Gulf Front/Recently Renovated! A4- BelleVue at Seacliffs

BelleVue is a Gulf Front 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome located in the Seacliffs Community on beautiful Cape San Blas, FL. Seacliffs is a family friendly, gated community located at the north end of the Cape near the St. Joseph’s Peninsula State Park. There is a community pool, A new playground for the little ones and a private walkway over the dunes to the amazing white sand beaches and inviting waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

BelleVue has been fully renovated inside and out just 2 years ago with new paint, new hurricane windows and doors, new roof, new hvac, plumbing and elect,, flooring, cabinets, new appliances, quartz countertops, new furniture (including new beds) and decor. Each floor has a large deck directly overlooking the Gulf. Each bedroom has a Roku TV with guest mode so you can stream your favorite shows.

The main floor has a half bath, well stocked kitchen and bright open living room that leads out to the large wooden deck. The living room has a 50 inch Smart TV.

On the 2nd floor, there are two bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo, double vanity and a stacked laundry unit. The oceanfront room features a king sized bed and a private balcony. The bay side bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and a large bay window with peeks of the bay.

The 3rd floor features a king sized bed, en suite bathroom with large shower and walk in closet. Relax on the private balcony with expansive ocean views. AMAZING SUNSETS FRONT ROW AND CENTER!!

Beach chairs are available for use during your stay. There is a new gas grill (purchased 11/2024) and an outdoor shower on the carport level. Beach campfires are permitted!

What a great way to celebrate Christmas with the family. The condo was amazing and exactly as described. Communication with the owner was wonderful. The beach was amazing. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was our 1st time visiting the Cape & had an absolute blast! The townhouse was very clean & spacious for our party of 6 people. The views were amazing from all balconies, a short walk to pool/beach & we were able to use a lot of the beach/pool accessories already included. We are already used to having stairs in our home, so the stairs here didnt bother us. It was a very relaxing & fun exploring the Cape, Port St. Joe (20min drive) and drove to St. George Island one day for the arcade for the kiddos (1hr drive). We really enjoyed the uncrowded beaches and NO TRAFFIC! We will definitely be back ASAP!

Our favorite place!

We love Cape San Blas! This is our second stay at BelleVue in SeaCliffs. Great location, lovely view, clean condo. We look forward to visiting again!

Lovely property - exactly as described!

This is a lovely unit that is steps from the beach and the pool. The beach views are amazing. Our family of 4 had plenty of space. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location for family!

We loved staying at Rob's place! The location of the condo and the amenities of the complex were awesome! Especially if you have small kids. It was so convenient having the beach, pool and playground within steps of the front door. Rob was very professional and a great communicator. We come to the Cape often and this was one of our favorite places we've stayed.

Spring Break ‘23

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and exactly as advertised. This was our second time to CSB and we were excited to introduce our friends to the area! The loved it as much as we do! We can’t wait to return!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. It was a pleasure working with them. The property was beautiful and clean. Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a comfortable place to stay and decorated very nicely. It was very clean. The only problem we ran into was having no trash bags available we filled the initial bag. But this was very minor. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Great Accommodations and Location

We had a great stay. There was easy and quick access to the beach and the pool. Our grandkids (ages 4 and 6) had the best of both worlds. The beds were exceptionally nice. The only thing that began to get old quickly was having our room on the third floor. The stairs may have gotten old but the view from the third floor balcony was worth it.

Beautiful condo and location

This condo doesn’t only have beautiful views from all 3 stories it is decorated so pretty all throughout. Everything you need to cook inside is available and a grill for outside. We hated to leave this beautiful place! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Love Cape San Blas!

The townhouse has been really nicely renovated. You cannot beat the location and the view - just steps from the beach and magnificent views of the ocean from every floor. The set up is also really great for a family and the beds were very comfortable. The beach is not crowded at all, which is so nice and why we have started staying away from 30A. I would give this property a 4.5 as my suggestion would be a little more focus on hospitality. For example, would be nice to be given more bath towels, to not have to worry about toilet tissue, and a better set up in the kitchen (more coffee cups, larger bowls, large storage containers, silverware not from Dollar Tree, etc., a wine bottle opener, etc.). One wants to be able to fully relax while on vacation. Overall though, highly recommend!!

First pandemic family gathering of 3 generations

Recently remodeled 3 level townhome with lovely beach view balconies on each floor in gated complex. Community pool (we didn’t use but it was never crowded). Kitchen was fully stocked with pots/dishes/appliances for a large crowd - something you don’t always find in rentals. Parking for 2-3 cars. TV’s in each bedroom. The half bath on the 1st floor is a God send. The true master is on the 3rd floor so keep that in mind (there are additional stairs from parking so this is not an easily maneuvered place if you have mobility issues). Plenty of beach chairs & a wagon so you don’t have to pack your own. Outdoor shower at pool. Beach is easily accessible with a community boardwalk. It was fairly crowded but we were there over a holiday. We were under red and yellow flags entire week w/no lifeguards but Elsa was crossing FL. Campfires are allowed at night. Nearest Piggly Wiggly grocery is in Port St. Joe so bring your staples for first night or stop on way. Couple of smaller general stores have limited stock and long lines for donuts/ice cream. State park is very nearby. There are paddle board/kayak/usual ocean toy rentals available on the Cape but it’s not an area of typical commercial development so it’s great for a relaxing & simpler vacay. We brought our favorite games for nighttime entertainment. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and this pretty townhome was spacious with all the updated conveniences. Being able to spread out was especially important to us right now. We do recommend adding curtains to the 2nd floor king bedroom for both privacy and light blocking. Assume this just hadn’t happened yet after the renovation. Communication with the owners was quick, helpful and pleasant - that is always much appreciated.

We really enjoyed the property and views. The home had plenty of space for a family of 5 and our dog. The updates on the house are nice. I will say…If you have family members who don’t do stairs this may not be the best place for you though. The beds were the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. However, if you have small children sleeping on top, you may want to bring a portable bedrail, as the mattress on the top bunk is very thick and sticks out over the railing, a child could definitely roll off the side of the bed. The washer and dryer came in handy multiple times, but the dryer struggled some to get clothes dry. We also had some issues finding outlets that worked. The upstairs and 2nd floor bathrooms had non working outlets, so if you need to plug in a blow dryer, or a toothbrush charger you’ll have to do it in the bedroom. The outlets in the carport didn’t work either. The fridge was a good size, but the ice maker gave us a hard time. We cleaned it out multiple times, but it would clog up with ice and drip melting ice into the tray which eventually ran out on the floor. We loved the deck views, but wish there had been higher chairs on the 3rd floor to be able to sit and see over the railing. None of the issues ruined our trip by any means. We are very go with the flow and made it work. The amenities in SeaCliff were great with a small playground for the kids, plenty of places to walk our dog, and a nice pool. We would definitely recommend this property.

We will def look at the ice maker. It was replaced less than a year ago. The outlets all work now. The fgi outlets in wet areas are very sensitive and the circuit trips if there is a lot of steam from a recent shower or even splashes from the sinks. Sorry you had that issue. Paradise!

Beautiful home, stunning views and an amazing location. We could not ask for more! The owners were super responsive to any questions we had. Not pictured in the listing photos is a nice 4 top table in the kitchen. We had a great vacation and enjoyed ringing in the new year in this gorgeous home. Will definitely stay here again!!

Lovely Condo!

The pictures do not do it justice! the furnishings are beautiful, everything was clean, and the owners were easy and fast to respond. You can't beat the beachfront location. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
