Other then a few minor problems (roof leak, inop shower head and tub drain issue). it's important to note that Maine Street immediately addressed these items. Very impressed with their communications. Beautiful location...would definitely look to revisit!

This was an ideal location for walks on the beach. The house was welcoming and friendly for our Golden Retriever. I found everything I needed in the well-stocked kitchen for homemade meals and a few charcuterie boards

We usually stay in town, and this was a nice change as there are many great restaurants + Footbridge Beach so close by.

This was a very nice property. Close to the beach. Close to town. Clean The only issue is that it’s dog friendly but the beach it’s close to doesn’t allow dogs in the summer. Not the owners problem but would have liked to have known. We were able to drive to another beach

Great place near the beach for a family trip

We stayed here for two weeks, and the house was great. Well-equipped and a good amount of space. We especially appreciated the proximity to Footbridge Beach and the screened in porch + backyard.

Charming house just 10 minute walk to Footbridge

House was clean. And can’t beat the proximity to Footbridge beach. Added bonus - AC in all bedrooms + linens & bath towels were provided!!!

We love the property and would come back. The indoor cleanliness was very good with one exception, dust collected under beds. Probably contributed to my sneezing. As good as the indoor cleanliness was, there was a good amount of leaf litter, etc. in the back yard. Given the price paid, our expectations were higher. Also, the paver sidewalk in the front yard is pretty uneven and a possible tripping hazard.The house was well stocked and very much met our needs.When does the window open for committing to a stay next summer?

My Happy Place

Our family loves Ogunquit. We’ve vacationed there several years. This year, we are extremely pleased with our home for the week. The house was perfectly suited for us. We loved that we parked the car for the week and walked to the beach or took the trolley which has a stop at the end of the street.

Family Vacation OGT 2025

Good size home, clean and well maintained. Convenient to Footbridge Beach. We had 7 of 8 days sunny!! Travel to the beach was easy and returning to the house having all we needed at our fingertips was Bonus!!! Family had a great time…feeling like we were “at home” which felt great!!!I’d recommend 22 Seaview to anyone and look forward to returning!

Nice house, great location

A very nice, well equipped house, a few minutes walk to the beach. Ice cream and a couple restaurants within walking distance, and an easy drive to everything else. Ogunquit beaches do not allow dogs anytime during beach season, but nearby York beaches are open for pets in the evening during the high season, so a ten minute drine lets your pup can play in the waves .

Easy access to footbridge and beach

Wanted to experience the beach with our three grandchildren. Location and outdoor space (dead end street) allowed the grandkids to enjoy their stay. The property is functional and spacious enough with two large bathrooms and outdoor shower. Would appreciate updated kitchen appliances. Overall a recommended stay.

Lovely Home in Excellent Location

We had an excellent 10 night stay at this property. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to Footbridge Beach! The backyard is quiet and very private and the home has all the amenities a family could need. The first floor bedroom and bathroom are excellent for those who struggle with a full flight of stairs. The sunroom provides a relaxing spot for reading or playing a family game. Thank you for an excellent vacation! We hope to return.

Comfortable Home Close to Beautiful Beach

This well furnished house is a wonderful place to gather with family and friends. There are three comfortable bedrooms, two baths, outdoor shower, a well equipped kitchen as well as indoor and out door dining tables. We enjoyed sitting on the sun porch and in the back yard. The neighborhood is quiet and is a great place to stroll around. For us, the best part was the short walk to the gorgeous estuary and beach. When we wanted to go into town, it was a quick ride to parks, museums, restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

This house is amazing. Super clean has everything you need. Beach is a five minute walk and center of town about 15min walking the beach. We loved our little get away. The dogs loved the backyard and played at the beach for hours. House has everything you need to cook with even a french press for coffee. Couldn’t be more happy with our decision to rent this house.

Great location- house needs some TLC

Excellent location, cute house. Some furniture broken- small table legs, cane chair seats, kitchen chairs. Lots of ants (bought ant traps that eliminated problem). Initially house reeked of strong men’s cologne… aired out after 1st day…(family member allergy). Again- excellent location and comfortable overall.

Cozy, Comfortable, and Quiet

We loved the short walk to Footbridge Beach and, as always in Ogunquit, being able to walk for miles along the Atlantic or just hang out on the beach in late September. The house itself is a relaxing setting, with comfy beds, good sized bathrooms, and a bonus sunroom + well furnished backyard. The living room couch and chair could use an update, but the TV and streaming availability was great. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of options for prepping meals (although there is so much great food within 20 minutes from the house thar we mostly prepped breakfast and snacks).Shout out to the property managers who were helpful and informative. We are hoping to return next year with our grownup kids and grandchild.
