South Seas dette 2 soveværelser 2 bad er placeret i bygningens forreste hjørne Condo mod sydvest på stranden. Wi-Fi i lejligheden. Denne smukke condo lejer lørdag til lørdag med et minimum ophold på 7 dage. En 60 ft wrap omkring dæk, at du har en privat spiral trapper, der ligger få skridt fra pool & strand. NY FULL STØRRELSE Vaskemaskine og tørrer i CONDO. Møbleret og fuldt udstyret 2 soveværelser med 2 fulde bade. Slap af i den smukke soveværelse suite har en kingsize seng, gæst soveværelse har to enkeltsenge. En lys og rummelig opholdsstue og spiseplads har blændende udsigt over bugten og hvide sandstrand Crescent Beach til den anden ende af øen. Family Vacation

This condo was wonderful! The spiral staircase off the balcony was so incredibly convenient when traveling to the beach and pool. The owners provide everything you need for the beach, including a beach wagon which my two year old greatly benefited from! The washer and dryer in the unit was also a major plus. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Views and Lovely Condo

Everything about the condo was top notch! the wrap around porch with its own entry to the grounds was perfect for coming in with our shell finds. Jackie made everything easy, all the instructions were clear and she was available when we had a question. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing stay. Looking forward to another trip.

LOVE Marco beachfront condo!

We loved this well situated clean and lovely decorated condo. It was in great shape, clean, in good repair, and the view was spectacular. 1st floor so walk directly on the beach! Also who wouldn't love a washer and dryer in the unit rather that using the communal machines shared with 10 condos on the floor?! Finally the host answered all questions and went above and beyond to make us comfortable, very accommodating. Jackie is absolutely wonderful.

AMAZING UNIT!

We have stayed at southseas over 9 times ans this unit was by far the best! The ability to have stairs and keep the wagon in the grass was greatm the view was perfect amd sunny all day long and our kids loved taking toys and soccer balls down to the grass to play. The inside of the unit was excellent. We have everything we needed and the renovations of the kitchen and baths was beautiful. I really loved this unit. The large fridge was great but wished the ice maker worked. Staying at this unit is a smart choice! Thank you Jackie for everything!!!!!

Where the light lives!!!

We loved our stay on Marco! Jackie was amazing from beginning to end of our booking and this condo is flawless. Great corner unit on first floor with windows and amazing views. We LOVED the spiral stairs that gave us direct access to our room and we were steps away from the sand. The condo had everything we needed for us and our 3 children (24, 17 and 13). Jackie even sent info on great restaurants and attractions. Honestly you don't have to go more than a mile to find some of the best food on the Island. This is paradise!! Beautiful, clean beaches, great morning walks and overall just a great vacation experience!

Very beautiful condo. Easy to navigate and clean.

Loved the condo. Jackie was readily available if needed. Beach walk a bit far but good exercise and beautiful beach. Disappointed with the heavy equipment on beach as it blocked us out of quite a bit of walking shore. Also kinda noisy with work being done on our tower. Some huge chunks of cement fell and hit sidewalk in front of our first floor balcony which seemed a little dangerous. Overall fun week with the girls!

Condo nicely appointed. Beach access misrepresented, 20 minute walk, obstructed view. 200$ parking

Parking fees ndisclosed at booking changed( increased by 3x per car) once we arrived. Renter made a walk through in the middle of our stay costing us a full day off our planned activities. Very restrictive poolside rules ( no splashing, jump, ball tossing, no snacks inside the gates) Didn’t feel like a vacation at all! Wouldn’t recommend

Bright and beautiful beach views

Visited for ~a week in late October (only a few weeks after Ian) with three children (9, 7, 3). First floor unit with stairs for direct outdoor access was perfect for our family and made coming/going super easy. Unit is clean, bright, and just as pictured. Kitchen and linens are well stocked with everything needed, and in-unit laundry was great. The pool between towers 3+4 currently has no heat (and likely won’t be repaired for a few months) but we used the pool between tower 1+2 no problem (we have family on an extended stay in tower 1). The beach is right there - yes, it’s a walk to the actual ocean front (it’s a HUGE beach!) but if my 3 year old can handle it, anyone can ;) Parking isn’t free, but it easy and convenient. Being in Marco before busy season was great as restaurants were not crowded at all. Some construction around the property, but nothing that bothered us in tower 3. A wonderful trip with family, and would reco this unit for sure!

Great vacation!

Pros: beautiful condo with every amenity you could ask for! Decorated perfectly with comfy beds and couches. Washer and dryer in unit was awesome. Restaurants and stores are close by! Secure gated community with beautiful grounds. Access to outside with personal staircase. Large open balcony! Cons: no sunset view from condo - mangroves block direct view of ocean and horizon. Walk to the beach is definitely long - bring shoes!

Great condo and location

This property was clean and well maintained. The towels were thick and soft. It was a bonus to have the staircase that led down to the pool and beach. There was no waiting in lines for the elevator. The walk to the beach was great exercise and the shelling was amazing!. Jackie was easy to work with and answered all questions as they came up. I would recommend this property and hope to return soon!

Marco Island is beautiful!!! The condo was clean and updated. Jackie was great to work with. The walk to the water was extremely long and the view from the balcony was not what we expected based on the pictures, but it was still beautiful.

Great beach get away

Great access to everything you could want to do in Marco Island. The Condo was in great shape and was a very comfortable stay. As others have noted in previous comments, the gulf is a decently long walk, which makes it comparatively more of a hassle to get to the water than other beach properties where we have vacationed in the past. There is also not as much care taken to the sand as there is in other parts of the beach (such as the Marriot just up the road). Do not expect to run barefoot on the beach as it is covered with broken shells. The only actual negative to the condo was the upstairs neighbors. Every move they made we could hear. It felt like they were moving furniture at all hours of the day and night. It did not make for a restful night sleep.

Clean Condo fully stocked!

The kitchen, though small, had everything you could need to prepare meals. All pots and pans and utensils were quality and worked well. The frig was awesome with ample space for extra drinks and food. We took advantage of the coffee maker and provided filters as well as the blender for making margaritas. The bathrooms were gorgeous and renovated with plenty of drawers in each. The beach trolley, multiple beach chairs, and a nice umbrella in closet were useful so we did not have to bring those from home. The beds were comfortable with soft sheets and cotton blankets, and AC unit worked great. Washer/dryer was very convenient as well to wash bathing suits and towels throughout the week. We enjoyed a few of the movies that were provided in the tv cabinet—some good ones! We enjoyed the daily bird show each morning from balcony. The staircase access from balcony was great for pool and beach access without having to go through building! Get ready for long walk to the ocean which is 1/4 mile to water. This is where the beach trolley came in so handy as we loaded it with coolers, chairs, umbrella, beach bags. This unit is not handicap accessible as you must take steps up from lobby. Jackie, owner, stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. Marco Island is truly beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful family getaway

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our accommodations. The property was in very good condition, and we appreciated the clean and updated kitchen and baths. Jackie was very communicative and easy to work with. Plenty of beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc. needed for a family outing to the beach/pool. We especially liked the direct access outside offered by the stairs off the balcony. We would definitely rent again.

Wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and contained everything we needed. Jackie was wonderful communicating with us and also met us at the building. A few negatives: 1) the building was undergoing construction or repairs so access was limited by yellow construction tape; 2) the walk to the beach was long.

Great location

The apartment has a great location, you cannot wish for more! Nicely equipped kitchen ,washer & dryer inside unit is a time saver😊. Every light switch has a sticker so you cannot go wrong. Great communication with Jackie. It was our 2nd time in 2 years period and looking forward to go back again!

Incredible condo and perfect beach!

The condo was exactly as described- gorgeous, updated and attention to details. Could not have been happier with the condo and everything it provided us!! We walked to Doreen’s for breakfast a few times- delicious and very close. Our girls (5 and 7) also joined Zumba in the lobby Thursday night and LOVED it. The ladies were so sweet welcoming them. The beach is definitely a hike from Tower 3. Once there, it is perfection! We love shelling and could not have been happier with the sand dollars and gorgeous shells. Pool- very warm, almost like bath water. Felt really good when the air was cool l, but it was almost too warm on the hot days. The pool is not kid friendly. There are 2 hours a day designated for time children are allowed in the pool. No jumping, ball throwing, pool floats besides noodles or life preservers are allowed. It is very quiet in the pool, so having 2 young girls giggling and excited in the pool was not well received and nothing like we have experienced at other Florida condos the last 5 years- big bummer for us.

Paradise found ❤️

Our stay was more than we imagined. The condo is beautiful and so very welcoming and clean. We went during off season which was perfect. There were days that we had no body close to us on the beach. It was like we had it all to ourselves. We never used the pool because the beach was so amazing. I am a sand snob I grew up on the gulf coast near Clearwater but the sand at Marco Island is the softest sand I have ever had the pleasure of having my toes in. It is like powdered sugar❤️ There are great little local restaurants we never ate at a chain restaurant once and were never disappointed. Jackie is fantastic to work with we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for sharing you beautiful condo with us for our birthday week❤️
