This "beach-ee", cool, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in the gated community of South Seas has its own private staircase, steps away from the Pool and Tigertail Beach! A rare, front condo with windows lining the beach-facing wall, it also includes a washer and dryer, wrap-around balcony, top-of-the-line king mattresses in both bedrooms, and TVs in all rooms. The perfect place to stay while visiting Beautiful Marco Island!

South Seas Amenities include Heated Resort-Style Pool, Fitness Room, and Pickleball/Tennis. Boat docks are available for rent and there is plenty of covered, secure parking. You will find a pickleball set for your use in this unit.

If you're heading off to Tigertail Beach, you'll have your own beach wagon, umbrella, and chairs. Tigertail offers Kayak and Paddleboard Rentals/Lessons, a Playground, and Snackbar with Beer and Wine. Walk the whole stretch of this Beautiful Beach where Dolphins are regulars just offshore. Stop off at the Marriott Hotel for a Cocktail or Dinner on the Beach, or take a Jetski Tour.

Great location

Had a great time- loved having the private entrance and outdoor patio area. Very comfortable place and nice location. We had a great time at the beach and pool everyday. Would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break 2025

The hosts were fabulous to work with answering all my questions in a timely manner. The condo is so convenient to the beach and pool with outside access from the balcony. The balcony was then great for storing all the beach stuff so you didn’t have to bring it into the condo at night. Lots of beach accessories were provided including beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon. The only drawback of the property is the hike yo the water.

Vacation in paradise.

Lovely property. Had all the beach equipment anyone would need. Close to lots of good restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing

Very pleased and happy with location and amazing apartment and comfortable beds and sofa ! Loved it ! Just take bug spray for outdoors a lot of noseeums, mosquito bites , but so worth it ! Will definitely be back!

Incredible low level with easy access to beautiful pool and beach.

Gated check in followed by $100 payment to park the car for the week. Parking gave direct access to the unit. The unit itself is excellent with a great porch overlooking the beach. The gulf is about a 15 minute walk to get to. Would highly recommend and would have no reservations staying here again.

Spacious and beautiful property on a quiet beach

This corner unit is close to the pool but far enough away to allow privacy and quiet. Loved the large balcony and two large bedrooms. It’s a bit of a walk to get to the beach but worth it. The management staff was very responsive to all my questions. We will be back.

Beautiful Condo on the beach

Wonderful property and well equipped with all the essentials. Property management was excellent and provided great communication. We loved the first floor unit with private stairway to pool and beach. We had a wonderful time together as a family. The one critique I would offer is the shower in the Master Bath has very little water pressure and the shower head does not work well. We (family of five) took turns in the 2nd shower. Hopefully an easy enough fix. Thanks for sharing your beautiful unit!

Great place to stay!

Overall, this property was what we were looking for. It had everything we needed for our stay and was close to the beach (less than 1/2 mile walk). The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and then come. The beach wagon, chairs and the cooler came in handy. They thought of everything, including a couple beach games. The balcony was great to enjoy my morning coffee and the views were amazing. I also liked that this was a first floor condo and had access from the balcony to get outside (pool and beach), instead of going through the building. We had a good time.

Perfect location

This was such a great spot for the beautifully calm tiger tail beach. The unit had nice views, a working kitchen, towels, and sheets. The property managers were very accommodating!

Great Property

This is an excellent unit in the SouthSeas complex. The realtor managers ,Sun King ,were extremely helpful and responsive to any of our questions. Will definitely return.

Lovely unit, but those damn no-Ce-um bugs!

Lovely unit, with all the amazing amenities. However, our family got attacked by no-CE-um bugs all week in the rooms. We were itching quite a bit and the management could not do much about it...

Christmas Connect

The condo was clean and suited our purposes. The kitchen cabinets could use some updating- but over all very nice and loved the location to the pool. The balcony was lovely to have drinks in morning and at sunset.

Beautiful

The condo was amazing! The location is a bit far from the beach, dining and cocktails. We did find The Wave a great way to get around the island. We were able to experience Tiger Tail Beach and walk to see the beauty of the island. We would definitely stay again- the condo has everything you need and more!

The property was exactly like the listing stated. The only issue we had was with the television/cable in the main living area. We called Abby (management) they responded very quickly and had someone over to fix, but we lost the signal again and basically gave up. The signals were still available in the bedrooms.

Very convenient place to stay

It's do convenient to have a separate entrance from outside! You don't need to go through the hall or elevator while still wet from the pool. Master bed is sagging a little so it might be an issue but everything else is just great. Full kitchen with a quiet dishwasher, new stove and refrigerator was a plus for my family. Actually we fell in love with Marco Island after this vacation!👍

Condo 112

The condo was very nice, clean and updated. Some updates still needed on the vertical blinds and kitchen facet. Overall it was very nice and would rent again. However, the South Sea complex in more geared to an older population with a lot of rules and regulations for families with children to deal with.

Great vacation!

We had a wonderful time! Everything we needed was in our condo!! The beach chairs were great! The pool is very nice! The condo was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated!! We loved our corner balcony with steps leading right to the pool!!

Condo is Perfect ... They Need to Rethink the Rules of The Pool! It's not kid friendly!

The condo was perfect!! Very Clean and provided everything you needed for the beach! I only have 2 complaints the pool rules are ridiculous your kids will be yelled at! They have to be a statue in the pool! No jumping,no splashing, no music,no food and you must use you your inside voice outside oh and then it closes very early right at dusk. For us it 8:20pm. The other complaint I have about this place is how far you are from the actual ocean its a huge beach and the walk down to the beach is really far!!! If I could move the condo closer to the beach and get rid of the pool rules that are the most insane rules i have ever seen at a pool I would come back! The actual condo was perfect! It had everything we wanted and needed! I didn't need to bring anything and it also had a washer and dryer which is a must with family of 6! They even had a bottle of wine in the fridge waiting on us! They were very personal and made sure we had everything and half way through checked on us again that was so nice!!
