedal Boat, $500 for lost kayak/canoe.

Septic system clog, If a clog occurs the charge to unclog on a weekend is a minimum of $1000.00.

Please keep indoor furniture inside and outdoor furniture outside.

When Checking-out, simply tidy up, collect all garbage (maximum 2 bags), recycle and compost into the Front Foyer. Check-out no later than 11:00 am

Garbage – Please leave black garbage bags, tied in the front foyer. **do NOT leave any garbage outside as you don’t want to attract any unwanted visitors. Proper Separation of compost and Recycle is also required, please use provided green and blue bins.

Rental Agreement must by signed and returned prior to arrival.
