Delightful and Quaint 3BR/2BA Ybor Bungalow

Choose one of Historic Ybor’s most modern bungalows to get the best of this vibrant neighborhood and all the comforts of home. Our upscale amenities include a full chef’s kitchen, fast WiFi, a washer/dryer, and A/C and heat. It’s the perfect home base for a Cigar City getaway!

Walk to the fantastic restaurants and nightlife of Ybor’s 7th Avenue in just 5 minutes, and all of Tampa’s top attractions are within a short drive.

Free street parking is available in front of the house.

The space
Our guests say our Historic Ybor bungalow is a “beautiful home” and the “location is amazing,” so we think you’ll love it too.

Whether visiting with friends, family, or coworkers, our charming home is a perfect place to stay in Tampa for up to 8 guests. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so everybody will have plenty of privacy.

In the gourmet kitchen, you’ll find sleek stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and cabinets stocked with all the dishes, cookware, and utensils you could need. We also have a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

After exploring all of Tampa’s highlights, you might want to kick back and relax on the couch, and our living room has a comfy sofa and two armchairs. Flip on the flat-screen TV or just enjoy the company of your traveling companions. The front porch is also a nice place to hang out!

If you need to do laundry, feel free to use the washer and dryer.

We invite you to make yourself at home and enjoy Tampa to the fullest.

The host was very responsive, however there were several items that could have been improved. Not particularly clean when we arrived. Food items on the floor in 2 different rooms( that we never had, so not possibly from our party). Spilled shampoo in main bathroom on window sill. A box of Kleenex would have been nice. No tissue available. Had to mess with the entrance code several times as the directions given weren’t complete. A couple of bottles of water would have been nice. Not really an extra blanket available if you wanted/needed it.

The house was perfect for us. We needed a place we were close to attractions and walking distance to Ybor for entertainment. Although it was cool at night with the air conditioning it did get warm in one of the bedrooms. I would recommend an additional standing or floor fan but otherwise again this was the perfect place for our group.

Nice location, it worked for us during our work vacation. Beds were a little stiff but had all necessities. And convenient to restaurants.

Adorable place and extremely convenient to everything. The only suggestions that I have are: thermal blackout curtains for the 2nd bedroom as it gets extremely hot in the afternoon, ceiling or stand alone fan for the other two bedrooms and at least one full sized mirror.Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again when we visit again.

Very clean, walkable distance to downtown Ybor, loved the old pics of downtown Ybor on display. Owner left many suggestions of local dining that made it easy to pick something for everyone! Beds comfortable and beautifully decorated too!

We had a good stay. It was clean enough, equipped with what we needed, and served its purpose well. The location is definitely a highlight, close and and easy walk to the Ybor Historic District with plenty of nightlife nearby. It was peaceful enough for what we needed, and the front porch was nice to hang out on. Kitchen had the basics, the common areas worked well, AC and wifi were reliable.As with most BnB-style homes, there were a few quirks, the ceiling fan, for example, was a little questionable but nothing that took away from the overall experience.I didn't see a washer and dryer as listed in the amenities, but we also didn't need that and didn't ask.If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-situated place that gives you a true local feel, this spot works great.

The stay was absolutely perfect for my husband and I with our two young children. The home was clean and everything that was needed was there. Very communicative and helpful with all aspects. Perfect stay!

Please disregard any poor reviews regarding the location of this house. We sat out on the porch every night and never felt unease. Being from the East Bay Area in Norcal, we know when a area is bad. This isnt it. It is the perfect location for walking to 7th Ave which we did every night. The house was perfect for our needs. We did not cook other than breakfast as preferred to eat out at the many wonderful options. Our Columbia dinner was special. Just a couple streets over was the easy route up to the freeway so we were able to be on the beach and golf course in no time. Absolutely recommend the free trolley which was a 10 min walk from the house. Room were cozy and beds were fine. I am particular about beds and really had no issues sleeping in the main room. Will 100% look to rent this house again next time!

The VRBO was nice, just a few minor defects: there a was a bulb out in the bathroom in the master bedroom, the water pressure in the shower in the master bathroom was low, and the hot and cold indicators for the shower and sink in the master bathroom were reversed. One last thing is to detail where the washer and dryer are located. These are just minor things that definitely do not draw away from how nice this VRBO is.

Comfy beds. Walking distance to downtown restaurants. We were six adults and the space was great. A bit loud in the early mornings as there is truck traffic.

This little bungalow is in a convenient location near Ybor close to the Columbia Restaurant. The neighborhood itself it a little bit more rundown than we were expecting. There is some train noise from the nearby train tracks as well. The inside of the house looks exactly like the photos. We had a couple of issues, the first was the with the shower in the master bedroom. The indicator for hit water on the shower is wrong, if you turn it towards the "H" its actually cold water. Turning it the other way did give hit water. The second was a sewer like smell when we returned from being out. We weren't sure where it was coming from but had to open the windows in the kitchen to air it out. The host was very communicative the whole time. Overall our stay was great with a few small issues.

After a couple initial issues with the Internet and TV remotes, everything went smoothly. I'm an Ybor City resident and only stayed here for a couple days, while I was getting major plumbing work done, but the location was great (not far from the main strip), and the house & WiFi worked out well for the job interview I had. I liked the bedroom with the attached bathroom and the Fire TV was nice. Overall comfy and peaceful.
