Chez Madeleine, charming terraced house located in the picturesque village of Gurgy, only a few kilometers from Auxerre.Ma house offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm offering you an authentic experience of the French countryside.
Outside you will find a private courtyard with a shed, garden table, parasol and barbecue, ideal for relaxing.
Inside, the house has an equipped kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher) open to the living dining room with a pellet stove, perfect for convivial evenings.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals with local products that you can pick up on foot from one of our small shops in the centre of Gurgy.
The house includes 3 comfortable bedrooms upstairs that I can prepare either with double or single beds depending on your requirements to accommodate up to 6 people. There are electric shutters on all windows.
