This one-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo was the perfect size for our family of three, and one of the best parts was that it was literally just steps from the pool! Our 4-year-old daughter talks a big game about loving the beach, but in reality, we spend the majority of our vacation time at the pool. The main pool was very spacious and never felt too crowded with the families staying in the Marina Walk buildings. There was also a nice-sized, square kiddie pool that was only about 1.5 feet deep, which our daughter absolutely loved playing in.The only real downside to our stay was the mosquitoes. This may just be a late-summer issue, because after chatting with other families at the pool, it sounded like they aren't nearly as bad earlier in the summer. Unfortunately, during our stay they were pretty relentless. From the moment you stepped outside the screened porch in the morning until you were walking around in the evening, you were constantly swatting mosquitoes away.My only suggestion for the property would be to consider some type of mosquito or pest-control treatment around the grounds. Perhaps while the landscapers are already maintaining the property, or even having treatments done in the evening when guests are inside, it could help make a big difference.Other than the mosquitoes, we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was a great size for our little family, and the convenient pool access was a huge win for us—especially with a 4-year-old!
