✨ Welcome to our warm studio✨ You are in the heart of the Esterel, 10 minutes from the lake of St Cassien and 18 minutes from the beaches of Cannes.

The studio is an extension of our villa. The entrance for vehicles is shared, you have a private and secure parking space (with video surveillance) as well as a private ☀️ terrace

➡️ Arrival/Departure in autonomy with a key box. Once in the accommodation we send you the inventory of fixtures.

Located 1km from the centre of the village of Les Adrets de l'Esterel and 3 minutes from the motorway, the light and bright 20m2 studio has its own private outdoor space, a south facing terrace of 13m2.

Functional and comfortable, it is fully equipped:
-oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, drying rack, vacuum cleaner.
The sofa bed is designed for everyday sleeping.
Linen is provided and set up (sheets, bath towels, dish towels).

You will have everything you need to start your stay (salt, pepper and oil as well as coffee, cappuccino, chocolate and tea)

🚲 Bicycles are not allowed inside the secure bike room ➡️ at your disposal (on request)
