3BR on Asbury - Close to beach, boards & shops!

Our Ocean City beach condo is just a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk and in the heart of the Asbury Shopping district. There are 100s of shops and cafes all within walking distance of the condo. The condo is completely wheelchair accessible with an elevator to the second floor where the condo is located (see note below).There are front and back balconies to enjoy the sea breeze. When’s you enter the condo you enter into the great room which is the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils and equipment you would need to prepare a home cooked meal during your stay if you would like a break from eating out every meal. There is a full bathroom in the hallway and another one off the master bedroom. Both the master and back bedrooms have a door to the back balcony. The front balcony is accessible from the great room.

***Please note that as of 10/6/25 our condo building’s elevator may be temporarily unavailable due to necessary repairs. The repair timeline is currently unknown. Stair access to the unit will remain available during this time. If elevator access is important for your stay, please confirm with us before booking whether the condo will be fully operational during your dates. We want to ensure the space meets your needs before you reserve. Thank you for your understanding.

Condo comes with one designated parking spot. Additional parking can be found on the street (free and metered) and in nearby lots (free and paid).

Important note: Linens and toiletries are NOT provided. Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels, shampoos, etc.

Beach tags are needed to access the beach typically from Memorial day through Labor Day.
