This house is a perfect vacation spot to spend with friends and family. You have the opportunity to rent a newer home, located blocks away from the beach. In 5 minutes you can be down on Oceano Dunes State Beach. Here you’ll have the chance to enjoy the sun and surf. A short leisurely walk to the north and you’re in downtown Pismo and the Pismo Beach Pier. Oceano Dunes is a vehicle access point if you want to load up your car with your beach gear and drive onto the beach for the day. It is also the location of Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation area. ATV’s can be rented to ride the sand dunes. However you choose to spend your time, there is no shortage of things to do: surfing, sunbathing, boogie boarding, family gatherings or evening bonfires abound.

Our two story home is clean and spacious with an open style living room and kitchen. You will find quartz countertops, center island, stainless steel appliances, kitchen table, and a plethora of kitchen accessories to meet all your cooking needs.

Enjoy ocean and city views from the upper roof deck. It’s the perfect spot to drink your morning coffee, read a book with a cool afternoon breeze, or watch the evening sky light up with brilliant colors during sunset. The roof deck is spacious with ample patio furniture for sitting and relaxing, a gas fire pit and outdoor lighting.

The neighborhood is clean, quiet and safe with wide streets.

You will be responsible for any damage or missing or stolen items to the property that occur during your stay. You should report any damage immediately. Please treat our home with respect like you would your own
ABSOLUTELY NO parties, events or large gatherings are allowed. Grover Beach has very strict noise ordinance rules. Loud noises are prohibited past 10 pm, and the City strictly enforces it. Please be respectful of all neighbors and abide by the noise ordinance.
