Family house which is our home. New house from 2023, accessible to people with reduced mobility. You will have everything you need to have a good time with family or friends. <br>(If you are just on budget, do not hesitate to contact us. We may be able to arrange for you).<br><br>Sleeps 12 people plus 1 baby. 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Very good bedding.<br>Everything you need to welcome the children: changing table, deckchair, high chair, games and books, slide, very large trampoline, racket games,...<br>Modular house: Possibility of insulating a bedroom in a studio or 2 bedrooms in an independent T2 if you have a babysitter for example or wish to have a certain independence between travelers. ( the studio/ T2 is equipped with its kitchenette and its independent exit with insulation.<br>Whirlpool bath for 2 people.<br>Outside you will find a swimming pool, deckchairs, deck chairs, garden furniture, table and chairs, barbecue, plancha, ... You will like the calm and may be able to observe the animals that pass by from time to time.<br>Salt water pool that can be heated if the outside temperature allows it.<br>The house is non-smoking.<br>Located 15 minutes from the TGV station of St Pierre (1 hour from Paris by train).<br><br>Sheets, dish towels, bath mats, towels included.<br>It's up to you to choose whether you choose the cleaning option at 110 euros or not. From 8 people, the cleaning option is mandatory.
