Construction Notice

The H106 stack will be undergoing Cast Iron Drain Replacement beginning March 9, 2026 for approximately one and a half months. Work will include jack hammering and sawing, and construction noise may be heard during this time.

Interior Highlights

The open floorplan features high ceilings and an elegant design that creates a bright, relaxing atmosphere. The spacious kitchen is one of the largest in the complex and includes an island, breakfast bar, and everything needed for cooking during your stay.

Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to the private lanai, where you can enjoy outdoor dining and lounge in the chaise chairs while surrounded by tropical landscaping.

The primary suite offers an organic king mattress, two generous closets with drawers, and a large spa-style bathroom with dual sinks, an oversized walk-in shower, separate toilet closet, and vanity area.

Additional comforts include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, two smart TVs, and complimentary Wi-Fi. A new AC system also includes a NuCalgon iWave-V air purifier for enhanced comfort.

Favorite Pace to Stay on Big Island

Great Apartment with spectacular view. Everything in best shape. Private beach is simply amazing. Great for swimming and especially snorkeling. We have an awesome stay here.

Fabulous condo

The condo is beautiful, well equipped, and very clean. The views are amazing! The pool area has a great kitchen, bbq’s, and is a short walk away from the unit. Very close to many beaches. Would 100% stay here again!There are no beach chairs provided which would have been nice but not a big deal.

Great Property in Great Location

The Mauna Lani Point condo was fantastic for our latest trip the big island. Unit was very clean and well outfitted for our stay. Beds were comfortable. Location is second to none. Appreciate the access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. Communications with Kona Coast Vacations was simple and easy and they provided great information on the area.

Excellent property and location

The property is exactly as advertised. Very clean, completely updated, and located in a great location for exploring Mauna Lani Resort the the Kohala Coast. For anyone with a disability, the pool is a little bit of a walk. This was not an issue for us. Property manager was very responsive and stayed in touch during our stay.

Wonderful Place

My wife and I rented this one bedroom suite for our 25th anniversary. It was a beautiful, modern space, as advertised. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need from baking to juicing. Parking was also ideal, in a covered space, so we did not need to put the top on the jeep we had rented. We plan to go back for another trip and will definitely try to get this same unit!

Location Location Location!

We really enjoyed our stay on Kona. The condo was extremely clean and we loved the way it is decorated. The condo is located on a golf course and is nearby to the local beach club and also a black sand beach (#49) which was my favorite. We stopped in a the local grocery store for food and snacks and got fresh juice each morning from the local juice spot. Great memories! Aloha

Relaxing

Relaxing stay, a little far to the beach for my husband who cannot walk far. Some of the silverware and dishes were not too clean. A few had some food residue underneath the dishes! We weren't aware that the pools were closed and there were too many construction people taking up visitors places.

Great accommodations and great location!

The condo was as beautiful as the pictures. The unit was clean and had everything you would need in the kitchen. The only complaint I have is that I called the property management company to see if housekeeping could come by and exchange the bed linens and towels mid week. I explained that I did not need housekeeping services, that I had stripped the bed and had all towels gathered and placed by front door. I was told that I would need to do my own laundry they could not provide fresh linens. At the rate per night I didn't feel I was asking for much to get fresh linens and towels mid week for a week long stay. The last thing I want to be doing is laundry when I am on vacation.

Beautifully designed and very comfortable condo in fabulous community of Mauna Lani. A very relaxing vibe here with great views from patio and easy walk to beach. Very pleased with our choice and would highly recommend.

Beautifully remodelled unit near the fabulous Mauna Lani Bay by Auberge

On the beautifully manicured Mauna Lani South Golf Course and right in the middle of the Kohala Coast. Private beach club can get crowded, but keeping in mind and heart the Aloha spirit, helped make that work as well.
