This home is located in a quiet cove on Lake Murray. Enjoy relaxing on the screen porch with an amazing view of the lake.

The home is comfortable and spacious with over 2000 sq ft with all the amenities of home. Private dock with year round deep water. House comfortably sleeps 8. Large kitchen that includes bar seating for 3 in addition to the several dining areas in the kitchen, on the screen porch, side patio and down by the dock. Spacious screen porch has a two ceiling fans, sitting areas and dinning table.
The home offers 3 bedrooms and an upstairs sitting area that includes a full bed.

Towels and linens provided.

Floats, games and a kayak available for use during your stay.

Maximum number of overnight guests: 8
Maximum number of total guests at anytime: 10
One dog is allowed with additional pet fee..
Exterior Ring Doorbells with cameras are located on the property at the main entrance facing the driveway and in the backyard near the rear entrance.

Girl’s weekend

The house was perfect for us. Very clean and had everything we needed. The screen porch was absolutely gorgeous with a wonderful view of the lake. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Wedding stay

Place is awesome. Clean, well furnished. Unbelievable screen porch. Great lake view. Fiully equipped. Owner has great communication. My only reguis that I couldn’t stay longer!!

Thanksgiving

3rd year in a row!! As always house well stock and made Thanksgiving dinner easy. Neighbors were very friendly. Highly recommend this lake house. Thank you.

Excellent views

The home was immaculately kept. It was set as if you were at luxury resort. The little bottles of water, the table display, the way the beds were made up and so many other things. After seeing where others stayed who were in town for the wedding, we absolutely had the finest accommodations of the group.

WOULD LOVE TO HAVE STAYED LONGER

This beautiful gem was everything advertised and then some. Molly keeps her home in great condition and so welcoming. She was also easy to contact with my questions prior to arrival. We were four adults, my usband and I in the area to scope it out for potential retirement relocation. My brother-in-law and sister-in-law joined us for some much needed family time and helped us with our search. We all enjoyed the comfort of this home. Our favorite was the screened porch and table on the dock. Spent many an hour out there just enjoying the lake view and time together. Will definately seek out renting this house again when we come back to the area to continue our real estate search. Bonus was very friendly neighbors who came by to say hello and shared some SC insight and area information.

Fantastic house with awesome view

This is the best house we have rented on Lake Murray since we started vacationing there 15 years ago. When we packed up to leave, even the kids said this was the best vacation ever. I realized afterwards that the only thing that was different was the house. Large great room with screened in porch that is shaded most of the day.Great neighborhood and neighbors. We loved the plastic bumpers on the dock on the outside which made docking the boat a breeze. The host is very responsive and helpful with any questions. Great location for getting gas for the boat, going out to eat on the lake, and watching the purple martins.

Nice getaway

We were in town for a military retirement party. The house was in a nice location. Very quiet and close to where the party was being held. The house was very comfortable. The views were beautiful! If we were to come back to this area again we would rent this house again!

Loved our stay

We loved the screened in porch and view of the lake! So many nice touches like starter Kureg coffee cups to paper towels, toilet paper and spices. Plenty of floats to use and the cove was so quiet and peaceful. I imagine on the the weekends there is a lot of activity but our midweek stay was filled with the sounds of birds, water lapping against the dock and the neighbour's lawn mowers getting their yards ready for the weekend. We even caught a few fish off the dock. Thank you for so many thoughtful extras that made this a great stay!

Family Getaway

We had looked at so many different VRBO places, however, we kept coming back to this property. We are glad we did. We enjoyed it so much , we sent a text to asked for an extra day. Sitting outside on the dock patio watching the ducks, turtles and boats were the best relaxation we have had in a long time due to so many health issues. We also enjoyed the enclosed porch on the damp raining days. We hope to return next year. Thank you Molly! We enjoyed your house.

Beautiful setting

We were down for my son’s graduation from U of SC Law School. A little bit of a drive to Columbia but great setting to stay out of the city. House was very comfortable and the screen porch was a plus! Would stay again!

Perfect fishing getaway!!

This was our first visit to Lake Murray and boy did we pick the perfect house to rent! It was extremely clean and well stocked. Very spacious and the porch was a huge hit! The dock was plenty big enough for ourc2 bass boats and had power to charge them. The host was very quick to reply with any questions we had. The neighbors are so nice and even tried to invite us to the neighborhood fish fry! ( but we were out fishing until dark everyday) The neighborhood caretaker as I call him, Luke, stopped by to see if we needed anything and even let us pull our boat at his launch! I cant say enough great things about this place. By far the best neighborhood we have ever stayed at! We will definitely stay here again!

Father’s Day getaway

My sister and I rented the house for Fathers Day weekend with our dad. It was a great house, plenty of space and a beautiful location. The dock was wonderful for fishing or just sitting around. We swam in the lake and used the floats Molly had provided. Molly was quick with responses and answered all of my questions. The neighbors were very friendly. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Awesome place for family lake vacation!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property! The house was perfect for our 6 adults and two children, with plenty of space and a great screen porch overlooking the lake. I’m already missing those views! Everything was clean and all essentials were provided. There was a great dock and even floats and a kayak were available for our use! We had lots of water fun without even having a boat, and also caught fish right off the dock. All on all, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Lake Murray.

Graduation celebration

Perfect!

The home was perfect. The screened in porch was facing the river and an amazing place to watch the sunrise and drink coffee. Nature sounds were all over, from the birds chirping to fish jumping. The inside was exactly what we needed. Very spacious. The downstairs master was huge and was a blessing since one of the family members can't do a lot of steps. The 2 grills were a hit, we had to cook a lot of food for the celebration. The neighbors were very friendly and the area itself was quiet. We would definitely rent again if the need arises.

Great masters getaway

Arrived Monday, golfed on Tuesday, Attended the Masters practice round on Wed, golfed Thursday and checked out Friday. Amazing property. Very relaxing location.

TIme in need

During a difficult time for our family, the property manager was helpful and very accommodating to our needs. House was completely furnished for a Thanksgiving dinner. Home was immaculate and was in a great location on Lake Murray. We really enjoyed the views on their screen porch. Definitely would recommend this house to friends and definitely would return for a vacation. Great Place!!

Extended Weekend Wedding

We had a wonderful time! Everything was clean and in great condition. The king size bed was ultra comfortable. 6 adults in our group and we had plenty of room. Highly recommend.
