Excellent location 5 minutes to Falls River entrance. Well maintained, clean. Lovely views from the balconies. Very comfortable for group of 5 and can easily accommodate 8. Cooked several meals including use of the gas grill. Would definitely stay again.

While the property was clean and the furniture and bedding were comfortable, I am rating this stay 3 stars due to significant climate control issues. The air conditioning only cooled the first floor. Furthermore, the top-floor bedroom containing two queen beds had a non-functional ceiling fan, making the space uncomfortably warm and difficult to sleep in. We requested a repair from the host on our first morning and numeroustimes over 2 days, but the issue was left unaddressed for the duration of our stay. Very disappointing

Check in and communication with the management company was dismal. I never received any information on check in process or wifi or the house. If the manager of the company had not contacted me for a different reason earlier in the day we would not have been able to access the house as when I messaged them I got no reply for 2 days. The company states that they give you a beginning amount of toilet paper, paper towels etc. We literally had a half a roll of toilet paper in several of the bathrooms that did not even last our group a day. I have never stayed in a house with such limited supplies. It speaks very poorly about this management company. One of the beds in the upstairs loft was broken so any time the person in that bed moved it made a huge noise that woke us up in the downstairs bedroom. Overall house needed a deep clean as hair and dirt were on all window sills. One shower was dirty when we got there. Do NOT recommend this property.

Beautiful property in the mountains with great views. We have 6 people stay here and it was more than spacious enough to accommodate us, and more. Access to RMNP was very easy and navigating to town was a breeze. I’d stay here again on future trips and would recommend this location to anyone.

Hummingbird Mountain Hideaway

The property and the location are stunning. We saw an abundance of turkey and deer around the property. Our only concern was that we lacked enough towels, toilet paper or oven mitts during our stay. It’s listed as sleeping 8 and while we didn’t have half of that, we didn’t have enough toilet paper or towels after the first day. Otherwise it was a great stay and an incredible location to wake up in.

Wedding Week Stay

Five of us rented this property to stay at while we were in Estes Park for our friends’ wedding at Della Terra. It was about a 10 minute drive to the venue and it had beautiful views. We loved our time together and the space was perfect for our group.

Beautiful lodgings. Beautiful location. Homey feel.

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse. We were in Estes getting together with family to explore Rocky Mountain National Park. Location was ideal. Views and home were stunning. Kids loved watching the hummingbirds and trying the Wii. Great cross between a nice hotel, and staying with a friend. Would definitely return next time we are near Estes Park.

Roomy with a view

We will definitely come back to this clean and extremely roomy home with lovely views! You are right up in the mountain! We saw several animals and enjoyed watching them in their natural habitat. Beds were comfy and house was inviting.

RMNP Getaway

Loved the property and the close proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park. The space was great for my teenager, my parents and my husband and I. We had some nice time together but also separate spaces. The beds are very comfortable. The best part was not having to drive through Estes to get into Rocky Mountain National Park

We really enjoyed our stay here and I was so thankful for the little things that were available, like baggies in the kitchen and salt and pepper. The hummingbirds were fun to watch and we saw deer a few times as well. We did have trouble with the door keypad a couple times and ended up going in through the garage instead.

The location of this property was just perfect. The views were amazing as mentioned. The house was equipped with stuff you need.The listing doesn’t mention that it is a 4 floor home. This would be a problem if you have elders who cannot climb stairs. It should have been clearly indicated in the listing. Floor 1-garage, floor 2-basement, floor 3-living and kitchen(actually you have a couple of stairs to get to kitchen and dinning area from the living room), floor 4-2 bedrooms, floor 5-kids bedsplay area.The rooms, beds and furniture were clean but the floors weren’t throughly cleaned which led to a chalky feeling. Every step we took left our feet coated in a thin shroud of dust.The AC didn’t work. We set the temperature to 68 the day we entered the house and even after 5 days of stay, it didn’t even reach 73. The communication with the host was not good enough. There is no direct email/phone contact available. Only through chat. There were several homes with the same building number but different apt nos. and there was no welcome email with these details. We had arrived in the night and had to wait for chat msgs to get those details. Wifi details were also given only after we asked. I tried calling to ask about the ac not working, kids room had no air at all and they couldn’t sleep. But no response. The lock pin was changed in the middle of the day and we had to wait out till we got a response from the host in chat window. No checkout details either until we asked.
