Located 4 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc and Ruoms, close to the major tourist attractions of the South Ardèche: Villages of Balazuc, Voguë, Labeaume, Grotte Chauvet 2, Aven d'Orgnac.
The villa includes an air-conditioned living area and 30 m² of covered terrace, equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and plancha.
The interior consists of:
- a living room with TV, sofa bed for two people, armchairs, tables, chairs
- an open kitchen: hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine
- Bedroom 1: double bed 160
- bedroom 2: 2 single beds 90
- Bathroom, walk-in shower

Departure and arrival:

We do not allow pets in the villa.
Given the calm that reigns in this property, no rentals are granted to groups of young people.
