Important Guest Guidelines for Your Stay
1. Outdoor BBQ Grill
• The cleaning crew does not clean the outdoor BBQ grill.
• If the grill is left in a messy condition, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be applied. We kindly ask that you leave it clean for the next guest.
2. Garbage and Recycling
• Household garbage and recyclables must be separated and disposed of properly.
• Disposal is permitted only at the Trash Collection Center, located behind the Welcome Center.
• The Trash Collection Center is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (hours may vary during holidays or inclement weather).
• A gate card is required to access the Trash Center. Please deposit the gate card in the dropbox upon exiting the community.
• Note: If any garbage or recyclables are left behind, an additional $200 fee will be charged.
3. Unregistered Guests and Pets
• Unannounced guests or unregistered pets are strictly prohibited on the property.
• A $200 fee will be applied if this rule is violated.

We kindly ask all guests to follow these rules to ensure a clean and enjoyable experience for everyone. Let’s finish your stay on a positive note!

Very clean and well appointed. Hot tub was great, high quality Weber Genesis grill, newer Samsung smart TV, along with every kitchen appliance and trinket you can imagine to use! Large collection of books to read and relax with. New top load high capacity washer and dryer was handy to wash the beach towels. Outdoor fire pit with plenty of Adirondack chairs to enjoy as well. Our host is amazing, they were easy to communicate with and checked in on us to make sure we were having a good time! Plenty of indoor and outdoor table seating for family meals, ample plates and cutlery to serve guests. Location was perfect for us, little bit off the ‘main drag’ which is nice because there can be a steady traffic of cars and golf carts during the day. The house is just about 1 mile from the lodge, very walkable, and there are a few nicely maintained beaches along the shore of the lake. Powerboats and personal watercraft are not allowed on the lake which makes for a very serene environment. There are a couple of local grocery stores not too far out of the way which came in handy. Overall it is exactly what was advertised and even nicer in person. Will definitely return!

Beautiful House 🥰

Would stay here again! A wonderful home with all the homely amenities. Irene ,the host was wonderful, she was incredibly kind and accommodating. We loved sitting by the fireplace with a cup of coffee . House was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything about this home is warm and welcoming. I just want to say this was my best Vrbo experience ever! Thank you Irene.

My family and I had a great time at this house. It had plenty for everyone to do, basketball net, hammocks, ping pong, bikes, playroom, hot tub and fire pit. House was very clean and updated and stocked with everything you may need. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We had a great weekend!

Arrowhead Lake

We had a great time at this house. Private Road, lots of Deer to see. Plenty to do for the kids. Canoeing and Kayaking on the lake. Very quiet most of the time. Nice campfire pit. Host was very responsive to any questions that we had. I'd go back again for sure.

Cute and clean

The house was very clean, updated appliances & decor, along with a great location, despite not being right on lake. Owner was very responsive with communication & answering questions quickly. My husband & I had a wonderful weekend getaway! Thanks again!!

We had a lovely vacation. The host is very communicative, quick to respond and very empathetic and welcoming. The house is newly renovated and in great condition, very clean and with lots of amenities and kitchen items (they even had a lemon squeezer - that won me over, lol.) The setting and location gave a sense of privacy but everything - the lake/beach, the pool etc are easily walkable. We enjoyed the hot tub on the property, the near by pool and the playground with our daughter. The beds were very comfortable and you fall asleep looking up at the stars through the skylights on the roof. The whole gated community is very well managed and clean.

Excellent Stay

The house appeared to have been recently redone and is very nice. Spacious living room, very open to the well-stocked kitchen. Bedrooms were also very nice, sheets and towels were very new and clean. Listing neglects to mention that there is an empty "play room" which came in huge for us as an extra spot for the kids to play. The hot tub was amazing and got lots of use. Arrowhead community is very neat. The Island Pool and playground were our favorite spots. Communication with Irene was excellent. She was incredibly timely in her responses. Thanks for an excellent stay!
