Welcome to Paradise Palms Naples!

Walk, bike, or drive to world-famous Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park! This stunning two-story home is perfect for large groups or two families. Featuring 4 bedrooms plus 2 high-end sofa sleepers and 3 full baths, it comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Enjoy a heated south-facing pool, and outdoor living with a brick pizza oven, fire pit, gas grill and plenty of seating.

The Space
Step inside to a bright, coastal-inspired living area with plank hardwood floors and an upgraded memory foam queen sofa bed. The open kitchen, dining, and family room flows seamlessly to the covered lanai and pool area via glass pocket doors. The kitchen boasts modern quartz counters, ample storage, a breakfast bar, and a round dining table for 8. The family room features a large sectional, 54" smart TV with cable, and Wi-Fi throughout, Bring your own apps sit back and relax.

Downstairs, find three bedrooms and two baths: a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a king master with pool access, flat-screen TV, and marble walk-in shower. Upstairs offers a second family room, master bedroom, king bed, wet bar with fridge, and a jetted tub in the bathroom—perfect for a second family or kids.

Lovely home for our 2 week stay as we rotated our daughter, son in law and granddaughter through for one week. We had a couple questions and our host responded within minutes.

The host was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The property was extremely clean, and the photos accurately reflect the home. It’s very close to the beach and shops, and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature, and the house was stocked with everything we needed (kitchen essentials, baby items, etc.). We also loved that the home had beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrellas, life jackets etc) which made our trips to the beach very enjoyable/convenient.

The house had everything we needed for our stay for both beach trips and lounging around the pool. Plenty of beach and bath towels, toilet trees, and kitchen needs. Very clean, spacious, stylishly decorated, and homey feeling. Would definitely stay again!

Family Fun in the Sun

This home is lovely. Perfect for a family vacation. We especially liked the upstairs suite as it allowed family with children a private area to nap. Would be perfect area for a second couple to stay with privacy. Home is decorated beautifully. Kitchen is fully stocked. Plenty of bath and pool towels. Several bikes (adult and children) to enjoy. The pool and pool deck is great. Pool was clean and a perfect temperature. Owner was easy to reach and responsive.

Spacious and Fantastic

We had a wonderful vacation at this lovely home! We were a group of adults visiting Naples for a milestone birthday. Parents are seasonal residents on Vanderbilt Beach and we were visiting for Dad's 80th. This home provided a very clean and comfortable retreat for the visiting family. There was plenty of nice seating in the pool area and the outdoor ceiling fans were a big plus on the warm evenings.The young adults (20-somethings) walked to the beach for sun and fun and to Mercado for some nightlife.The neighborhood is peaceful and clean. Not a place suited for wild parties, but perfect for our group!Communication with the owners was prompt, but not often needed. The home is well appointed! We did stock up on ice, paper towels and paper plates/solo cups. It made for less clean up in the kitchen and more time for enjoyment. Highly recommend!

Tennis Trip!

Shared this VRBO with seven awesome tennis friends for six days. We had a wonderful stay and there was plenty of room for us all. It was about 5 minute drive to the tennis academy where we played each morning so the location was awesome. It was also super close to beach, Whole Foods and several shopping/ restaurant areas that we visited. The kitchen was very well appointed with a large fridge and freezer. (The ice dispenser was not working so we purchased ice which was fine). There was enough counter space for food prep which was perfect as we preferred to make meals and eat at home and on the patio. We used the pool every day to cool off after tennis and it was a good size for a dip. Having the patio partially covered for sun protection and equipped with large fans made it enjoyable to be outside in the afternoon heat. Beds and linens were very comfortable and there were plenty of clean towels. Bathrooms were beautiful and water pressure in the showers were amazing. The garage had plenty of beach chairs and even cooler bags! We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly!

Nice place

Little distance walk to the beach but doable as we did with kids. All beach necessities are available in the garage even for kids. The kids loved the pool and enjoyed the pizza oven.

Great vacation house

Great location. Close enough to walk to beach and not far from other Naples attractions. Quiet neighborhood, great for walking and feeling totally safe. Outside area was amazing. Pool was just the right size for our five teenagers. Lots of areas to hang out.

The perfect family stay!

This is the perfect place for everyone. Kids swam all day in the perfectly heated pool, adults hung out on clean and good sized patio, and just a quick drive to beach. Very clean, nice appliances and bedding. Everything was perfect! Owners response was very quick when needing help with just a couple things too! Highly recommend :)

Amazing week in Naples

We are a family of 4( with 5 and 7 yo) and grandparents here for one week who enjoyed the layout of this very attractive home. Fabulous 4 bedrooms includes an upstairs living area with King bedroom , own full bathroom , French doors to a separate sitting area with refrigerator and large dining table . The house is beautifully appointed and the materials are high quality. Everything is very tasteful and thoughtfully arranged and very clean . The pool was a consistently comfortable temperature and had a beautiful waterfall and LED light that changed colors. The outdoor dining area is perfect. There is sun and shade outside for comfort. Bikes , bike helmets , beach chairs , beach umbrellas and beach toys and pool toys are in excellent shape and in abundance. Towels are nice and fluffy. The home is in a relatively quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Noteworthy the owner supplied paper goods , cleaning supplies , detergent. We have stayed in multiple homes in the past and this owner provided far and away most of any other place ( Anna Maria, Palm Springs Ca) for example. Extremely noteworthy was Steve’s respondivity to our concerns. The house was not ready at the 4 pm check in and he let us stay two extra hours on departure day. He immediately sent new bike helmets for all the bikes when we informed that one strap was broken and sent laundry detergent. Extremely responsive and accommodating hosts. We hope to come back to paradise palms for a future stay.

They were great hosts and very responsive. The house was clean and exactly what was described. Our weather was cold but the pool area was really nice and the proximity to the beach was great since there were bikes in the garage. We didn’t have much free time due to family commitments but definitely look forward to staying there again!

Naples Vacation

The property is very nice. Looks like it was recently updated. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for a couple of things. The owners are very responsive and helpful. They fixed a few things pretty quickly, but there were a couple of other issues. First the A/C works pretty unevenly.... much cooler in some rooms than others, but the biggest problem was the thermostat. If there is no movement by it for a few hours it would automatically adjust up to 78 degrees which presented problems at night since obviously there is no movement by the thermostat while we were sleeping. Therefore, it would get hot in the middle of the night until I would have to get up and move by the thermostat to get it to readjust to 72 degrees where we like it. The 2nd issue was they have a sign which asks you to take your shoes off in the house, which we normally wouldn't mind until we saw our socks and feet get pretty dirty walking on the floors so whoever cleans the floors needs to do a better job or suggest you bring slippers. Lastly, no cable or satellite TV which was disappointing. We tried streaming to the TV's but could not figure out how to do it so we had to watch football and the election coverage on our computer. For the price charged it would be nice if they had basic cable. Even with those few negatives the house is nicely done and the backyard/pool is very nice as well. Naples Park, although an old area, is in a great central location to everything. Again, great owners

A Thanksgiving getaway with family

Our “Naples Beach Retreat” property was sensational. Clean, convenient, near to the beach and nightlife. Our hosts were friendly and responsive. The house had every accessory for cooking a Thanksgiving dinner and the pool and patio were well furnished for outdoor dining and relaxing.

Cleanliness of the yard

Great experience in general except for the cleanliness of the pool area, floor was dirty, couches were filthy, outside oven was not in good condition for cooking. We ended up washing the whole floor, chairs and dining table ourselves, otherwise we wouldn’t have enjoyed the backyard as planned.
