Se fantastiske solopgange fra dækene i denne tre etagers havfrontduplex. Den tredje historie har et stort dæk, som kan nydes i solen eller under den overdækkede del. Også på denne etage er et hule / soveværelse med en dronning sovesofa, tekøkken og komplet bad.

På anden sal er en lys stue og køkkenkombo med en dronning sovekabine, soveværelse og bad og en anden halv bad. Første sal har et kingsize soveværelse, køjeseng med en dobbeltseng toppet med en enkeltseng og et komplet bad. Udenfor kan du nyde et dæk med privat gangbro til stranden.

Dette feriehus er udstyret med en elevator og masser af pladser til at nyde udsigten fra dæk, strandstole, strandlegetøj og de fleste bekvemmeligheder, som du gerne vil gøre din ferie til, som hele familien vil nyde.

Serenity offered the perfect getaway! It’s a beautiful property with a loving family feel. Tom and Anne are wonderful hosts, great with communication and have a home perfect for families.

Beautiful duplex cottage with great view !Despite a few stormy days the house was a great base camp for spending time with our family. Full of amenities to keep us entertained: games, movie tapes and multiple covered decks to enjoy. The beach view from the house was beautiful.

Great beach house!

We loved our stay here! Lots of space to spread out. What made it really special we’re all the toys for the kids, books, games, and puzzles. Loved the boardwalk beach access and would definitely consider staying here again!

Kure beach

We had a great time at this location. There was plenty of room and they had wonderful toys for the children!! There were pillings out front in the water but were perfect for always knowing our location after walking!!!

Best Vacation Ever

Great time for the whole family! We love this house and have come back many times now. The only thing is the bed and sleep sofa are a little outdated and uncomfortable. The rest of the house, the town, and the weather were perfect. Can’t wait to come back next year!

This vacation property was truly a home away from home! It was extremely comfortable and homey, stocked with every possible thing we could need in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. For anyone travelling with little ones below the age of 10, this is the perfect place for you! There were tons of toys and books for the children, as well as beach toys and extra beach towels. The beach is a mere 20 second walk away, making it easy to run back and forth as needed for meals, diaper changes, and naps. Everyone felt that they had plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed cooking at the house and exploring the nearby Kure Beach/Carolina Beach areas. The homeowners were very easy to communicate, accommodating, and thoughtful. This was our young daughter's first trip to the ocean and we had a blast! We hope to stay again soon!

Wonderful location for Family time

The house was perfect-very comfortable for nine adults. We cooked all of our meals there. The beach access was ideal. We came and went several times a day. It was so nice to be able to see and hear the ocean anytime without leaving the house. The upper level porch especially had a terrific view of the ocean.

Easter getaway with family

Great location! Nice layout and plenty of space. Owner is very friendly and helpful with his communication. Tons of books, games, puzzles and children’s toys are available. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking meals “at home”. We hope to come back again.

Great stay

This is a lovely house and accurately described in the listing. I’ll just note that in addition to amenities that other reviewers have mentioned, the elevator is a wonderful perk when you’re hauling luggage to the upper floors. Also, the beach is wide and clean, the sand is smooth, and the dunes are in good condition. The owner called us before our stay to discuss a very minor issue that had come up, then checked in with us after our arrival and was available by text throughout our stay, although we had no need to make further contact.

Kure Beach vacation

Our party consisted of three families with a mix of ages, including teenagers. The layout of the house allowed for plenty of space, both communal and privacy. Each area feels like its own apartment with great porches and living room for group time and meals. The walkout access to the beach can't be beat. You are withing minutes to multiple restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommend.

Beach front home on Kure Beach

This is a beautiful beach front property in Kure Beach but within walking distance to restaurants and coffee cafes in Carolina Beach. We were a party of 4 adults, all in our early 70's. The listing description is very accurate. We enjoyed walking on the beach and neighborhoods. Everything we needed was there and the owners are very responsive to any special needs you may have. We highly recommend it.

Fantastic Fall Break

We absolutely loved our stay at Kure Beach. This house is beautifully designed and decorated. It has wonderful functionality for families or multiple couples. It is in a great location with beautiful views of the beach from all three decks, but especially the top level, where you can spend your day from a gorgeous sunrise over the ocean to a lovely sunset with the evening sun dancing on the waves. The owners were amazing to work with and have thought of EVERYTHING you need to have a terrific beach vacation. The elevator is a great addition for older folks. We highly recommend this property.

A Real Home

The usual is true, great views, clean and comfortable home, etc. What truly sets this place apart is that it feels like a home. The small touches of toys for kids, books to read on a rainy day, patio furniture to seat 10 people are things you don’t see with investment properties. Homeowners are very responsive to any concerns and are both kind and friendly. Already planning to see if we can come back next year.

Great house for family with young children.

What a great vacation! This house came with everything we needed to make lasting memories with our kids and grandkids. Our 15 month old grandchild was with us and the house came with a highchair and PacNPlay. Worked out great. The toy kitchen kept the 15 month old and and 6 year old occupied for hours. The 9 year old loved the boggie boards as did the adults! We took advantage of the beach chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella, boogie boards and the sand toys! We usually ended our days by sitting on one of the two beautiful decks facing the ocean enjoying drinks and appetizers. We would definitely come back to this beach house.

Wonderful 2 weeks in Kure Beach

This property is exactly as described, and our family of three had a wonderful two weeks. We had 5 family members visit us a few days the first week, and 2 other family members visited us a few days the second week. There was plenty of room for everyone. Wonderful assortment of beach items like boogie boards, chairs, EZ ups, toys, etc. The only recommendations we have are to modernize the TVs (larger flat screen in the living room and flat screens in the BRs), and either a crock pot or an InstaPot for people like me who like to throw a meal together and forget it. Those are nits to pick, though. We would stay here again without hesitation. Thanks for sharing your home!

Unexpected find

My husband, 3 year old twins, and myself visit Carolina/Kure beach area every year and typically stay at the same house. However, this year our house was booked so I expanded our search and stumbled upon this gem! Great location, beautiful views, so so many toys for kids! My daughter even left a couple stuffed animals at the house and the host mailed them to us! Will def be coming back next year. Tips about the place: so many toys and high quality beach towels, beach chairs…don’t bring your own save the room! Also for grocery delivery from Walmart to this location use Carolina Beach as the city instead of Kure! Thank you Tom for everything!

Perfect family beach getaway

The PERFECT place for a family beach vacation!!! It's a beautiful house, clean, modern, quiet, fully equipped, easy to get to. It has *everything*: sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, fully stocked kitchen (and I mean FULLY), a grill, washer/dryer, games, puzzles, and tons of toys for kids. Even a Pack & Play! We didn't have to bring a thing for our grandkids (4 and 14 months), they loved it. And there's an elevator! Beach access is quick and super easy, and the owners provide all the beach stuff you need: chairs, umbrellas, toys, towels. And a back porch to hose off the sand before going inside. There's plentiful parking, including a one-car garage with an opener. There's a Publix about a mile north, very nice grocery store. The owners are great! Very quick responses to questions, super helpful and friendly. The best. Have food left over? Leave it - the owners give it to local agencies. Wonderful people. The whole family will love this place! I'd give it 6 stars if I could :) We're definitely coming back here. Enjoy!

Learned of this vacation home through a friend.

The 3 generations of our family had an awesome time. Plenty of toys, books, games & videos to entertain the kids, lots of beach towels. Plan to come back another year.

Perfect Ocean Front Beach Home

The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked and having linens, and towels included was a huge plus. Also, plenty of beach stuff, toys, books and a playpen for our 7 months old granddaughter. It was great to gather as a family (9 adults, 3 year old and 7 months old) and spend some quality beach time together. The Home was just the perfect setting. Thank you Tom and Anne!

Wonderful! As close as it gets to the oceanfront!

What a lovely space, at an unbeatable distance to the water. When you have young kids with nap and feeding schedules, being close is priceless! The views from all levels are beautiful, but I could have spent the whole week on the 3rd deck and been happy :) The second floor kitchen and living area are a great size space for gathering and relaxing. We rarely used the tv, but it was a really nice, big smart TV which was nice for the kids on the couple rainy days we had. Thank you for sharing your awesome home, and for all the nice little touches throughout (tons of beach towels!) We’ve already recommended to friends that are now booked for next summer :)
